Joe Simpson just scored the ultimate bachelor pad near the beach -- a gorgeous Malibu crib worth nearly $3.8 million.

Jessica Simpson's pop definitely has an eye for prime real estate ... the 5,340 sq. ft. villa has 5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with kick ass ocean views. There's also a guest room if Jess and the grands want to hang for a weekend.

It's a ton of space for a single guy, but remember ... Joe's managing models now.

More room to entertain clients, dude.

Marc Anthony just kicked off marriage #3 with a bang -- hooking up his new wife with a new mansion ... although he better hope she doesn't compare it to the one he bought with his ex-wife.

Our real estate sources tell us the singer just dropped $4.125 mil on a 6,590 sq. ft mansion in the San Fernando Valley -- perfect timing since he and model Shannon de Lima got hitched in November.

The New England style crib has 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms -- and one thing Shannon's gotta love ... a giant "Sex and the City" styled walk-in closet. She's a model, after all.

The spread is beautiful, no doubt, but it's a major downsize from the cozy 17,129 sq. ft home that he and Jennifer Lopez bought together in nearby Hidden Hills -- which she got in their divorce.

We're guessing size doesn't matter to Shannon.

Tyga's house in a gated community got rolled by a crook who plotted an escape straight out of a Hollywood script ... and actually got away -- only problem is Tyga doesn't live in the house anymore.

It all went down in the same Calabasas 'hood where Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Katie Holmes live. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the burglar asked someone on the block which house was Tyga's ... and then slipped into the backyard.

What he didn't know was ... Tyga had sold the crib to music exec Anthony Tiffith. Sources connected to the Tiffith fam tell us the suspect managed to bust in through a back window while Tiffith was in a different part of the house.

Now to the great escape. We're told the burglar fled the house, and immediately called 911 and said he had mental issues and needed to be taken away. Paramedics responded and took him to a hospital for evaluation.

Meanwhile, back at the house ... Tiffith realized there'd been a break-in, reviewed his surveillance camera footage, and then called neighborhood security ... who called cops.

Short story ... by the time cops connected the dots and went to the hospital -- the burglar had bolted from the hospital. Police are still searching for the suspect.

Stylist Irene Albright is running the world's largest changing room -- it's a mansion in the Hollywood Hills ... where celebs have been coming and going just to get dolled up for award season.

Sources tell TMZ … Albright has opened up shop inside the huge master bedroom of a 4,200-square-foot home she's renting for $25K a month! We're told she has more than $3 million worth of dresses on racks.

The 5-bed, 6-bath pad was designed by Andrew Gulyas ... who's also a huge celeb real estate agent in town.

As for who's been dropping by to pick up dresses -- Albright tries to keep that under wraps, but we know she's styled for Demi Moore, Meryl Streep and Katie Holmes in the past.

Beyonce and Jay Z are moving to L.A. and they've already enrolled Blue Ivy in school ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned ... Beyonce and Jay Z are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills and actively looking for an estate to buy on the westside of L.A., which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel-Air. We're told they have already discreetly looked at a number of homes, but so far none fit the bill.

We've also learned the famous couple enrolled their 3-year-old into a toddler program at an elite private school -- we know which one but we're not naming it. But we will tell you, the tuition is $15,080 a year.

We're told Blue Ivy was admitted halfway through the school year, which is unusual. The school generally only accepts students at the beginning of the school year.

As for why they're moving, sources connected with the couple tell us they want "a change in lifestyle." You'll recall, Bey and Jay spent the summer in a $200K a month rental near Bev Hills.

We do not know but assume they will keep their New York digs.

Justin Bieber lost it with 2 young fans, chewing them out and taking one of their cellphones ... but he was more than justified.

We're told a 12-year-old Belieber decided to celebrate her birthday with a friend last Saturday by sneaking onto Justin's estate.

The girls found an opening in the form of an open gate, went inside and came face to face with Justin who was enjoying the 80 degree weather with friends in his pool.

Justin spotted and then berated them for trespassing -- which frankly sounds reasonable -- and then confiscated one of their very active cellphones.

The girls left and cops were not called. We're told they sheepishly returned a few days later and retrieved the phone.

JLo is selling her 3+ acre, 17,000 square-foot Hidden Hills estate, because it's just ridiculously big for her small family.

"Ghost Adventures" star Zak Bagans is through dealing with Satan and his minions ... now they're someone else's problem.

Bagans survived 20 months of a dead housing market, and finally unloaded the house he claims has been possessed ever since he brought home a human skull (for research, of course).

Not shockingly ... that claim didn't really help move the house any faster.

Kurt, who brokers deals for a slew of celebs, is a patient guy ... it only took 7 years to build the place with a $60M price tag. That's a modest $40M return in the year and a half since completion.

But if you're looking for another reason to hate your life, consider Rappaport is only 43.

Jay Z and Beyonce have scratched plans to get a wildly expensive pad in L.A. ... after losing out to an incredibly rich nerd in a ferocious bidding war.

TMZ broke the story ... Jay and Bey put an offer in on a sick Beverly Hills mansion ... we're told just shy of $70 mil. At the time we were told they were only several million off from sealing the deal. But former Minecraft mastermind Markus Persson swooped in and sealed the deal for $70M.

Mr. and Mrs. Z have told close friends in L.A. they really wanted that house and it's soured them on looking further. They looked before eyeing the property and found nothing they really liked.

So for now ... they're putting L.A. on ice.

Jaime Pressly doesn't have grounds that would justify a $220,000 gardening bill, but she definitely thinks she has grounds for suing her ex-accountant who paid that tab to her landscaper.

Jaime claims in a new lawsuit ex-pencil pusher Daniel Rivero paid the loot over just 5 years, which she says is ridiculous since she has a fairly modest home in the San Fernando Valley.

But it doesn't stop there. The actress says the accountant screwed up her taxes and now she owes $850K to Uncle Sam. And there's more. She says the guy made 3 bad business investments that cost her $170K.

Pressly's now asking for $900K plus punitive damages.

Multiple gunshots were fired outside of Vice President Joe Biden's home in Delaware Saturday night ... this according to the feds.

A vehicle reportedly drove by his home around 8:25 PM and fired off multiple shots from hundreds of yards beyond the Secret Service's perimeter.

The Vice Prez and his wife were not home when the shots went off ... but they were briefed on the incident following the shooting.

Biden's home is located several hundred yards away from the main road where the shots were fired ... and the residence will be searched to figure out if any bullets hit his house.
