Scott Disick and a hot leggy blonde put in some hardcore hours -- partying together all over NYC from daytime, into nighttime ... straight into Thursday morning.

Disick and the mystery chick started their party adventure at his hotel ... they were spotted walking out of the Trump Soho Wednesday afternoon. They hit up a bar in the East Village ...then a house party, and eventually 1 OAK Nightclub.

And they still weren't done. The mobile party kept rolling at Soho House ... where they eventually emerged at 6 AM Thursday.

Unclear who the young lady is, but she's the polar opposite of Kourtney Kardashian -- tall, blonde ... and obviously no issues with Scott's party lifestyle.

Sam Smith got smacked by culture shock -- and probably a hangover -- when his night of partying in Rio de Janeiro did NOT end with a sloppy stop at McDonald's.

This video of the singer -- trying to wrap up an all-nighter -- is hysterical. All Sam wants ... desperately wants, is a freakin' Quarter Pounder with cheese!! Maybe a Big Mac ... depends on how much he drank.

Tom Hanks' son is waving the white flag in his crusade to use the n-word ... admitting he was off the rails due to drug addiction and the pressure of being Tom's kid.

A few months ago Chet Hanks -- who raps under the name Chet Haze -- ranted about his right to say the n-word whenever and wherever he wanted ... but now says, "It's not my place to speak on it and I'm genuinely sorry for the people that I offended."

The reason for his about face ... rehab. Chet says he's been getting treatment for cocaine addiction that got so bad his nose was clogged. He adds that being Tom Hanks' son isn't all silver spoons. In fact, he thinks that's part of the reason he got so screwed up.

Houston Rockets star Ty Lawson says he does NOT believe he's an alcoholic ... despite 2 DUI arrests this year ... saying he just made "two dumb mistakes" and didn't really need to go to rehab.

Lawson just opened up about his stint at Cliffside Malibu, where he was ordered to complete a 30 day program stemming from his January DUI in Colorado, telling Yahoo Sports the experience was "eye-opening," but not completely necessary.

"I still honestly don’t think I would’ve had to go in there if it wasn’t court ordered. I just made two dumb mistakes. But I did take things from the [rehabilitation facility]."

As for what he learned, Lawson says ... he learned "what triggers are" and "what forces someone to drink."

Lawson says being around people at the facility who had bottomed out from booze gave him a new perspective on the dangers of drinking -- "I didn't think alcoholism got that bad. But it does."

"There were people who were pushed into [the rehab facility] by family, and then me, who was court ordered. Just to see that it can get that bad, that you can die. You may not see that as a person until you’re already there."

Former "Who's the Boss?" star Danny Pintauro says Grindr is about more than casual sex ... it's filled with MSCME -- men seeking crystal meth encounters.

Of course, Pintauro just revealed he has HIV, so we asked what he thought about Grindr's legal threat against an AIDS org that warned hookups on the app could lead to STDs -- and he went off about meth.

Pintauro thinks the drug is a huge part of the reason people hook up on Grindr, and told us all about his own experience. Danny battled crystal meth addiction.

We've reached out to Grindr, but no word back yet.

Also interesting ... Danny's controversial comment that he was "relieved" to find out he'd contracted HIV. We asked him if he wanted to rephrase. He simply doubled down.

A sports bar near the UCF campus called The Basement Orlando is offering free brews during UCF's game this weekend against Tulane. The team is currently 0-4, and the bar's marketing honcho Jake Whitcare says they thought this would boost fan morale.

Whitcare tells us, they'll be serving up domestic kegs totally gratis until the UCF Knights win a game. He says they're in this for the long haul -- as in 0-12, if it comes to that.

Here's the thing ... we have no doubt the giveaway will boost morale TO DRINK! We're just not sure how it encourages fans to cheer for a win.

Chris Brown and his baby mama Nia Guzman have settled their custody war, right down to the official name of their child.

Sources connected with the case tell us, Chris and Nia have agreed to joint physical and legal custody. He'll get their 1-year-old 12 days out of the month, and there will be no supervised visitation.

As for the baby's name ... they've agreed she's Royalty Brown -- no middle name.

And we're told Chris will pay Nia $2,500 a month. He's also paying her $15k in back support.

Chris also has to pay for Royalty's schooling, health insurance, medical bills and nannies.

And we're told the drug test Chris submitted to during the custody hearing has come back positive for both weed and codeine, but we're told he had a prescription for both.

The settlement is subject to a judge's approval.

Justin Bieber was at a recording studio in Australia Sunday night ... and a woman who was there claims she was drugged -- but other people at the studio say nothing like that happened.

In a social media post, the girl, an Australian model named Bailey Scarlett, says she was invited to the studio in Melbourne, Australia and poured herself a drink of vodka and lemonade. She claims she set the drink down and was chatting with some other girls there.

However, not long after that -- Scarlett says she began to feel woozy and her vision became blurred. She says she began to cry and Justin sat down with her to calm her down.

Scarlett says she then went outside after her condition got worse and the police were called.

Law enforcement in Melbourne tells TMZ, they responded to a call at the location for a woman who "believed her drink had been spiked." She was then taken to a local hospital and advised to make an official report about the incident. We're told at this point she has not yet filed a report.

Jimi Wyatt, who owns the recording studio, says they have reviewed footage from the event and claims Bailey's cup is visible the entire time -- he says her drink was never touched. Alex McDonnell, who organized the event, tells TMZ he believes the girl was having a panic attack.

Bailey Scarlett has since made the post private claiming it was for legal reasons.

Chris Vance, the star of "Transporter: The Series" is going through a bitter divorce and things have gotten so bad, his soon-to-be ex-wife was granted a restraining order.

According to the docs, Vance's wife Monira Dailly says his drinking has gotten out of control and she fears he will forcefully take their 2-year-old son. Dailly says Chris is verbally abusive -- calling her the "c-word" and a "f**king idiot" in front of their child.

That's not all ... Dailly says Chris has accused her of giving him STDs -- something she says was later proven false.

Dailly was granted a protective order and Chris must stay 100-yards away from her and their son.

Chris says the allegations his estranged wife is making are completely "unfounded and false," and his only concern is that the divorce process does no harm to their son.

TMZ broke the story ... CPS and police in Georgia launched an investigation after seeing the smoking video, which RHQ posted himself -- and after getting flooded with complaints.

RHQ says in spite of this mistake he'll "continue to strive to be the best parent I can be."

Rich Homie Quan learned not to wave a red flag in front of a bull, because he just got gored ... Child Protective Services is now on his case for smoking what looks like a blunt in front of his kid.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Georgia authorities saw the video of RHQ's 1-year-old on his lap as he puffed away, and they were alarmed. Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department have now teamed up to investigate.

Our sources say CPS wants to sit down with Quan and ask a slew of questions ... notably, what was he smoking? They also want to know if this was a one-off or his standard operating procedure.

Law enforcement tells us the probe goes beyond RHQ's fitness as a parent ... he could face possible criminal charges, including endangering a child and reckless behavior.

Actor-turned-church-leader Andrew Keegan claims his reputation is ruined over Kombucha ... and he wants $33 mil to make it right.

Keegan got some bad press after his church -- Full Circle Venice -- was slapped for selling Kombucha to its members. Turns out the hippie elixir had enough alcohol so it couldn't be sold without a license. The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control raided the church and cited some of the members.

Here's what made Keegan irate ... Examiner.com reported he was arrested for the illegal sale of Kombucha. Keegan -- who became famous playing Joey in "10 Things I Hate About You" -- says he wasn't even there and was not arrested.

He says Examiner.com has a network reaching 20 million monthly readers and his name is now mud ... which is why he wants $33 mil.

UFC superstar Nick Diaz says he's devastated over the 5 year ban he got in Nevada after testing positive for weed ... telling TMZ Sports, "I have to figure out how to make a living."

"It's upsetting," Diaz told us when asked about the punishment dished out by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

"I held off on having kids and getting married so I could fight. I gave my life to this. I am a fighter. It's what I am. A lot of guys have to worry about what their wives and kids think, I don't. All my attention goes towards fighting, and now I don't know if I can fight. They've taken it away from me."

Diaz says he's been paying special attention to his finances in the wake of the suspension -- "I'm just trying to make ends meet."

We also asked Diaz how he felt about his close friend Ronda Rousey having his back when she blasted the NSAC earlier this month.

"She didn't need to do that. I don't know if she caught heat for it ... I hope she didn't. But Ronda understands how I am. She's like me, only a girl. A prize fighter. She's a great friend."

So, what's Nick's plan moving forward?

"I've been hearing other states' athletic commissions are angry about the ruling, so hopefully I'll be able to fight in those states."
