Woman Accuses Pacman Jones of Sucker Punch
Crazazy cornerback Pacman Jones has gotten backed into yet another legal red zone, with a Nashville woman alleging that Jones punched her at an Atlanta strip club.
Wanda S. Jackson, a lawyer, says she was in the Body Tap Strip Club's office (not dancing) when Jones came in to complain about his money and a bracelet being stolen. After leaving the office, Jackson alleges, Jones "sucker punched" her as she followed him out.
Jackson is seeking Jones' arrest; Jones' lawyer says no warrant has yet been issued.
It would be Jones' seventh arrest since being drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2005. He's currently serving a one-year suspension.
Bjork Goes Berserk!
Bjork attacked a photog shortly after she arrived at a New Zealand Airport on Sunday. Must have been a long flight!
The wacky singer tore a New Zealand Herald photographer's shirt after he photographed her arriving at the airport early Sunday. According to the New Zealand Herald, a man who was with Bjork asked that no photos be taken, but the photog snapped a few anyway. The photographer said, "I took a couple of pictures ... and as I turned and walked away she came up behind me, grabbed the back of my black skivvy (T-shirt) and tore it, as she did this, she fell over, she fell to the ground," he said. "At no stage did I touch her or speak with her."
He claims Bjork said nothing throughout the incident but her male companion was saying: "B, don't do this, B, don't do this." The photographer also stated that he spoke with police about the incident. This isn't Bjork's first smackdown either. In 1996 she went to blows with a reporter -- on camera!

Wait -- run the card again ... it must be the strip!
Rain+ Alcohol + Hollywood = Foolishness
Rain makes the crazy people restless! TMZ cameras were out in wet L.A. last night, where the weather didn't stop the regular troublemakers from acting like a bunch of lunatics!
This brawl between two groups then morphed into something larger when bystanders decided to get involved. The streets of Hollywood seem to be in some sort of invisible vortex -- devoid of police presence.

R. Kelly to Ne-Yo Don't Pee on My Parade!
Fast-rising R&B star Ne-Yo is just so sick that R. Kelly tossed him from his tour, he's suing Kelly's promoter, alleging that they kicked him off the tour because he was getting more love from the fans than the main attraction. Yo ho!
In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. Superior Court against Rowe Entertainment of Atlanta, Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Smith) alleges that an "unknown representative of R. Kelly urged Rowe to terminate" him because of the "audience's and critics' more favorable reaction to Smith than the reaction to R. Kelly."
When Ne-Yo was dropped from the tour just before Thanksgiving, "contractual differences" were cited. Real crazy talk! Ne-Yo, who was set to make $785,000 for 25 dates, says he's only been paid $50K of that, and he's suing for that and for other compensatory damages.
Reps for Rowe didn't return a request for comment.
UPDATE: R. Kelly's spokesman, Allan Mayer, said, "The idea that R. Kelly had anything to do with Ne-Yo being dropped from the Double Up tour is just plain silly. As we said at the time, Ne-Yo was dropped because of a contractual dispute with the tour promoter, and in fact Ne-Yo is not suing Kelly but only the promoter. Ne-Yo may think blaming the situation on R. Kelly will improve his chances of collecting from the promoter, but if he does, he is sadly mistaken. Anyone remotely familiar with R. Kelly knows heis confident enough in his own abilities to be happy to share the stage with enormously talented people -- the more talented, the better."

Fistfight! The Gift That Keeps Giving
There was too much holiday cheer clouding up the smoggy L.A. air -- because last night on Hollywood Blvd. a group of grinches decided it was time to get their jingle bells rung.

Trey Songz Goeth After the Iceman!
When a fan threw ice at R&B singer Trey Songz, he probably didn't expect Trey and his bodyguard to leap from the stage and come after him, but that's exactly what happened.
In a video posted on Mediatakeout, the "Can't Help But Wait" singer orders the DJ to cut the music after someone throws ice at him. He then scouts out the fan and flies off stage with his bodyguard -- presumably for a nice friendly chat among gentlemen.
Or not -- according to a fan who wrote into AllHipHop, "They beat the dude down. Took his jewels, chains, and grills. The dude's mouth got bloodied up. Then Trey comes back in and finished the night." That's how he rolls!
Calls to Trey's reps were not immediately returned.
Pretty Woman Pretty Peeved at Paps
You'd think that after she risked life and limb to skewer a pap for filming her children at their school, photogs would be a little more respectful of Julia Roberts.
Not so. After Roberts obliged paps with plenty of shots across the street from her NYC house -- on the condition that they leave her alone, they did quite the opposite, following and shooting her the next day at her bank, and staying on her tail for three full blocks before a bystander stepped in to act as a bodyguard.
Her last word? Julia chastised the snappers for "embarrassing" themselves.
Marky Mark's Long Lost Cousin?
Wow. What an idiot! Some guy in a white tank top flashed his rings, bragged about having $100,000 and did everything he could to get his butt kicked in front of Republic restaurant last night. And that's not even the funny part: he claims to be Marky Mark's cousin. Now that's a funky bunch!
We're not exactly sure who Crazy Dude is -- or if he is in fact an extended member of the Wahlberg clan -- but when he asked an off-duty cab driver to "hit me as hard as you can," someone probably should have stepped up. For the love of Jerry Springer!
We reached out to Wahlberg's rep to confirm Crazy Dude's lineage; we haven't heard back as of yet.
UPDATE: Wahlberg's reps would not comment, but sources tell TMZ that Crazy Dude is NOT Mark's cousin -- shocker! -- just someone he used to run with many years ago.
