Wiz Khalifa left Amber Rose weeks before she filed for divorce ... and the trigger that sent Amber's lawyer running to the courthouse was an uninvited 2 AM house call by Amber ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Wiz tell TMZ ... the rapper is telling friends there's a simple reason why he left ... "I just didn't want to be married to her anymore."

We're told Wiz moved out and got his own place, and the day before Amber filed, she went to his house at 2 AM and found him with another woman ... and went nuts.

As far as Wiz is concerned ... he wasn't cheating. He told friends he made it clear weeks earlier the marriage was over.

It's interesting ... even though Wiz moved out weeks before ... he listed the legal date of separation on his divorce response as Sept. 22 -- last Monday.

The husband-wife chefs from "Down Home With The Neelys" have officially made mince meat of their 19-year marriage -- Gina Neely's filed for divorce.

Gina and her estranged husband Pat Neely became household names with a long-running Food Network show. According to the docs, they've been separated for 2 years ... though you'd never be able to tell from their show ... which they've continued to shoot all along.

Gina cites irreconcilable differences in the papers -- but according to a joint statement ... they're splitting on good terms, and will continue to run their NYC barbecue restaurant together. They also say they'll be focusing on their "individual brands" ... which sounds like the show might be cooked.

They have 2 daughters, but both are over 18 -- so, no child support. The biggest issue for them might be ... who gets the delicious wing recipe!

Ex-"American Idol" judge Randy Jackson just got voted out ... of his marriage. His wife filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Erika Jackson filed docs to end their 18-year marriage ... citing irreconcilable differences.

She wants full physical custody and joint legal custody of the 1 minor son, 17-year-old Jordan. They have a daughter who is an adult.

Erika also wants spousal support and she wants him to foot her attorney's fees.

This is Jackson's 2nd marriage. He has 1 other daughter from his prior marriage.

Jackson spent 12 seasons judging "American Idol" ... but announced he was leaving in 2013. He later returned as a musical mentor for the contestants.

Wiz Khalifa drew the battle lines in his divorce with Amber Rose ... challenging her move to get full custody of their one-year-old son ... TMZ has learned.

Wiz has filed his response to Amber's divorce petition ... he's asking for JOINT CUSTODY of Sebastian. Fact is ... in California it's advantage Wiz because there's a presumption joint custody is in the best interests of a child ... and when a parent asks for sole custody it's often a sign of vengeance.

Wiz also is agreeable on the prenup ... like Amber, he wants it enforced. TMZ broke the story ... Amber is the one who demanded a prenup and she's getting a lump sum payment north of $1 million.

According to the docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, Wiz is also willing to pay Amber spousal support, because we now know the prenup provides that. Sources connected with Wiz and Amber tell us the agreement gives her upwards of $5K a month.

We've learned there are 2 additional pages to the prenup ... and in them Wiz agrees to pay Amber spousal support in addition to the one-time payout. We're told the support is "modest" -- slightly more than $5K a month.

Amber Rose will score more than a million bucks from Wiz Khalifa ... based on a long prenup she demanded before getting married ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with both Amber and Wiz tell TMZ ... Amber made numerous demands in the prenup ... which is more than 8 pages long.

TMZ broke the divorce story ... including the fact that Amber wants the prenup enforced. We're told it's because she will get more money in her 1-year-marriage than she would without a prenup.

Cheating is IRRELEVANT ... California is a no-fault state and there's no mention of infidelity in the document.

Likewise ... the prenup does not mention custody, and for good reason -- the judge always makes that decision, based on the best interests of the child. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody.

Amber Rose has not only abandoned Wiz Khalifa ... she's also jettisoned hip hop for rock and roll ... at least for a night.

Amber showed up at The Roxy in West Hollywood Thursday night ... where Slash was performing with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. And she was decked out in rock clothes for sure.

After the show, Rose hit up Bossa Nova for some late night eats ... and her crew included Nick Simmons, son of rocker Gene Simmons.

8:50 AM PT -- Amber Rose took to Twitter Thursday morning and addressed all the cheating rumors, writing, "Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this.....Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same."

Amber Rose has filed for divorce from Wiz Khalifa because she's convinced he's been a serial cheater for months ... making lame excuses that just don't hold water.

TMZ broke the story ... Amber filed legal docs Wednesday and it's a bitter break-up, with each accusing the other of cheating.

Sources connected with Amber tell TMZ ... since the beginning of Wiz's tour in July she strongly suspected he was stepping out.

Amber's telling friends ... she wanted to join Wiz on the tour but he came up with a panoply of excuses, the most frequent of which ... she should stay home with their 1-year-old.

She also says he tried to show dominance by telling her he's the bread winner and he needed to be left alone to make money and she needed to stay home. BTW ... we understand that doesn't make a lot of sense, but that's what she said.

As we reported ... Wiz believes it was Amber who was cheating, courtesy of Nick Cannon, and she's throwing up allegations against him as a cover for her own misdeeds.

And Wiz has complained privately ... Amber is one big nag.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Erica Mena is taking the Amber Rose/Wiz Khalifa split hard, but she says the news has taught her something she plans on using to protect her relationship with fiancé, Bow Wow.

Mena, who says she is good friends with Rose, was out in the Bronx Wednesday and told our photog she always considered Amber and Wiz to be hip-hop royalty ... just a notch below Beyonce and Jay Z.

Nick Cannon's name is being tossed around as a trigger for Amber Rose's divorce from Wiz Khalifa ... but Nick is telling people that just isn't the case.

Sources close to Nick tell TMZ ... Nick and Amber -- who just recently got into business together -- have kept things strictly professional. Nick insists ... NOTHING happened in the cheating department.

Nick claims he only learned about Amber's domestic problems through her lawyers last week when he signed her on as a client. That's when Nick says he found out her marriage was on the rocks and only then did the two share break-up stories.

And this is interesting. Amber acknowledges there's a prenup, which you would think would work in Wiz's favor, but she says it's valid ... presumably, she's not challenging it. The docs say the prenup provides spousal support.

As for why they split, there's been a buzz over the last few days of infidelity, but there's no mention of it in the papers.

We got video (below) of Amber with some guy Tuesday in Bev Hills. Our photog asks her if Wiz is keeping a close eye on Nick Cannon -- there are rumors they've hooked up, but she's mum.

Sources connected with the couple say the split is bitter.

Kris and Bruce Jenner's divorce settlement was probably less than you think, because multiple sources tell us ... the pot they divided was approximately $60 million.

We're told dividing the assets was "easy and amicable" ... almost all of their earnings were put in a joint account, and that includes their TV profits, Bruce's speaking engagements and their ownership in various businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... lawyers were not involved in the property settlement ... it was all done with the help of their business managers. Each filed legal docs in pro per -- meaning without lawyers.

Part of the settlement ... Kris gets the Hidden Hills estate. Bruce gets to keep his Sherwood Country Club membership.

There's no spousal support. The property gets divided, and that's that.

Bruce Jenner just went out and did what all men do when their woman is finally out of the picture ... drop $50k on a sick new toy.

Bruce bought a NASCAR-approved UTV race car. Kris Jenner's soon-to-be ex bought it from 928 Powersports who built it for NASCAR superstar Robby Gordon. And we're told it was an impulse buy ... we're guessing a celebration of sorts.

Bruce made the deal Monday at the Sand Sports Super Show in O.C. ... the same day Kris filed divorce docs. And, our spies on the ground tell us Bruce was literally grinning from ear-to-ear.

The Olympic gold medalist is a speed freak ... as in hardcore race fanatic. We're told he plans to break in his new speedster in February at the Griffin King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, CA with sons Burt and Brandon.

Being single does have its privileges ... many privileges.

Kris Jenner has filed for divorce, and TMZ has learned it's already a done deal.

Kris filed pro per -- meaning NO LAWYER. Our sources say this was all orchestrated. Bruce Jenner's response was filed at the L.A. County Courthouse shortly after Kris filed, and it was a mirror image of Kris' petition.

They give the standard "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for the divorce.

Everything has been worked out with their business managers ... our sources say. There was NO PRENUP and they have already agreed to a property split.

Neither party will get spousal support. As for Kylie -- who is 17 -- they have joint custody.

Bruce, Kris and their managers worked out the deal over the last few months.

They separated June 1, 2013. That's significant because once they're separated they don't continue to share earnings -- in other words, what's hers stays hers after separation.

We're told the divorce is "totally amicable."

Olympic skater Johnny Weir spins lies as easily as he performs triple salchows ... according to hubby Victor Voronov -- who's suing Johnny for accusing him of attempted rape and contracting an STD.

Victor -- who's in the middle of an ugly divorce from Johnny -- filed court docs accusing Weir of spreading salacious lies during an interview on "Access Hollywood" to talk about their divorce.

During the interview, Weir said Voronov "asked me to lay with him in the biblical sense, and when I refused, the altercation between us started." According to Voronov's court docs ... that translates to attempted rape.

Voronov also claims Weir slandered him in a fit of jealousy ... texting a friend to accuse Voranov of having herpes ... or some sort of sexually transmitted disease.

Voronov -- says it's all BS -- he never tried to rape Johnny and is as clean as a whistle -- and that Weir is trying to subject him to scorn and ridicule. He's suing for unspecified damages.

We reached out to Weir's people ... we haven't heard back.

Lauren Morelli wrote about women falling for women on "Orange is the New Black" ... and says the next thing she knows -- she'a a real life lesbian who dates Poussey ... or the actress who plays her on the show.

Good thing she never wrote for "Dexter."

One of the head writers for "Orange is the New Black" has filed for divorce ... the logical step since she's now realized she's a lesbian and is dating one of the female stars.

Lauren Morelli just filed divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- from her husband of 2 years, Steve Basilone. It's actually a joint petition ... probably because Steve realizes that ship has sailed.

The story is amazing. Lauren began writing for OITNB 5 months after she got hitched. Lauren says as she started writing for the main character -- who had once been in a lesbian relationship -- she saw herself in the character. Lauren says she began to feel like a fraud ... married to a man but clearly gay.

According to Lauren ... as she began writing about Piper's blossoming relationship with the very hot Alex ... "I found a mouthpiece for my own desires and a glimmer of what my future could look like."

Enter Samira Wiley -- who plays Poussey. It's Lauren's new GF.

According to divorce docs, it's all very amicable. She gets her Lexus, her apartment and her sapphire engagement ring. He gets the Mazda hatchback.
