Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline is rewinding to the night before their 2004 "I do" ... claiming he got one hell of a shock when he caught her on the phone with her ex, Justin Timberlake.

Chatting with Kevin Frazier about his new memoir, "You Thought You Knew," K-Fed says the late-night call raised serious red flags, and he told Britney he wasn’t down to get married if she was still hung up on her ex ... but she brushed it off, saying she was giving Justin a final send-off.

Kevin says he thought it was pretty weird for Britney to be dialing up Justin the night before their wedding ... but he took her word for it, figuring she was just closing that chapter of her life.

Former "Good Morning America" cohosts T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach have battled rumors for years that they carried on a love affair while still married to their respective spouses ... and surprise, surprise -- now they're engaged!

Amy spilled the tea on Tuesday's episode of the "Amy & TJ" podcast, gushing, "We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now."

T.J. added, "We wanted to let you all know before anybody else was able to; we’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship."

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had plenty of folks worried when the news that a worm had burrowed into his brain made headlines in 2024 ... but now his wife, Cheryl Hines, is downplaying the whole situation -- as best she can, at least.

The actress stopped by "The View" on Tuesday for a conversation with the show's hosts ... which ended up being pretty contentious at certain points.

However, the interview ended on sort of a high note, because Joy Behar asked Cheryl if her husband still had the brain worm ... and she confirmed the invader was dead and gone.

Oh, and she claimed the worm had only eaten "a little bit" of her husband's brain and died.

The news about RFK Jr.'s brain worm went wide when The New York Times published a story regarding his history with the pesky pest last year.

Although he's never specified what kind of parasite he ended up getting in his brain, there's a condition known as neurocysticercosis ... which is what happens when larvae from pork tapeworms reach the brain and form cysts, and can lead to a range of complications, according to the Cleveland Clinic ... it's pretty gnarly stuff, we know.

Ready for a revelation? Turns out, YouTubers Daniel Howell and Philip Lester -- better known as Dan and Phil -- are dating!

The pair announced the news about their love lives -- or is it love life? -- in a 46-minute-long video titled "Are Dan and Phil in a Relationship?" on their shared YouTube account ... and according to Phil, the answer is a very simple "yes."

Oh, and here's the kicker -- the two have actually been a couple since 2009, when they started creating content together!

Dan and Phil stated they fell for each other "hard and fast" after they first met, although they didn't put any labels on their romance at first.

It's also worth noting they both came out in 2019 -- just not at the same time. Dan actually claimed he'd been "more than friends" with Phil in his coming-out video, but he decided to keep the actual status of their relationship under wraps, according to Dexerto.

The two were pretty open about having gone through ups and downs just like any other couple, and Dan confessed he'd experienced plenty of homophobia as a child, which didn't exactly encourage him to go public with his relationship later on in life.

Dan and Phil also claimed they wouldn't be changing their content after going public with their romance ... and quipped no one should be afraid of them turning into "couple vloggers in bed."

Katy Perry might not be kissing and telling ... but she seemingly hinted at her romance with Justin Trudeau while being proposed to on stage during her concert Monday night!

Crazy new details in the arrest of Demi Lovato's ex-fiancé Max Ehrich have surfaced ... and the dude is being accused of roughing up his mom while abusing nitrous oxide, according to a police report.

The report says cops received a domestic violence call Tuesday night from someone who claimed Ehrich was live streaming himself beating on his mother. Police say they responded to the Florida home Ehrich shares with his mom, who officers found at a neighbor's residence after an altercation with Max.

Denise Richards is doubling down on her claim that estranged husband Aaron Phypers roughed her up while she was recovering from a cosmetic procedure ... and now she's telling it to a judge.

Denise took the stand Tuesday to testify in a restraining order hearing against Aaron ... and she said he got violent with her back in May, after she had plastic surgery.

She told the judge Aaron was helping her recover from a procedure on her breast implants and a tummy tuck when he hit her in the head at the hotel where they were shacking up. She said Aaron hit her and demanded her phone.
