Paddy "The Baddy" is now a daddy (say that five times fast) ... 'cause the UFC star and his wife just welcomed twin girls -- and they are adorable!!!

The 21-3 lightweight MMA fighter introduced his baby girls to the world on Instagram, announcing April 17th was the day he and Laura Gregory's lives changed.

"All worth it for you 2 perfect little girls Betsy and Margot Pimblett ❤️," Paddy wrote on Instagram.

As we previously reported, Gobert and Bonilla went public with the pregnancy back in February ... and a few weeks later, he told TMZ Sports it was a "blessing" to start a family.

Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods have called it quits again ... and it seems to be for real this time.

During Sunday's episode of "90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?" Big Ed explains his decision to pull the plug on his forthcoming nuptials to his on-again, off-again love.

As he puts it, he and Liz had an argument over taco pasta ... leaving Ed seriously pissed off.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's moving on from Ryan Anderson, and not just in her marriage ... she hasn't shared a second of camera time with him since their split, and we've learned that's not going to change anytime soon.
