Ezekiel Elliott's accuser told police the NFL running back got extremely violent with her on multiple occasions -- including one instance where he "lost control" and busted the side of her jaw -- but Zeke says she's straight-up lying and he can prove it.

The woman lays it out during a recorded 2016 interview with police in the wake of her domestic violence accusations against the football star.

At the beginning of the interview, the woman is asked if there is a history of abuse or violence -- to which she responds:

"He has lost control and yanked me into the wall, busted the side of my jaw ... my face is swollen and a little bit bruised. And then I did have thumbprint marks on my hand."

The accuser doesn't specify the exact dates of the alleged abuse -- but she notes that she had filed a previous police report against Zeke over an incident in February 2016.

During the 20 minute interview, the accuser, Tiffany Thompson, also gets into detail about the July 16, 2016 incident.

Thompson says Elliott got violent with her when she asked why other women were blowing up his phone early in the morning.

She claims Zeke cussed her out, dragged her out of bed and choked her.

Thompson also claims Zeke clenched his fist to hit her in the face -- but stopped himself when she began to cry. She claims Elliott apologized.

We reached out to Elliott's camp and a rep told us, "All we can say at this time is that Mr. Elliott’s appeal of the NFL’s decision will not only completely refute these false allegations but also shed light on the accuser’s lack of credibility and true motives so much that it will place the NFL's entire findings into question and jeopardize the integrity of the decision."

Usher will not settle with the people suing him for allegedly exposing them to the herpes virus ... sources close to the singer tell TMZ.

The sources say there have been no settlement talks -- none -- and we're told Usher has no interest in making the claims go away in return for money.

As we reported, 4 people -- 3 women and a man -- are suing Usher, claiming they had sexual contact and he didn't inform them he allegedly had genital herpes. Usher hasn't addressed the herpes allegations.

Aaron Carter's life is spiraling out of control, and he's spreading lies about his former publicist to cover it up ... according to a threatening legal letter obtained by TMZ.

Jon Lewandowski's lawyers fired off the ultimatum to Carter Monday, threatening to sue if he doesn't stop making "false, fabricated and defamatory statements." According to the letter ... Aaron's made claims that Lewandowski stole money from him and damaged his career.

Lewandowski's lawyers claim the opposite is true -- that Carter actually owes him money for repping him as his publicist and manager. According to the letter, he had to sever ties with the singer due to his "increasingly alarming and reckless behavior," and because he made threats of violence.

The letter makes it clear ... Aaron needs to stop talking trash about Lewandowski -- specifically to the media -- or he'll face legal consequences.

Ex-NFL player Jermichael Finley says Marshawn Lynch and Michael Bennett don't give a damn about social justice, telling TMZ Sports their national anthem protests are shameless publicity stunts.

We talked to Finley -- who's Super Bowl-winning career with Green Bay was cut short by injury -- and he told us he doesn't believe any of the guys who are sitting actually care about the issues.

"It's more of marketing, it's not really in their heart that they really want to do that. But once again, I think it's a selfish reason I really do."

Finley's take is essentially ... it's hard for star players to get individual attention and guys like Bennett, Lynch and Kaepernick need to be controversial to stay relevant.

JF even takes it a step further on Kaep, going full Michael Vick -- saying it's about time Colin do something with that revolutionary afro.

Taylor just issued this statement, "I want to thank Judge William J. Martinez and the jury for their careful consideration ... [my attorneys] and anyone who feels silenced by a sexual assault, and especially anyone who offered their support through this four-year ordeal..."

Taylor went on, "I acknowledge the privilege that I benefit from in life, in society and in my ability to shoulder the enormous cost of defending myself in a trial like this. My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves."

Taylor Swift just got very important new fans ... and they just unanimously gave her a huge win in her butt groping trial.

The jury ruled David Mueller did indeed commit sexual assault by grabbing her butt at a meet and greet after a 2013 Denver concert. They gave her $1, which is what she was asking.

The jury also ruled Taylor's mother and staff did not intentionally interfere with Mueller's employment.

As we reported ... Tay filed her $1 countersuit against the former DJ on principle.

Taylor was in court to hear the verdict. She hugged her mom and her attorneys. As for her mom ... she cried.

Swift testified during the trial and was unmovable, calling BS on Mueller's claim that all he did was touch her rib cage. She says he latched on to her bare ass underneath her skirt.

Mueller had sued Swift for defamation, claiming her allegations cost him his job. The judge threw out his case against Taylor, Friday, saying he never proved during the trial she directly made him lose his job.

Natalee Holloway has been missing for 12 years, and her story is still embroiled in controversy ... a story that has triggered a new lawsuit.

Edward Kramer just filed suit against 2 production companies -- Brian Graden Media and Lipstick -- for allegedly stealing his idea for a miniseries about Holloway's cold case. He says what's worse, he worked for the companies for more than a year without getting as much as a penny.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kramer claims after Lipstick put him in touch with BGM in 2014 to develop the Holloway project, he was tasked with doing a lot of the legwork, like figuring out how to turn it into a miniseries, doing interviews, and getting the pitch ready for NBC and Oxygen (which is airing "The Disappearance of Natalee Holloway" this week).

Kramer says when he began asking about compensation, he got the runaround.

He's asking a judge to block the airing of the show.

Terrell Owens has some advice for NFL players like Ezekiel Elliott -- if things aren't working out with a woman, JUST DUMP HER AND MOVE ON!

The ex-NFL star says the situation involving Zeke is "unfortunate" -- but he should never have put himself in a volatile position with the accuser in the first place.

"At the end of the day -- no disrespect to women -- but there's a million women in this world. Don't get caught up in certain situations like that."

Chumlee's in a battle for the domain name domination over his candy store ... and winning won't be as easy as taking candy from a baby.

The "Pawn Stars" star had his lawyers fire off a letter to Patrick Keys -- the current owner of chumleescandy.com and chumleescandyontheblvd.com -- threatening to take legal action if he doesn't hand over the rights to the sites. Keys has no association to the brick and mortar store that Chumlee opened 2 months ago in Vegas.

Keys tells TMZ ... he's been making his living for 20 years buying and selling domain names, and when news broke in May that Chumlee was opening the candy store ... he made a smart business move by swiping the domains. He says he tried contacting Chumlee several times to work out a deal for the names, but never heard back.

YG refused to follow orders and get out of his car during a traffic stop because he was afraid cops would do bad things to him.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the rapper was cruising Wednesday night in his Mercedes-Maybach in Burbank when cops noticed dark tinted windows. We're told they asked YG for his driver's license and registration ... and that's when things went awry.

We're told YG replied with a simple "no." He was asked to get out of the car -- and same answer, "no." He told cops he just didn't trust them. The standoff continued with YG saying he was afraid police would hurt him if he exited the vehicle.

A bunch of patrol cars raced to the scene for backup and YG eventually got out. He had no ID and played the "do you know who I am" card.

YG was cited for having no ID, tinted windows and no license plates.

Kurt Warner says losing Ezekiel Elliott for 6 games is a "big blow" for the Dallas Cowboys -- and could seriously hurt the team's chances at a playoff run.

The Hall of Fame quarterback was still gathering info when we spoke with him Friday afternoon -- but says the whole situation involving the running back is "disappointing."

As for the NFL's threats that Zeke could be banned for life if he violated the league's personal conduct policy again -- Warner says, "Let's just hope it doesn't get to that point."

Shar Jackson is no longer blocked from her granddaughter -- Chris Massey just dropped his restraining order.

Chris tells us ... he decided to dismiss the case because he understands the importance of family and grandparents. For her part Shar's happy, of course, especially because she feels he was dragging her good name through the mud.

We broke the story ... the "Zoey 101" star accused Shar -- his baby mama's mama -- of hitting his 2-year-old daughter, Mariah, and leaving her with a 4-inch "razor cut" on her forehead. A judge ordered her to stay 50 yards away from the child temporarily, but that's no more. According to the court clerk ... a judge granted Chris' request for dismissal.

What's unclear ... if Massey really believed Shar was abusive to his kid -- something she adamantly denies -- why'd he drop it?.

Taylor Swift just scored a big win in her butt groping trial ... the judge threw out DJ David Mueller's case against her.

Mueller sued Swift, her mom and management team in 2015, saying they cost him his job after Swift alleged the DJ grabbed her ass during a meet-and-greet in Denver. However, Swift fired back ... countersuing Mueller for sexual assault and battery.

The two sides have been locked in court this week ... but the judge just ruled the case against Taylor be dropped. The judge's reported reasoning was that in only informing her mom and team about the alleged assault, Taylor did nothing wrong -- she didn't tell Mueller's employer directly -- so the judge said it wasn't possible to prove Taylor's the person who got him fired.

While Taylor's in the clear ... Mueller's case against Taylor's mom and team is still alive.

Swift's case against David is still ongoing, with a final verdict expected next week.

Ezekiel Elliott's accuser took several photos of the injuries she claims she suffered at the hands of the Dallas Cowboys running back ... showing bruising on her arms, hands, neck and legs.

Zeke's accuser claims she suffered the injuries during the week of July 16 -- when Elliott allegedly attacked her 3 times on 3 separate occasions.

Elliott told police investigators he did not cause the bruises -- claiming the woman suffered the injuries in a bar fight.

The NFL independently investigated the allegations -- and obtained photos of the alleged injuries which the league claims it was able to verify came from incidents involving Elliott.

Elliott says the investigation is WRONG and vows to appeal the 6-game suspension he received as a result of the investigation.

TMZ Sports also obtained a copy of the 911 call made by the accuser in which she claims Elliot had attacked her multiple times.

Usher is offering up a big ol' peace sign to the world ... despite some serious STD allegations.

The singer was at Alfred Coffee Friday with Jermaine Dupri -- the two have spent a lot of time together since Usher was sued earlier this week for allegedly exposing multiple people to herpes without disclosing he had the virus.
