Tanisha Thomas is being sued by a guy who claims she bashed him in the face with a beer mug during an eye-bangin' smackdown at a Hollywood nightclub back in November. According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Kenneth Corrales claims he was just hangin' out when Thomas acted "in a manner not conducive to normal society" and caused a "deep laceration" to his forehead with a beer mug.

The entire brawl was caught on tape by the "Bad Girls Cub" camera crew, promoted, and featured in an episode -- in which a medic can be seen pressing a bandage against the guy's forehead. After the fight, Thomas was arrested, booked and locked up for a few days.

The new season of "Dancing With the Stars" may have already lost its first competitor -- and they haven't even announced the official cast yet.

Kim Kardashian -- who is scheduled to be on the show this season -- badly cut her foot in her hotel room late Sunday night. We're told she sliced her foot open on a glass coffee table and was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hospital. No word on how many stitches she needed, but a source tells TMZ there was "so much blood, it looked like a murder scene."

Diddy was introduced to the barrel of a gun early this morning.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ at around 3:00 AM, Puff Daddy, aka Diddy, aka Sean "Puffy" Combs, aka Sean Combs, was being driven by an entourage on the Sunset Strip. One of the cars didn't have proper tags and deputies from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department made the stop.

We're told the other three cars in the entourage stopped as well. It's Sheriff Dept. policy to call for backup when other cars linger at a traffic stop. Backup arrived and the driver of the second car became "extremely uncooperative," to the point he had to be detained. At that point, Diddy and the remaining five or six members of the entourage got out of their cars and began walking toward the detained member of their posse.

That's when one deputy drew his weapon, not knowing what the dudes were up to. We're told at the time the weapon was drawn, deputies did not know Diddy was part of the group.

TMZ has learned Tila Tequila's lesbian girlfriend was arrested in Vegas last night -- for allegedly hitting on a guy!

According to law enforcement sources in Las Vegas, it all went down outside of Pure nightclub when a boozed up Courtenay Semel, daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel, "smacked" a security guard in the back of the head on her way out of the place.

Courtenay was immediately detained by Caesars Palace security while members of her posse -- including Vegas showman Jeff Beacher -- waited for cops to arrive. Four hours later, law enforcement arrived and issued Semel a citation for battery. We're thinking daddy can probably cover the fine.

Attempts to reach a rep for Semel were unsuccessful.

It should be no surprise that someone who was signed on DMX's label has been arrested.

Rapper Yung Berg was busted early yesterday morning in New York City after police investigated a complaint by a limo driver.

Sources say a limo driver reported a dispute with five passengers, and when police investigated the complaint, they busted Berg and his buddies on a pile of charges.

Cops say Berg, real name Christian Ward, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana and menacing. The arrest was first reported by Urban411.

The show, which features Z-listers including Shifty Shellshock, Mary Carey and (drum roll) Rodney King, captures on camera the lives of substance abusers struggling to stay sober in the same house.

We went out to the neighborhood today and got an earful. For starters, people who deny themselves drugs and/or alcohol tend to scream like muthas, day and night. Neighbors are constantly complaining about the trash from the house (they're also complaining about the garbage).

People in the house are concerned about blowing a .08 or higher. Neighbors are more concerned about blowing a fuse, because lights from the production are blowing circuits left and right.

In his counterclaim, filed late yesterday in Clark County Superior Court, Francis says the Wynn casino and VIP host Larry Altschul made promises to Joe -- a high roller -- to "induce [him] to stay and gamble at the Wynn Casino." He claims that the Wynn used diversions and created phony markers to obtain money by "false pretenses." Francis also alleges the Wynn "intentionally miscalculates markers and forges the high rollers' signatures in order to change a high rollers' win to a loss."

Francis' powerhouse lawyer David Houston tells us this is only the beginning. He says they're going to seek out all of the Wynn's high rollers to see if they were treated as badly as he says Francis was.

The Wynn Casino tells us "The claims made in the counter suit by Joe Francis are not only false but scurrilous beyond imagination. Mr. Francis obviously felt secure making such defamatory statements under the protection of a judicial pleading. However, he has recently made other false and defamatory public statements. We not only intend to press the proper charges for collection of his gambling debts, but we will also pursue Mr. Francis for damages resulting from those incredibly damaging and libelous statements. Each and every statement made by Mr. Francis is an outrageous falsehood and he will be held accountable for those statements."

He may have gotten jack for the first season of "Project Runway," but now everyone's favorite mentor, Tim Gunn, is getting some serious haute couture bucks for just showing up to an event.

Sources close to Gunn, who also hosts his own TV show and is Chief Creative Officer for Liz Claiborne, tell us he gets close to $30K for public appearances. Make it work! In contrast, "Hills" star Audrina Patridge nets around $10K to show up to a club and Kim K demands about $25K.

While Tim isn't hosting nights at Les Deux or PURE like those ladies, if you want his design expertise at your next fashion event it's gonna cost you.

A rep for Gunn didn't immediately comment.

Nigel Lythgoe is off "American Idol."

TMZ has learned Lythgoe, who has executive produced the show for seven seasons, has just taken himself off the program and will not return. No replacement has been named.

We're told Lythgoe felt it was time for someone else to step in. Sources say he's said privately he is "not passionate about it anymore." "A.I.'s" ratings slipped last season, and the show was getting a little boring.

That's the crux of the argument between celeb hotspot Villa and the city of West Hollywood. Villa has been cited three times for being open past 2:00 AM -- a city no-no. But Villa claims they should get special treatment because of "safety concerns" surrounding their celeb clientele.

Villa is appealing the citations, arguing they technically aren't open after 2:00 AM because no further business is going down.

They say they can't exactly boot out their high-profile clients who've dropped thousands of dollars right at two on the nose. Also, Villa claims their celebrity clients have the paparazzi to deal with, so that's a complication.

But Alpha-K Kim tells TMZ she's delighted that lil' Rob is taking the next step with Adrienne Bailon, who also happens to be the oldest Cheetah Girl: "Adrienne has become one of my closest friends! I love her like a sister! The whole family has fallen in love with her too!"

As for buzz that Rob and his pussycat doll are married, we're told -- not true.

In a suit that reads like a novel, Francis says unbeknownst to him, his shady ex-accountant Michael Barrett ran an illegal offshore gambling ring in Costa Rica before his "GGW" gig. And he nails him for mishandling the "GGW" books, for failing to warn him of tax issues, and -- this is our favorite -- a breach of the CPA's "duty of loyalty." He also claims the accountant desperately wanted to cash in on a $10 mil reward from the IRS, even though Barrett was the one responsible for preparing, filing and signing the returns. The nerve!

Barrett couldn't immediately be reached for comment. Joe's looking for unspecified damages.

Shanna apparently felt Kim was after Travis because Kim was a model for his clothing line, Famous Stars and Straps. Now Shanna is lashing out on The Dirty, calling Kim a "donkey" and saying, "She's sooo f**king fat. She's 5'2" and she's like 140."

But here's the real deal. A source really close to Kim's fat ass tells us KK is laughing because Travis ain't her type -- as in, he's white and Kim doesn't go there.

Francis is being prosecuted for alleged tax evasion. But get this -- we found out the indictment is solely based on accusations by Joe's former CPA, Michael Barrett, who told the IRS that his client cheated the tax man out of tens of millions of bucks. And the plot thickens, because the CPA is the one who signed the very returns he now claims are bogus.

And, in the supreme chutzpah department, the CPA filed an IRS form, demanding several millions of dollars from the government as an informant fee, for the very returns he prepared and then sent a letter scolding Uncle Sam for not responding to his reward request quick enough.

Khloe Kardashian is out of the pokey, and now we're learning about the horrors of her ordeal behind bars.

Our spies tell us the youngest Kardashian's unspeakable treatment began when K.K. began to board the bus headed to the Twin Towers jail. A woman on the bus had a violent seizure and Khloe was re-routed to Lynwood. Then, as we reported earlier, a bomb scare at the jail triggered a lockdown, so Miss K was forced into solitary confinement.

Then, Khloe was freezing cold so she asked guards for a simple blanket. Just like Tara at Hyde, she was denied.

As if that's not enough, she had to watch videos on how to be a good prisoner and how to avoid getting staph infections.

And, Khloe was not even able to change out of her street clothes, which must have been soiled from all the drama.

By the way, she served 173 minutes.
