Chris Brown has had it with baby mama Nia Guzman's child support and custody demands, so he's asking a judge to lay down the law once and for all.

Chris and Nia have been at war over 1-year-old Royalty. She's demanding $15k a month in child support, way more than Chris says is fair.

We've learned Chris just filed legal docs in Houston to establish paternity. That will give him the right to fight Nia over support and custody.

Chris has been paying Nia what he believes is a fair amount -- she claims he's been paying $2,500 a month. He wants a judge to set the figure, which he's confident will be closer to his number than hers.

Chris also wants a judge to establish clear custody guidelines. He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he wants a judge to set her straight.

Brandi Glanville is trying to put on a brave face after getting the ax on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but she made it clear to our photog ... she's now in a financial pickle.

Brandi confirms what we already told you ... she'll be making occasional appearances, but her paychecks will be slashed and now she has to figure out how to make ends meet.

Sherri Shepherd's nasty divorce and custody battle is finally over ... and stunningly, she has agreed to pay child support for the kid she disavowed from birth ... but with a catch.

Our sources say, Sherri and estranged hubby Lamar Sally have struck a settlement agreement in which the ex-'View' co-host will pay $4,100 a month in child support. The monthly obligation increases to $4,600 when the kid turns 13.

Remember, Sherri fought Lamar tooth and nail in court, claiming he defrauded her into getting a surrogate to carry a baby for the purpose of getting child support.

Now for the catch. According to the settlement agreement, Sherri is allowed to pursue her fraud claim and if the appeals court rules in her favor, her child support obligations will disappear.

And there's a Sofia Vergara twist ... the couple has embryos in storage and Sherri wants them destroyed. Lamar is undecided. According to the settlement, if Lamar chooses to bring the embryos to term, Sherri will not have to pay child support.

The Houston and Brown families came together again Monday as they prepare for the death of Bobbi Kristina.

Pat Houston left the Peachtree Christian Hospice near Atlanta, hand-in-hand with Tina Brown, Bobby Brown's sister.

The families were in a bitter feud for months over the care and the estate of Bobbi Kristina, but it appears there's at least a temporary detente.

Britney Spears/Iggy Azalea's feud has reached Defcon 1 ... and Britney is taking shots at Iggy's failed tour ... while promoting her own.

After Iggy bashed Spears over their failed song, "Pretty Girls," Spears cleverly shot back, "Can't wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to... #YouWantAPieceOfMe."

You'll recall ... Iggy said, "I don't have to suck the womans a**hole 24/7 to be her friend."

Spears is no doubt making reference to the fact Iggy pulled the plug on her 2015 Great Escape arena tour in May.

Iggy Azalea has an excuse for everything ... and this time she's throwing stones at Britney Spears.

The song "Pretty Girls" bombed hard, despite a highly publicized music video. Iggy now says it's because Britney didn't get off her ass and promote it. Here's how she put it: "Its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc. unfortunately im just featured."

Then Iggy goes in for the kill, saying, "My comment is factual, it applies to any song. I dont have to suck the womans a**hole 24/7 to be her friend, do i? bye girls."

Here's the thing. Iggy never says what Britney was required to do. She also has to know ... doing promotional interviews isn't exactly Britney's strong suit ... as in she's a deer in headlights.

And the song got more promotion than most.

WNBA star Glory Johnson just announced ... she's carrying TWINS ... and says it's exactly what she and her estranged wife Brittney Griner planned all along.

Johnson says she's 9 weeks preggo with the two kids -- and says, "Its not a surprise for me because this is what we planned for with the IVF Cycle."

As we previously reported, Griner distanced herself from the pregnancy in court docs -- saying she has no biological connection to the kids and didn't know any of the key details about the pregnancy.

But Glory is remaining positive ... saying, "Hearing their hearts beat for time was the most ASTONISHING thing I have ever heard in my ENTIRE LIFE."

Her announcement even came with a basketball pun -- "For 15yrs Double-Doubles came with hardwork and dedication...now I've been blessed by God to have "double doubles" for the rest of my life!"

Wyclef Jean ripped his old pal Donald Trump for attacking Mexican immigrants ... by dropping an f-bomb on him during a concert.

The ex-Fugees rapper was in Pomona, CA Thursday night when he went off on Trump ... referencing the Presidential nominee's comment that most Mexicans are rapists and drug dealers. Clef's attack was short, sweet, and very telling.

He had appeared on "Celebrity Apprentice" ... doing a guest spot in the boardroom once, and also played a corporate gig for Trump.

Donald Trump wants a wall erected -- not at the U.S./Mexican border -- at his fancy Miami golf course, and he's making anyone working for Univision persona non grata.

Trump wrote a letter to the Prez of Univision, saying "Please be advised that under no circumstances is any officer or representative of Univision allowed to use TRUMP NATIONAL DORAL, MIAMI -- its golf courses or any of its facilities."

The Donald also included instructions to "stop work and close the gate" that is being built between the neighboring properties.

Trump is amping up his attack against Univision after the network pulled the plug on his Miss USA pageant. TMZ broke the story, Trump plans to sue the network for hundreds of millions of dollars, claiming the 5-year-deal was iron-clad.

Trump ended his letter by promising if he's elected president he'll erect a "meaningful border ... not the laughing stock that it currently is."

Floyd Mayweather says Andre Berto is CRAZY if he thinks he's wasting his time prank calling the boxer -- with a rep for The Money Team telling TMZ Sports, "He's not even on Floyd's speed dial."

Berto appeared on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" on Wednesday ... and told us he believed Mayweather has been terrorizing him on the phone over beef that has to do with a woman.

"I know it's him on the other line. I can hear him breathing," Berto told us.

But a rep for TMT tells TMZ Sports ... Berto is "delusional" -- saying, "If they fight, we will see who has the last laugh."

Lisa Vanderpump is scoffing at Brandi Glanville's claim she was not fired from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," calling her explanation a "crock of poo."

Lisa and Kyle Richards were leaving Villa Blanca in Bev Hills Wednesday when our photog asked about Brandi's claim she left on her own terms.

There are reports Brandi was 86'd because she didn't get along with all the girls, especially Lisa. But Vanderpump only wishes she had the juice to kick that kind of ass.

One year after trashing the U.S. Men's soccer team, Swedish soccer superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic has returned to America ... wearing a NY Yankees hat.

Zlatan -- one of the most famous soccer players on the planet -- hit up Craig's in West Hollywood Sunday for a romantic date night with his girlfriend Helena Seger.

On the way out, we asked the outspoken 33-year-old how he felt about the global FIFA scandal -- to which he responded, "It's not my area my friend ... I play soccer."

Lil Wayne is on the attack, claiming Birdman and company are so incompetent, Nicki Minaj and Drake are about to bail.

Lil Wayne filed new docs in his bitter lawsuit trying to oust Birdman from Young Money, the label that signed Nicki and Drake.

Wayne says Birdman and Cash Money have grossly mismanaged the company by stiffing lots of people who are owed money, failing to fork over profits and lots of other stuff.

Wayne claims the mismanagement is so bad that Nicki and Drake will probably just jump ship.

Ray J's ex Princess Love lost way more than a BF when they broke up -- she lost the freakin' BENTLEY she bought with her own dough!

The "Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood" star is calling BS on Ray J's claim that HE bought the whip for her last year. Princess was in Bev Hills -- walking, mind you -- when she claimed SHE paid for it, but Ray J jacked it back.

Princess accepts some of the blame though since she's the "dumb ass" who put the car in Ray J's company's name. But she IS pissed about what he did with it after they split.
