Ariel Winter's Mom Gunning for Entire 'Modern Family' Cast

Published | Updated

Ariel Winter's mom wants to drag the entire cast of "Modern Family" into a custody war ... trying to force them on the stand and tell the judge she's not a terrible mother.

Chrystal Workman wants a small village of witnesses to testify, including Ed O'Neill, Julie Bowen, Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Angela Gould and Diane Rodriguez.

Workman also wants ABC Network Prez Paul Lee and show producer Steve Levitan.

In all, Workman wants to call 83 witnesses.

And get this ... she doesn't have a lawyer so she would be grilling them herself.

If it happens ... Ariel will turn 18 before the trial is over. Thing is ... the judge has pretty much made it clear ... ain't gonna happen.

NBA Star Paul George If The Baby's Mine, I'll Man Up Never Offered $1 Mil for Abortion

Published | Updated

Indiana Pacers superstar Paul George tells TMZ Sports ... he never EVER offered to pay a woman $1 million to abort her unborn child -- but if the kid is his, he's ready and willing to do the right thing.

We're told ... back in 2013, George had a relationship with a woman from Miami named "Daniela" -- a woman who is currently pregnant. The releationship went through the end of the summer ... but in November, Daniela informed George she was pregnant and she believes he is the father.

In a statement to TMZ Sports, George says ... "If and when there is legal confirmation that I am the father, I will fully embrace my responsibilities. This is a personal matter that is still being sorted out, so I hope you can respect my privacy. "

There are rumors that George offered the woman $1 mil to abort the baby -- but George's camp is adamant that's total B.S.

A spokesman tells us, "There is no truth to the rumors that Paul offered money for [Daniela] not to have the child."

A source familiar with the situation says the relationship between George and Daniela is "amicable" and they both expect it to stay that way.

Paul Walker's Baby Mama Big Drinking Problems

Published | Updated

The mother of Paul Walker's 15-year-old daughter appears to have serious alcohol issues -- TMZ has learned, she was arrested for DUI in August and that wasn't her only one -- and it's a major reason why Meadow moved away from her mom to live with Paul.

Rebecca Soteros was first arrested for DUI in 2003 in Orange County. She pled guilty and was sentenced to 3 years probation.

History repeated itself last year, when Soteros was arrested again for DUI in Hawaii. That case is ongoing.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Rebecca's drinking has been an ongoing issue for years. Paul's daughter Meadow called her famous dad in 2011 and pleaded to let her move to L.A. and live with him. He happily obliged, because we're told Paul and Rebecca had countless arguments for years over her drinking problems.

Since Paul's death Meadow has been living with Paul's mom, Cheryl, who will almost certainly be appointed guardian.

Mia Farrow Woody Molested Dylan And He Knows It [VIDEO]

Woody Allen and his lawyer may be painting Mia Farrow out to be a spiteful bitch for alleging Woody molested her daughter ... but Mia is on tape explaining how Dylan freely opened up about the sexual attack and she says Woody knows in his heart exactly what he did.

Farrow spoke exclusively with Rosanna Scotto -- WNYW Fox 5 anchor -- back in 1992, just after winning a bitter custody fight.

Farrow explains ... when Dylan started opening up about the abuse she spontaneously grabbed a camera and videotaped it.

And ... Farrow explains how she told Dylan that her dad was now her sister's "boyfriend."

Paul Walker's Will $25 Million Estate Curious Language

Published | Updated

Paul Walker was worth $25 million when he died and there seems to be some possibility of a family conflict ... this, based on new documents obtained by TMZ.

We've obtained a copy of Paul Walker's will. Walker left his entire estate -- $25 mil -- to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

Paul's dad -- the named executor -- filed Paul's will with the court. Paul's dad has petitioned the court to appoint Paul's mother -- Cheryl -- guardian of Meadow. What's more, Paul's dad wants Cheryl to be the guardian of the $25 mil. This is exactly what Paul wanted under the will.

Now Meadow lives with her mom, Rebecca Soteros. If Paul gets his last wish, grandma will become Meadow's guardian. It's unclear if Rebecca approves, but it's definitely strange that Paul wanted his mom to be guardian since Meadow lives with Rebecca.

A court hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Jon Cryer My Ex Is Lying I Only Make 3/4 of a Mil a Month

Published | Updated

Jon Cryer proved his ex-wife was delusional when she claimed he made $2 million a month from "Two and a Half Men." Fact is ... he made way less than half that amount.

Jon submitted legal docs objecting to Sarah Trigger's petition to up her child support from $8,000 to $88,000 a month ... arguing the kid was humiliated at his fancy private school because he couldn't keep up with the Kardashians.

The judge shut Sarah down ... in part because Jon submitted an income declaration showing he earns $758,449 a month -- $600K is from the show, and the rest is from investments and such.

And this is interesting. Jon also listed his expenses. He shells out $7,700 in entertainment, $3,800 in car expenses, $1,000 in groceries, $3,300 for child care and $4,000 for tuition ... and those are MONTHLY expenses. $4 grand a month for tuition ... sheesh.

Now get this ... Jon doesn't eat out a lot. Total monthly expense -- $44.

Guess Ashton picks up the tab.

Jackson Family Debbie Will Become Paris' Guardian Over Our Dead Bodies

Published | Updated

Michael Jackson's family has circled the wagons ... with many family members expressing outrage at the prospect Debbie Rowe could become Paris Jackson's legal guardian ... sources connected with the family tell TMZ.

We broke the story ... Debbie has not made any move to become Paris' guardian after last week's suicide attempt, but she's amenable if Paris wants it. As we reported ... Paris is having trouble connecting with grandma Katherine, and that's one of the reasons she's established a bond with Debbie over the last few months.

Our sources say ... members of the family believe Debbie's motivation is to put herself in the public eye, as evidenced by her statement to the media after the suicide attempt. As one source said, "If her intentions were pure she'd be speaking to the family."

We're told the family will fight Debbie "tooth and nail" if she attempts to secure guardianship.

The criticism is puzzling, because Debbie has stayed out of the spotlight for years, and her statement about Paris had nothing to do with guardianship -- it was merely confirming TMZ's story that Paris had attempted suicide.

Also interesting ... the family is not suggesting Debbie's motivation is money.

The judge in the guardianship case is currently reviewing Katherine's guardianship to determine if she's able to properly care for MJ's 3 kids.

Jacko Settles Child Custody Dispute with Ex-Wife

Published | Updated

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Michael Jackson and his ex-wife, Deborah Rowe, have settled their lengthy legal battle over custody and visitation rights for their two children, her lawyer said Friday.

"We're still dealing with the details but it addresses all of the disputes between the parties," said attorney Marta Almli. "I can't say anything about the terms of the settlement but I don't think it would have happened if both parties didn't agree it was appealing to both of them."
