Man in Nazi Uniform Trades In Gestapo Costume For Jail Jumpsuit In New Booking Photo

Kenneth Leland Morgan -- the man who allegedly dressed in a Nazi costume before striking a University of Georgia student with a beer stein -- posed for his mugshot in an orange jumpsuit after being stripped of his now infamous Gestapo costume.

TMZ has obtained a booking photo of Morgan, and based on his expression ... he doesn't look too thrilled to be locked up in the Athens-Clarke County slammer while wearing scrubs issued by the jail. It's unclear what exactly happened to his neatly pressed Gestapo uniform, but we imagine the jail took custody of it for the time being.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Morgan's been charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor simple battery.

Here's the deal ... there's a timeline on the White House's official website which lays out the different renovations -- from the building's initial construction at the end of the 18th century to President Donald Trump's newest project, a $250 million grand ballroom many Democrats are decrying.

However, several of the new additions aren't about the architecture at all, but instead what past presidents decided to do there ... beginning with a debrief on President Bill Clinton's cheating scandal with Monica Lewinsky, which resulted in his impeachment.

The cocreator/director of "Outer Banks" put his hands on a production assistant and shook her while shouting in her face, and several of the show's stars had to intervene ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the show went back into production this week in Dubrovnik, Croatia. We're told "tensions were high" on the set, and we're told things came to an immediate boil when Jonas Pate grabbed the female P.A.

We're told that as Pate shook and screamed at her, Chase Stokes separated them and Madelyn Cline also jumped in to de-escalate the situation.

Roger Goodell is standing by the NFL's decision to have Bad Bunny perform the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show ... saying the star musician "understands the platform that he's on" -- and there are no plans for a replacement.

The commish met with reporters during the league's annual fall owners meeting in New York ... where he explained the process of selecting the halftime performance is "carefully thought through."

"I'm not sure we've ever selected an artist where we didn't have some blowback or criticism," he said. "It's pretty hard to do when you have literally hundreds of millions of people that are watching. But we're confident it's gonna be a great show."

Prince Andrew has had a rough time lately ... first, he stripped himself of most of his royal titles, and now he's on the verge of being asked to testify before Congress about his alleged association with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew, as you know, was linked to Epstein after an infamous 2001 photo surfaced showing him standing with his arm around a teenage Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's most prominent victims, who died by suicide this year.

In the pic, Epstein's girlfriend and confidante Ghislaine Maxwell -- who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for child sex trafficking -- is standing behind them with a smile. Ever since the release of the photo, Andrew has been in the doghouse with the royals and trying to dodge legal pitfalls.

Now, Stephen Lynch, a Massachusetts Democratic Representative on the House Oversight Committee, wants to invite Andrew to the U.S. Congress to talk about his purported involvement in the Epstein scandal.

According to a new report ... Lawfare's Anna Bower put on blast Lindsey Halligan -- the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and Trump's former personal attorney -- after Halligan allegedly texted her on the Signal app October 11, slamming her reporting on the case against James.

As everyone knows, there's no love lost between Trump and James ... they both despise each other. You may recall ... in 2022, James sued Trump, claiming he overstated the value of his business assets to get favorable loans. Prince Andrew is voluntarily relinquishing his royal titles ... though he's still vehemently denying all of the scandalous accusations against him related to Jeffrey Epstein.

The senior royal announced the news in a prepared statement Friday ... writing that, in consultation with his brother King Charles and his other immediate family, it's become clear the allegations leveled against him have distracted from the work of British Royal Family.

He explains he has decided to put his family first once again -- just as he did when he stepped down from his duties five years ago -- and, so he will no longer use his honorifics.

Rep. Dave Taylor Calls Capitol Police To Investigate Swastika In His Office

An altered American flag featuring the image of a swastika was found in the Washington, D.C. office of U.S. Representative from Ohio Dave Taylor on Wednesday ... and Capitol Police are investigating.

Politico was first to report the incident ... the flag was reportedly pinned to a bulletin board on a wall next to where one of Taylor's staffers sits ... the flag was noticed during a virtual meeting.

The Republican rep issued a statement confirming he'd seen the image, which he described as featuring a "vile and deeply inappropriate symbol" ... Taylor told Politico he's ordered an investigation alongside the police looking into how the flag ended up in his office.

Taylor condemned the Nazi image "in the strongest terms" and said it's not reflective of the "values or standards" expected of his staff.

An office spokesperson claimed the Representative believed the flag being placed in his office was the result of either "foul play or vandalism."

Vice President J.D. Vance is not very bothered by a report detailing a recently revealed group chat featuring vicious racist and misogynistic comments exchanged by young Republican leaders from across the country

Here's what went down ... messages from a Telegram chat written by various individuals associated with Young Republican clubs and groups were leaked to Politico and published Tuesday.

The chat was filled to the brim with racial slurs, comments admiring Adolf Hitler and the use of gas chambers, threats of violence against political opponents, and jokes about sexual assault.

The backlash to the leaked chat was immediate, and the National Young Republicans board of directors called for everyone in the chat to "immediately resign" from the organization, according to Politico.

Vance downplayed the content of the chat on X later Tuesday, and said the comments aren't as bad as texts allegedly sent by Jay Jones -- currently the Democratic nominee for state attorney general in Virginia -- in 2022.

He wrote he wouldn't "join the pearl clutching" when "powerful people call for political violence."

Ellen Greenberg Stabbed 20 Times in Back of Neck and Head Officials Re-Confirm ... Suicide

Ellen Greenberg’s 2011 death is officially ruled a suicide -- again -- the ruling coming after the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office dug back in for a second look at the case in which a woman was found with multiple stab wounds in the back of her head and neck.

The ruling is sure to spark major controversy ... Greenberg, a 27-year-old Philly teacher, was found dead by her fiancé in 2011 ... she'd been stabbed 20 times in the back of her neck and head, with a knife protruding from her chest. Her death was initially ruled a homicide ... but after a meeting with Philly PD, assistant Medical Examiner Dr. Marlon Osbourne determined she died by suicide.

Fast-forward to February 2025 ... under pressure from Greenberg’s family, the medical examiner's office revisited the case ... and is maintaining the same manner of death.
