Chelsea Handler Shots Fired At Angelina, Mel ... Laura Wasser's All Over You
Chelsea Handler absolutely burned Angelina Jolie, Mel Gibson and other saps who've been on the opposite side of the divorce table from Hollywood's Disso Queen ... all in the name of children and charity.
Chelsea intro'd celeb divorce attorney Laura Wasser Thursday night at an event called Gala For The Children, which raised money for A Place Called Home. Stevie Wonder and Gavin Rossdale also performed ... but Chelsea was the standout.
She lists some of Laura's high-profile clients over the years -- and there's a lot -- but her best lines come at the expense of Laura's opponents, and even one of her clients.
Sorry, Angelina.

Lena Headey Ultimate Doctor's Note We Need You in Europe for 'Game of Thrones'
Lena Headey has pulled out the big guns in her custody war -- passing a letter to the judge from the "Game of Thrones" Executive Producer demanding her presence on the set.
Lena and ex-hubby Peter Loughran are in a 'GoT' war over custody of 6-year-old Wylie. Lena is begging the judge to modify the current custody order and allow her to keep the boy in the UK, where she films the show. Peter is dead set against it, claiming it would deny him access to his son.
The current order allows Lena to take the boy to the UK only when she films, and Peter says she should be done shooting and wants Wylie back. So Lena has now brought in the ultimate doctor's note from EP Bernadette Caulfield, who says she must stay in the UK for "possible addition scenes and pick-ups" through February 2017.
It's interesting ... the letter does not say her services are definitely necessary but, as you know, winter is coming, so she has to be on call.
Lena wants to move to the UK permanently, because her family is there and she thinks the schools are better. She also says she's paying Peter $10k a month in child support and he hasn't even seen the child in the last 3 months.
The judge has yet to rule.

Elon Musk is a single man again ... divorced a second time from the same woman ... TMZ has learned.
The judge in Elon and Talulah's divorce just signed legal docs making the dissolution official.
The fact there's a settlement makes it clear ... the 2 had a prenup that gives her a lump sum payment in exchange for waving all support.
Elon filed for divorce in 2014 but withdrew the docs 6 months later. At the time we were told the couple had a prenup that would have scored her $16 mil. The new docs don't give an amount.
This time around Talulah filed divorce docs in March.
As we reported Elon has been super chummy with Amber Heard for months. We've learned they were together recently.

Mariah Carey Settlement with Nick Cannon We're NOT Rollin' In It
Mariah Carey makes a lot of money, but turns out way less than you probably think.
TMZ has learned Mariah and Nick Cannon struck a settlement in their divorce, and they both declared income for 2014. We've learned Mariah says she raked in $6.3 million, and Nick scored $2.7 mil.
As we reported, Mariah has demanded $50 mil from billionaire James Packer after their engagement exploded ... that's 8 times what she made 2 years ago.
We've also learned the settlement requires Nick to squirrel away money for the twins, but maybe not as much as you think ... $5k a month in a trust. Mariah doesn't have to put anything in the trust.
And there's this. The settlement says neither Mariah nor Nick can allow the kids to address a new significant other as mom, dad, mommy, daddy, father, mother or any facsimile thereof.
Mariah and Nick share custody, but the kids are primarily with her. If Nick comes to visit, per the agreement, she foots the bill for travel and lodging.
And, she has to sign over the title to the 2012 Ferrari.

'RHONY' Star Down and Dirty in Divorce Court
Only thing missing between 'Real Housewives of New York' star Jules Wainstein and estranged hubby Michael was some actual slimy mud during a vicious back-and-forth slinging in court.
The estranged couple appeared in court Wednesday in NYC for a spousal and child support hearing that quickly went south ... with their lawyers going at each other's throats with allegations of money troubles, drug use and being unfit parents.
Michael painted Jules as someone living way beyond her means ... whose spending quadrupled when she joined 'RHONY.' Michael pointed to a $40k AmEx bill in 2015 and $2k spent on Uber the first 15 days of October.
He also brought up Jules' history of drug use documented on TV ... to which the judge snapped back by saying, "I don't decide my cases based on what's on TV."
Jules admitted to making $60k during her 1 year stint on 'RHONY' while she was married. She blamed Michael for a pile of unpaid bills and not having filed proper tax returns in nearly a decade.
She said Michael doesn't deserve more time with their kids. She claims every other weekend is more than enough, since all he does is pawn the kids off on their nanny.
The judge made no decisions, saying they need to resolve their money issues first. Same goes for custody ... though the judge added there could well be a trial.
As we reported ... Michael filed for divorce back in July and wanted full custody of their 2 kids.

Keshia also claimed Ed missed a DNA test deadline for her unborn child -- but Ed's story's a little different -- claiming the "deadline" was something Keshia made up. He does not say whether he'll actually take the test though.

Rose McGowan Divorce Finalized ... Destroy Our Embryos
Rose McGowan and her ex-husband aren't just walking away from their marriage ... they're abandoning their attempts at having babies through in vitro ... TMZ has learned.
Rose and artist David Leavitt's final divorce judgement was filed Thursday in L.A. -- and according to the docs they had an unspecified number of frozen embryos stored at a Bev Hills fertility clinic. As part of their divorce settlement, they're agreeing those embryos should "immediately be thawed and destroyed."
They never had kids during their 3 years of marriage ... so no child support issues, and neither will pay spousal support. As for property -- Rose gets their house, but each is keeping their vehicles and personal possessions.
You'll recall, Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb went to war over their frozen embryos, but David and Rose are clearly on the same page.

Angelina Jolie Brad Didn't Commit Child Abuse But it Was Still Bad
Angelina Jolie is chomping at the bit to prove Brad Pitt abused at least one of his kids, and she thinks the divorce judge will believe her allegations and limit Brad's custody.
TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services has closed its child abuse investigation into an incident on a private jet between Brad and 15-year-old Maddox.
Angelina has filed for primary physical custody of the 6 kids ... Brad has responded, saying he wants joint custody. Sources connected with Angelina say she feels the kids would be at risk if Brad gets joint custody, and if he doesn't drop his claim she'll present evidence to the divorce judge that Brad has committed abuse.
A rep for Angelina tells TMZ, "Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."
The rep adds there's a legal agreement in place, signed by both sides, in which Angelina currently has primary physical custody and Brad has monitored visitation. As we reported, however, that agreement was in place only during the DCFS investigation. Now that the investigation is closed, Brad and Angelina will have to duke it out before the divorce judge.

WNBA's Candace Parker Husband Files for Divorce ... I'm Leaving You, Pay Me!
WNBA superstar Candace Parker has just been hit with divorce papers from her husband, a former NBA player, who's demanding spousal support from the 2016 Finals MVP ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We obtained court docs filed by Shelden Williams -- a former Duke star who was the #5 overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. Williams played in the NBA for 6 seasons.
Williams and Parker were married back in 2008 -- and have a 7-year-old daughter together.
According to the divorce docs, Williams says the two separated back in August and are living apart. Now, he wants to officially end their 7 year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. He's asking for joint custody of their kid.
But get this ... Williams -- who reportedly made more than $12 MILLION during his NBA career -- is demanding spousal support from Parker. He also wants her to pay his attorneys fees.
FYI, Parker reportedly makes in the low 6-figures with the L.A. Sparks -- but crushes it overseas, where reports say she hauls in more than $1 MILLION per year. She also has major endorsements including a deal with Adidas.
We reached out to Parker's camp. So far, no word back.

Brad Pitt Cleared In Child Abuse Investigation
Brad Pitt has been cleared of abuse allegations by the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, TMZ has learned, and that gives him a huge advantage in his custody war with Angelina Jolie.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... DCFS concluded Wednesday it would close the investigation involving an incident in Sept. between Brad and Maddox on a private jet. The Dept. reached the decision ... Brad did NOT commit child abuse during an argument that ended with physical contact.
The case was exhaustively investigated. Social workers interviewed Brad, Angelina, the kids and witnesses on the plane. Everyone cooperated in the investigation. No further action will be taken.
The conclusion is a repudiation of sorts of allegations made by Angelina, who claimed Brad intentionally and without justification struck the boy. We're told she also had claimed there was a pattern of misconduct on Brad's part, something DCFS did not buy.
Now that Brad is cleared, he has a big advantage in the custody case. Angelina is asking for sole physical custody and Brad wants joint custody. California judges favor Brad's position.

Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Story They Settled Is BS ... Custody War Still On
A story is circulating Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have settled their custody dispute ... total BS.
Multiple sources familiar with the situation are scoffing at the report that the divorcing couple struck a settlement giving Angelina primary physical custody while Brad got visitation.
TMZ broke the story ... Brad filed legal docs Friday sharply contesting Angelina's request for primary physical custody. Instead, Brad wants a judge to award joint physical and legal custody to both.
The report published by Associated Press cites an Angelina source who says the couple reached the mutual agreement which includes family therapy. In fact, the couple agreed to extend the temporary arrangement ONLY until the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services closes its investigation.
As TMZ and other outlets reported, Brad and Angelina agreed she would have physical custody during the DCFS investigation and Brad would have visitation monitored by a therapist. That agreement was extended last week, but it is NOT a settlement. That will be handled by the family court judge.
Again, Brad just filed docs Friday asking for joint custody, and the AP report says the couple reached a settlement last week, so the story makes no sense on its face.

Angelina Jolie Brad's Dreaming ... He's Not Getting Joint Custody
Angelina Jolie is ready and willing to fight Brad Pitt in court over the custody of their children and "until he gets his s**t together" she only wants him to have monitored visitation ... sources connected to Angelina tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story, Brad filed legal docs Friday, asking for joint custody of the couple's six children. Angelina has drawn a line in the sand, asking for primary physical custody, with Brad getting visitation ... our sources tell us she wants the visits monitored.
Angelina's wish list is basically what she and Brad agreed to temporarily while the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services investigates a confrontation between Brad and Maddox. As we reported, DCFS is looking more broadly at interactions in the family.
Our Angelina sources say she ultimately wants the family repaired so she and Brad can resume a "normal" parenting regime, but until then she will fight hard for sole physical custody. She believes Brad has substance abuse and anger issues that must be addressed.
One Angelina source said this is looking more and more like "War of the Roses redux."
