David Beckham's perfect face stirred up a New York City crowd so much, a security guard working the event got crushed by his adoring fans ... according to a lawsuit.

The security guard filed the suit, saying she got crushed while working the Beckham appearance at the Times Square H&M store in February 2014. Beckham -- an H&M spokesperson -- was signing autographs for throngs of fans.

She says she was outside the store awaiting the soccer superstar's arrival, and when he got there ... all hell broke loose. In the suit, she says the barricades set up to control the crowd "suddenly malfunctioned." She says she was thrown to the ground, crushed by the barricade and trampled by the crowd rushing to get a piece of Becks.

She doesn't specify her injuries, but says they were severe.

The security guard is suing H&M and The Durst Organization -- as in Robert Durst ... the alleged murderer from 'The Jinx' on HBO.

Beyonce is just one step from strapping on a sandwich board that reads, "Buy my album, please."

Bey and Jay Z took a post-dinner stroll through Midtown NYC Thursday, which doesn't happen often ... making it all look suspiciously promotional.

UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen -- a 2016 Heisman contender -- is calling out the NCAA ... essentially saying it's BS that his school just signed a $280 MILLION endorsement deal but the players won't see a dime.

FYI, UCLA just inked the largest apparel contract in NCAA history -- with Under Armour ponying up $280 mil for exclusive rights to outfit UCLA athletics for the next 15 years.

Rosen -- pointing out the irony of the school raking in a fortune while the athletes don't get paid a cent -- reposted a newspaper headline about the deal with a snarky comment.

"We're still amateurs though ... Gotta love non-profits #NCAA."

UCLA isn't the only school to sign megadeals in the last few months -- Michigan, Texas and Ohio State have all inked 9-figure deals.

Sebastian Bach and his wife, Suzanne, called cops after she says a wildly expensive diamond-encrusted Chanel watch went missing ... and they're pointing the finger at a nanny.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, the couple noticed the watch was gone after returning from a night out last week in Memphis. They believe a nanny hired to care for 3-year-old Trace is the culprit.

Suzanne says the $16k watch was inside a hotel drawer before it disappeared.

Cops are investigating.

TMZ broke the story ... Gandolfini's people reported the Rollie was missing to his insurance company back in 2013, a few months after he died of a heart attack. At the time, there was no suspect named in the theft.

Foxy Brown says she's the victim in a major airport heist where the crook made off with so much super high-end stuff ... she could be out $100k!

Foxy's rep tells TMZ the singer arrived at LAX last week, and when it came time to claim her luggage, her Gucci suitcase was nowhere to be found. Losing that would be bad enough for most people, but inside the Gucci ... we're told Foxy had Birkin bags, diamond jewelry and 8 pairs of high-end shoes.

Foxy made a complaint to the airline, which alerted cops. We're told surveillance footage shows a person jacking the bag from the carousel, but the culprit still hasn't been ID'd.

But the thief didn't stop Foxy, she was scheduled to perform in Palm Springs and still did the show ... minus her gear. She tells us, "Let justice prevail!"
