NBC's Bigoted "Momma" in Big Trouble
The mother of all racists featured on NBC's upcoming reality show "Momma's Boys" may have been targeted because of her extreme bigotry -- and things could get even worse for her, once this clip gets out.
Khalood Bojanowski (common spelling) -- whose son Jojo is one of the bachelors on NBC's soon-to-air "Momma's Boys" -- has had her MIchigan house vandalized and her German shepherd killed, all before the Dec. 16 premiere of the show.
Cops are investigating whether the attack was triggered by her insane racist comments on the show. But Iraqi-born Khalood is so worried, we're told, she's already been flown to L.A. to get "a security briefing" by a major security firm.
But seriously: Watch the vid ... Omarosa, meet the new reality bitch queen.
Travis Barker Sues Plane and Tire Companies
Travis Barker is suing Bombardier Inc., Clay Lacy Aviation and Goodyear Tire and Rubber in connection with the plane crash that severely injured him and killed two of his friends.
The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, was filed by Barker and the mother of Charles "Che" Still, Travis' bodyguard who died in the crash.
In the lawsuit, Travis and Thelma Martin Still claim "one or more of the tires failed leaving tire debris and portions of airplane components along the 8,600 foot runway" ultimately causing the Learjet to crash.
The suit alleges a "negligent attempt to abort the takeoff." The suit continues, "The pilot's decision was a breach of their duty owed to the passengers onboard and was a substantial factor in causing the crash and resultant injuries and deaths."
The suit also alleges the plane was "defective," as were component parts including the tires.
The suit goes on, "It's landing gear, tires, wheels, brakes, reverse thrust system, squat switches and component parts were not airworthy."
Barker is suing for "pain and suffering, mental anguish, psychological and emotional distress and disfigurement and pre-impact fear of death and burning."
UPDATE: A rep for Clay Lacy just told TMZ, "We are surprised about the lawsuit and concerned and knowledgeable about the accident. We are sympathetic for the victims but we want to emphasize we were not operating this airplane. This was not our airplane. We merely assisted the parties in chartering this aircraft with another company. We simply booked it for them."

Cops: "Bachelor" Gal Fought Squad Car, Lost
The season six winner of "The Bachelor" continued her losing streak with law enforcement this weekend -- after cops say she unleashed a drunken, unprovoked attack on an innocent cop car.
Mary Delgado -- who was arrested last year for allegedly punching her fiance, "Bachelor" Byron Velvick -- was busted again on Saturday night for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas.
We're told the Cantina called the cops because Delgado refused to leave the bar, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted.
Cops told us Mary became "loud and belligerent" while being transported to jail, and kicked the radio inside the squad car (which didn't have the usual backseat perp cage).
Delgado was released from the Val Verde County Correctional Facility after Mr. Bachelor posted her bond. Punch me once, shame on me...

Paula Abdul's Suicide Pact
To say Paula Abdul had a bad week would be an understatement.
Precautionary measures were taken while "American Idol" filmed at the Kodak Theater this week. All contestants, families and staff were strictly told not to mention anything about the suicide that occurred in front of Paula's home saying, "It would put Paula in a bad mood and not be good for camera."
TMZ sources close to the production say no one tested the new Paula rule and the tapings went without incident.
The rule is said to continue throughout the season. Calls to Paula Abdul's reps have yet to be returned.

ATL "Housewife" -- Don't Call Me a Crack Whore!
Reality catfights are all fun and games -- until somebody drags children and crack into it.
Lisa Wu Hartwell from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" tells TMZ she did leave a threatening voicemail for her rival co-star-- but only because Kim Zolciak called her a "crack whore" and insulted her children.
Lisa admits she lost her temper, but believes Kim -- the one who dated "Big Poppa" -- is using this minor incident as a catalyst to become the next reality show Z-list celeb.
Hartwell says there's no hard feelings -- as long as Kim leaves her children out of the mix. In other words, "Keep my name out ya mouth!"

Abdul's Obsessed Fan OD'd There Before
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Paula Goodspeed, who died of a possible drug overdose/suicide last night, overdosed in the exact same area around one year ago.
We're told cops were called to Paula Abdul's house -- either late last year or early this year -- and found Goodspeed inside her car, unconscious from a drug overdose.
Sources say Goodspeed suffered from "extreme mental illness" that spun out of control in the last two years.
Goodspeed, who was obsessed with Abdul, frightened the "A.I." judge -- LAPD's Threat Management division took the case and there was an active investigation. We're told lots of people tried to get Goodspeed help, but it was all to no avail.
Obsessed Fan's Car a Fixture in Paula's Hood
A neighbor of Paula Abdul's tells TMZ she saw the car belonging to the deceased obsessed fan of Paula Abdul several times over the last few weeks.
The woman says she generally saw the car in the early mornings, and the woman inside -- who died near Paula's home last night -- would just sit. Neighbors thought she might be a paparazzo.
The neighbor also said cops came out to deal with it a few months back, to no avail.
As we reported earlier, the car had a license plate that read "ABL LV" and a picture of Paula hanging from the rear-view mirror. The woman was a contestant on the fifth season of "Idol."
From G's to Gents to Jail
Two losers from Jamie Foxx's MTV reality show "From G's to Gents" are putting their newfound 'ways of gentleman' to the test -- behind bars.
Shane Coyle was arrested yesterday in Lee County, Fla. for violating the terms of a probation issued in 2007 -- the year he was busted for drugs AND a robbery. Coyle was supposed to stay within a court-ordered maximum radius -- think dog on a chain -- but was picked up on an October 28 warrant for allegedly overstepping his boundaries.
Markice "Kesan" Moore -- the lesser of two evils -- was popped on November 3 in Cobb County, Ga. for an improper lane change and driving without a license.
Kesan was released on bond by the (get this!) "Bond James Bond Co." Cee will stay in the pokey until his November 24 date with a judge.
"Google Me, You Dumb F**k" Lawsuit
Let's take spoiled bitches for 500. Here's the answer: My dad used to run Yahoo, I'm a really mean chick and I now will beat the crap out of you. The question: Who is Courtenay Semel?
A security guard at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is suing the daughter of former Yahoo honcho Terry Semel for allegedly pummeling him in a drunken stupor.
In a lawsuit filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Jaroslaw Jarczok claims he was working security last August at 4:00 AM at PURE Nightclub when Courtenay was "quite intoxicated due to alcohol and/or chemical or other substances." He claims she got all foul-mouthed on him.
One thing led to another and he eventually handcuffed Semel, the GF of Tila Tequila. That's when she allegedly struck Jarczok in the face and uttered these soon-to-be immortal words, which deserve a separate line in bold type:
"Do you even know who I am, f**king idiot?...Google me, you dumb f**k."
Jarczok says he's been humiliated and "anxious about receiving harassing comments by friends..." He wants unspecified damages. In case you missed what she said:
"Do you even know who I am, f**king idiot?...Google me, you dumb f**k."

Blake's rep tells us Bilotti botched the job on the dress and Lively agreed to pay her half the fee.
Stand-In Says CBS Didn't Stand By Her
If you stand in for an actor on a TV show about dead people and you file a lawsuit, is it a real lawsuit?
While you wrap your head around that koan, we'll explain... A woman who worked as a stand-in on "CSI" says she was once a full-time employee, until she lodged a sexual harassment complaint.
Shanelle Renee Howard wants more than $25K in damages. Howard felt compelled, in the first line of the suit, to characterize herself as "a competent adult individual."
CBS didn't immediately return a call for comment.
Lil' Wayne's Court Date -- Chronically High-larious
So Lil' Wayne had a hearing in his weapons case in New York today -- big deal. But here's the fun part: Our guy in the courtroom says everyone got an impromptu Marijuana 101 lesson in the process.
The Weez's assistant was up on the stand today and under blunt questioning from the DA, explained in great detail how pot is "something we always have" on the tour bus. Wayne's bud also said the star only smokes "dro" -- which, as the assistant explained, is short for "hyDROponically grown" weed (i.e., the good s**t). The court was, we're told, buzzing.
Not everyone was so stoked - our spy says Wayne sat, head in hands, watching his lawyer battle to get the case skunked.
They're all due back in court in December.
Diddy -- Mo' Decibels, Mo' Problems
Diddy's arm and his ass were in a sling Tuesday, after Miami po-po nailed the rapper for blasting music in his tricked out Jeep so crazy loud ... he couldn't hear the cops tell him to turn it down.
Miami Beach PD tells us P.D. was rolling in his whip around Miami Beach, music blaring, when a cop pulled up to the car and asked him to turn the music down. When the Bad Boy CEO didn't comply -- or even acknowledge -- Diddy was pulled over and ticketed. The fine will run Diddy about a Benjamin -- good thing he doesn't have to pay Aubrey O'Day anymore.
FYI -- We're told Diddy was "very cooperative."

Inmate: Ahnold's Neglect Left Me Crippled
A man in Wasco State Prison in Cal. is suing the Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger, because the guy claims he's developed a debilitating disease in lockdown and blames Arnie for not getting proper medical attention.
In a hand-written lawsuit filed yesterday in L.A. Superior Court, Terry Alexander claims he's developed "valley fever" -- which is a real disease -- because of the location of the Wasco prison. Terry says he filled out medical papers and even asked for a transfer -- but never received one -- and due to the neglect he's now confined to a "wheelchair for life."
Terry's suing for $100,000 -- and we're guessing he's gonna want that transfer too.
