9:26 AM PT -- A rep for the Nobel Institute is now essentially calling out Sarah's people. The rep tells TMZ, "This individual (the shoplifter) is NOT an employee of and has no connection to the Nobel Institute, which awards the Peace Prize and presents the Peace Prize Concert. She is a freelance make-up artist who was contracted by an outside agency that specialized in that area."

8:00 AM PT -- A rep for Sarah tells us the culprit was NOT SJP's assistant, and was not on her payroll ... but was traveling as part of Sarah's entourage.

A source connected to Sarah claims the alleged shoplifter was actually working for the Nobel Peace Prize. SJP was in Oslo to host a concert for the organization.

If you were flying from Oslo, Norway to NYC on United today ... you would be plenty pissed off, because the plane was delayed for an hour while police dealt with a little shoplifting incident involving Sarah Jessica Parker's assistant.

Sources who work at the airport tell TMZ ... Sarah -- seen above arriving at the United terminal -- and her entourage were ready to board the plane when they were confronted by cops, who were called after an airport shop owner claimed one of Sarah's minions pilfered a pair of expensive sunglasses.

Police blocked the assistant from boarding and worked out a settlement of sorts -- a fine of $1,400, which was paid on the spot. We're told Sarah and the assistant then got on board and the plane took off.

"Storage Wars" -- the hit A&E show -- is deceiving viewers by making it seem contestants are bidding on unseen items, when the best goods are actually planted inside ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The lawsuit -- filed by the former star, David Hester -- claims he was axed when he complained to producers about the alleged rigging practices.

Hester claims in one case producers planted a BMW mini car under a pile of trash. In another case, Hester alleges producers planted a pile of old newspapers that announced the death of Elvis. For some reason, that's a valuable commodity.

And Hester goes on ... claiming the show even gave less than photogenic cast members money for plastic surgery to "create more sex appeal."

Hester claims in the suit he was wrongfully terminated because he blew the whistle.

But Dan Dotson -- the guy behind the show's auction company -- disagrees, telling TMZ, every unit seen on the show is legit and has a seal on it before they open it ... making it impossible for A&E to tamper with the units before filming begins.

Dan adds, “We only sell legitimate units on Storage Wars. Every unit goes through a 64-day legal process and no one has access to units prior to auction.”

Hell has officially frozen over, because former BFFs turned mortal enemies Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton were both in the same room of the same Miami club on Thursday ... and no injuries were reported.

We're told It girl Kim and former It girl Paris -- along with their respective man lovers, Kanye West and Spanish model River Viiperi -- hit up Wall nightclub at the W South Beach and we're spotted engaged in an actual casual conversation with each other. Sources say there was even some laughing taking place.

Turns out this is the second time in recent weeks that the former besties have made nice. We're told K & P first hugged it out at a mutual friend's birthday in Vegas last month, where they were even spotted dancing together.

8:30 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops are NOT planning on conducting a criminal investigation into the death at this point ... and believe there was no foul play.

We're told a post-mortem examination (autopsy) is currently being scheduled and is expected to be conducted in the next few days.

Meanwhile, Kate and William's rep has issued a statement on behalf of the royals saying they are "deeply saddened" by the news ... adding, "Their thoughts and prayers are with Jacintha Saldanha’s family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time."

A nurse at the hospital where Kate Middleton was treated for morning sickness this week has been found dead ... and suicide is suspected -- after she mistakenly transferred a prank radio call to Kate's hospital room.

According to law enforcement, the woman was found dead at an address near King Edward VII hospital, where she worked, around 9:30 AM this morning.

Paramedics were dispatched to the scene but were unable to revive her. Scotland Yard is treating the death as a possible suicide.

The woman -- a nurse identified as Jacintha Saldanha -- was the victim of a prank by an Australian radio station, which called King Edward VII hospital on Wednesday pretending to be the Queen of England (with a terrible accent) and asking to speak to Kate.

The nurse immediately transferred the call to Kate's room, where another nurse then nervously explained Kate's condition over the phone. The call was broadcast all over the planet.

The radio station issued an apology just hours after the prank aired, saying, "We were very surprised that our call was put through. We thought we'd be hung up on as soon as they heard our terrible accents. We’re very sorry if we’ve caused any issues and we’re glad to hear that Kate is doing well."

Ariel Winter's mother recently attempted to leak nude photos of Ariel's sister Shanelle Gray through a Hollywood publicist -- this according to the publicist himself, who could end up playing a critical role in the battle for custody of Ariel.

Jonathan Hay tells TMZ ... Chrystal Workman -- the "Modern Family" star's mother -- contacted him this week, and said she had nude photos of Shanelle she wanted to secretly release to the public.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge awarded Shanelle guardianship of 14-year-old Ariel in October after allegations Chrystal was emotionally and physically abusing Ariel.

Hay claims Chrystal hounded him all week about leaking the pics -- which he says are 8 or 9 years old -- but he refused because he felt like Chrystal was trying to "sell out her daughter" ... and he wanted to help Ariel.

Hay says he's already been contacted by a member of Ariel's legal team -- but adds at this point it's unclear how much of a role, if any, he will play in the case.

Hay says he would have no problem filing a declaration in support of Ariel -- but says he has not been asked to do so yet.

Boy George says a bunch of Mexicans are ganging up on him online ... trashing him for tweeting about the new Presidente ... but George says it's all a misunderstanding gigante.

The drama unfolded on Twitter early Tuesday when the former Culture Club front man announced he would be blocking "mostly Mexicans" from contacting him on the social network ... after he was blasted with hate-mail from our neighbors down south.

So why would anyone wanna hurt George? According to the singer's rep ... George tweeted about the Mexican election earlier this week ... saying, "Mexico has a hot new president and I hope he is good for the country!"

Problem is ... the tweet was MISQUOTED by several Mexican media outlets – which translated the tweets to: "So the Mexican president is a tyrant. Well, if that's true Mexico needs good wishes."

Ever since the erroneous reports got out, George says he's been bombarded with nasty tweets ... and has now resorted to "blocking anyone who annoys me by calling me 'racist' or mentioning 'presidents!”

George says it just so happens that the perps are "mostly Mexicans."

BG's rep tells TMZ ... George has nothing against the Mexican people and calls the whole thing a "ridiculous situation [blown] out of proportion about nothing."

"Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz suffered a mini-stroke last week -- and sources tell TMZ, doctors are still stumped about the cause.

Sources close to Frankie tell TMZ, the 26-year-old was taken to an Arizona ER on Friday when friends noticed he was "acting really weird" -- having trouble speaking and understanding words -- and they got freaked out.

Doctors told Frankie he had suffered a "mini-stroke" though they didn't know what caused it. We're told Frankie's still awaiting test results.

Frankie's birthday is tomorrow and his band Kingsfoil is set to begin touring on Friday -- but he's currently under doctor's orders to take it easy.

8:46 AM PT -- Katt has been bailed out of jail ... thanks to Suge Knight who foot the bill.

A rep for Suge tells TMZ ... Williams was bailed out early this morning. The rep tells us Suge is Katt's tour manager.

Katt Williams was arrested on Sunday following a bar fight in Seattle ... during which he allegedly threatened people with a pool cue, this according to Seattle police.

According to police, Williams "brandished a pool cue at a bar manager and refused to leave the business" and later followed a family outside of the bar where he threw a cigarette at a woman as she got into her car, hitting her in the eye.

Police say Williams also threw a rock at the car.

Williams was booked into King County Jail at 6:42 PM PT for investigation of harassment, assault and obstructing police. He was released early Monday morning.

The incident is the latest in a string of bizarre behavior from Williams ... who last week was caught on video in Sacramento slapping a Target employee in the face.

Kevin Clash -- the former voice of Elmo -- used alcohol as a precursor to oral sex with an underage boy ... this according to a new lawsuit that has just been filed by a THIRD accuser.

According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Manhattan and obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim met Clash on a gay phone chat line when he was 16 and Clash was approximately 40.

The accuser -- now 28 -- says he was in NYC pursuing modeling opportunities when Clash invited him to his swanky NYC apartment, which was strewn with Elmo dolls and photos of Elmo with famous people, including Beyonce and Tyra Banks.

During the encounter, the accuser -- who refers to himself as John Doe -- claims Clash plied him with alcohol and "groomed him," and then engaged in sexual contact that included "oral sex and digital penetration of John's anus."

The accuser says Clash stayed in touch with him after the sexual encounter, although no further sexual contact occurred until he became an adult.

The accuser is suing for unspecified damages.

Boxing legend Hector "Macho" Camacho will be taken off life support, the boxing legend's rep tells TMZ.

According to the rep, Camacho's family made the decision to remove him from life support after doctors declared he was brain dead.

The rep says the family is currently making funeral arrangements -- and are deciding between holding the services in either Puerto Rico or New York.

As we reported, Camacho was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting on Tuesday in Puerto Rico. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he went into cardiac arrest.

The former boxing champ was reportedly in the passenger seat of a car ... when another vehicle rolled up and someone opened fire ... striking Camacho several times in the neck and face.

The driver of Camacho's car was killed in the attack. Cops say they recovered 10 baggies of cocaine from the car, 9 of which were on the driver's person.

Sources close to the singer tell us ... Selena has been suffering from a sore throat lately ... and this morning she thought she might have strep, so she decided seek immediate medical attention.

We're told Selena had been suffering from symptoms yesterday ... and had to end a recording session early due to the pain.

Also, Selena's stepfather has been suffering from bronchitis, and she thinks she may have been exposed to something contagious.

But sources tell us ... so far, docs don't believe Selena has strep ... though the tests won't come back for a couple of days.

The man who claims he had a sexual relationship with Kevin Clash -- the voice of Elmo -- is RECANTING his story ... claiming he WAS an adult during their relationship after all.

The accuser's lawyer just released a statement saying, "[The accuser] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. [The accuser] will have no further comment."

It's unclear why the accuser suddenly changed his story ... but sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the accuser's attorney had been meeting with Clash's attorney as recent as an hour ago, discussing a financial settlement and 6-figures were on the table.

We broke the story, the accuser claimed he had a sexual relationship with Kevin beginning when he was 16 and Kevin was 45.

Clash has also released a statement saying, "I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest. I will not discuss it further."

Ex "Bachelorette" Jillian Harris is moving into a cardboard box, in the brutal cold of Canada -- and while the economy does suck that much -- Jillian's actually choosing to do this for charity.

Jillian -- who was on Season 5 of the ABC show -- tells TMZ she's going to spend a night on the streets of Vancouver with nothing more than a sleeping bag and a piece of cardboard.

Jillian lives in Vancouver and is teaming up with Covenant House to raise awareness (and money) for homeless youth there because she says "it's heartbreaking to think about all the kids and families" who don't have roofs over their heads as winter approaches.

The event goes down Nov. 15th when the forecast calls for 36 degrees, 10% chance of rain -- and a 100% chance of freezing your ass off.

The 6-year-old son of Dr. Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof was taken to the ER this morning for injuries to his hand ... but there are conflicting stories as to how the child was hurt ... and now L.A. Child Services is involved.

TMZ has learned ... Adrienne took 6-year-old Christian to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. early Monday morning ... and told doctors she was concerned he had several broken fingers.

Sources tell us ... Adrienne told the doctors the injury occurred while Paul was watching the boy ... when they were playfully kicking each other and Paul pushed the kid to the ground, causing the injury.

We know ... Paul spoke with social workers after Adrienne made the allegations ... and told the officials he NEVER kicked his child.

Sources say Paul told the social workers the injury occurred at a school carnival -- when Christian fell off of a funhouse step ... and hurt his hand. Paul told officials the nanny was watching the child at the time, while he was buying tickets.

Lindsay Lohan has officially pulled out of her "20/20" interview with Barbara Walters ... and TMZ has learned it was all because her new PR team didn't want Babs to grill Lilo like a cheeseburger over the ongoing investigation in her car crash.

Lindsay was scheduled to sit down with Walters this week ... and we're told when she originally agreed to the interview, it was supposed to focus on her new movie, "Liz & Dick."

But sources close to the actress tell us ... in the past week, producers made it clear to Lohan that Barbara wanted to talk about her personal life as well ... including allegations that she lied to police about the June car crash on Pacific Coast Highway.

We're told Lindsay's new PR team, Rogers & Cowan, felt it would be a mistake to put Lindsay in the hot seat ... where she could possibly say something that could screw up her case ... so they pulled the plug.

Sources tell us Lindsay feels terrible for canceling on Barbara, especially since she considers Walters a family friend, and wants to reschedule as soon as her team feels the time is right.

10:31 AM PT -- An ABC News spokesperson tells TMZ ... "We are disappointed that Lindsay cancelled the interview and wish her well."

"Modern Family" star Ariel Winter's mother insists she did NOT abuse her daughter -- claiming 14-year-old Ariel is making up stories ... because her mother wouldn't let her engage in a sexual act with her 18-year-old boyfriend.

Ariel's mom Chrystal Workman released a statement today, saying ... “I love my daughter very much. I would never abuse her in anyway and I have always tried my best to always protect her and do what is right for her."

She explained, "My fourteen-year-old daughter has been dating an eighteen-and-a-half-year-old man, and when I caught them engaging in behavior that I feel my daughter is too young mentally and physically to understand and fully grasp I put a stop to it immediately."

Chrystal doesn't identify the boyfriend ... but says she filed a report with the LA County Sheriff's Department "because legally he is an adult and if he wants to engage in adult behavior with a minor than [sic] he should also be ready to suffer adult consequences for his actions."

According to the incident report, Chrystal walked in on Ariel and the boyfriend in bed, in the guest room of her home ... on Sept. 24 at around 10pm.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Sheriff's Special Victims' Bureau does have an open investigation into Chrystal's allegations.

However, TMZ has learned ... Chrystal's report wasn't filed until 2 weeks after the alleged incident -- and 5 days AFTER she lost custody of Ariel.

TMZ broke the story ... the 14-year-old actress, who plays Alex Dunphy on 'MF', was removed from her mother's care by a judge in the wake of serious allegations of physical and emotional abuse.

Ariel's older sister, Shanelle, now has temporary guardianship of the actress.
