Daisy Fuentes was dead wrong when she claimed the flight attendant on a Korean Air flight couldn't subdue an unruly passenger because she didn't know how to handle a taser ... so says Korean Air.

The flight attendant didn't fire the weapon because the passenger in question was bouncing around, and she was worried she might inadvertently shoot another passenger ... at least that's what the airline tells TMZ.

As we reported ... Richard Marx and Daisy were on a Korean Air flight when a guy flipped out and Richard had to step in to help restrain him. Daisy and Richard claimed the crew didn't know how to handle the situation.

Korean Air adds ... "The flight attendant considered the safety of the other passengers and decided to restrain the passenger with ropes."

Here's the question ... why couldn't the guy be tased at close rage?

Joe Mixon told police, "It felt like a dude hit me" when he was slapped by a female student in 2014 ... and that's why he hit back.

Arian Foster -- along with his brother and father -- was involved in a heated standoff at a hot dog stand in Houston this weekend ... and it all started with shoe smack talk.

TMZ Sports has footage of Arian, his brother Abdul and father Carl at Yoyo's Hot Dog around 3 AM on Sunday ... and at first, it seems the ex-NFL star is having fun with some local college kids. Foster says the other man's shoes are "awful."

But things quickly took a turn -- witnesses tell us the college students felt Arian took the insults too far, so they began shouting back at him. Someone shouted at Arian, "You're not even relevant anymore, n***a."

Abdul was pissed -- and tried to confront the insult hurler (who we're told is black). Adbul then got physical with 2 people and that's when Arian and Carl rushed in to break the whole thing up.

At one point, Arian says to one of the students, "F**k you, n***a."

Witnesses told us someone threw a hot dog in the melee ... but it was broken up before things escalated into a brawl and everyone left when someone threatened to call police.

This time it's UFC star Cody "No Love" Garbrandt taking aim at Dominick Cruz's facial hair ... saying his newly sported stubble won't save his chin when they face off at UFC 207 on Dec. 30.

These two guys have been going back and forth for months ... and it ain't gonna stop until they get in the Octagon.

A bunch of rival fans started brawling in the stands at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City Thursday night -- with people getting thrown down the bleachers ... it's gnarly.

Eventually cops responded and broke the whole thing up ... but not before some of the pugilists took some heavy shots to the face.

The man suing Matt Barnes and DeMarcus Cousins just released pics of his alleged injuries ... and it's pretty brutal.

Myrone Powell and Jasmine Besiso just appeared at a news conference in NYC -- where, along with attorney Michael Lamonsoff, they spelled out their case against the NBA stars.

Myrone still has a black eye from the incident -- and says he doesn't know why he or his girlfriend were targeted by the NBA stars at Avenue Nightclub Monday morning.

As for the photos of Barnes' neck -- Lamonsoff says Barnes had choked out ANOTHER woman that night, and his injuries were from her ... as she was trying to defend herself.

Lamonsoff says there is surveillance footage from inside the club -- which he hopes will prove his clients did nothing wrong.

As for Barnes and Cousins, they are adamant they were attacked first and only fought back to defend themselves.

TMZ Sports has obtained photos of the injuries Matt Barnes claims he sustained in the NYC nightclub brawl early Monday morning ... injuries he claims prove he was NOT the aggressor.

The photos were literally taken minutes after Barnes left Avenue Nightclub around 3:30 AM -- and show scratches and minor cuts to the front and back of his neck.

Barnes also took pics of his fists -- which don't appear to show any injuries. The idea is that if Barnes was swinging and connecting, he'd have swelling or bruising around his knuckles. He does not.

Barnes and his Sacramento Kings teammate, DeMarcus Cousins, are being sued by the other two people involved in the fight -- a man and a woman who claim the NBA stars went off in an unprovoked violent rage.

Barnes and Cousins claim the allegations are BS -- insisting they were attacked first and did what they had to do to protect themselves.

Matt Barnes and DeMarcus Cousins have just been SUED over the nightclub brawl at Avenue in NYC this week ... with the alleged victims claiming they were brutalized by the NBA stars.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the Sacramento Kings teammates were involved in a violent altercation with two people at the VIP booth next to them around 3 AM on Dec. 5.

According to the lawsuit filed in NYC, Jasmine Besiso and Myrone Powell claim they were innocently hanging out when Barnes approached Jasmine and began to choke her.

In the suit, Powell says he saw the attack and tried to intervene but that's when Cousins stepped in and punched him in the face.

At that point, Barnes allegedly released Jasmine's neck and elbowed her in the face -- knocking her unconscious. Myrone claims he was taken to the ground and Barnes and Cousins proceeded to kick and punch him in the head and body.

The NYPD was called to the scene but Barnes and Cousins had left by the time they arrived.

A rep for the alleged victims calls the incident a "vicious and unprovoked attack" And says Cousins' initial blow was a "blindside punch."

The rep also says the two were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital where they were treated for "serious injuries."

A rep for Barnes has previously told us that the NBA stars were the real victims -- who were attacked by the other clubgoers over an accidental bump in the VIP section.

Joseline Hernandez went BALLISTIC when she found out some chick was hanging at Stevie J's pad and that's why she went on the attack ... at least that's what Stevie told cops.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star called Atlanta PD Sunday and told them Joseline became real violent and attempted to punch and scratch him ... this according to the police report.

Stevie claimed Joseline busted his face and injured his eyes ... but cops said they saw no visible injuries. They also advised him to get a restraining order, but he hasn't. Joseline -- who should pop out a baby girl in a matter of weeks -- wasn't there when cops showed up.

Sources tell TMZ ... Joseline had been under the impression Tommie Lee was the chick at Stevie's crib but we're told it was actually someone else. Tommie and Joseline, of course, have a nasty history.

The next day ... Sandy Springs PD were called after Stevie said she assaulted him again. According to the police report ... Stevie says Joseline used her hands, feet and teeth to attack him.

We got them leaving court Tuesday -- Stevie's sticking to his story while Joseline appears unfazed.

Russell Crowe will not be charged for bear-hugging Azealia Banks and removing her from his Beverly Hills Hotel suite ... the D.A. says his actions were justified because she was out of control.

According to the L.A. County D.A.'s Office ... several witnesses to the October incident said Azealia repeatedly used a racial epithet and was verbally aggressive to people in Crowe's room.

The witnesses also backed up what TMZ first reported ... that Azealia picked up a glass and threatened to use it to cut the throat of a guest. Azealia filed a police report after the incident claiming Russell choked her, called her the n-word and spit on her as he removed her from the suite.

The D.A. concluded that Russell physically tossing her was "justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks." Russell also hired high powered attorney Shawn Holley to defend him against the allegations he said were false. As for the spitting ... the D.A. says it was "incidental to preventing more serious threatened violence."

Stevie J got his ass beat by a super pregnant Joseline Hernandez -- according to docs he just filed -- and now fears for his life if she doesn't get mental help, stat.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star says Joseline showed up uninvited to his pad Sunday and busted up his face and injured his eyes. It's interesting ... Stevie posted a vid with her that same day, and they seemed all lovey-dovey. Stevie tells us that vid was shot right before the alleged beatdown.

In docs, Stevie says there was another encounter where Joseline threatened him, lunged at him, hurled paperwork and unleashed a profanity-laced tirade.

Stevie J is asking the court to order a psychological evaluation for Joseline, as well as anger management. In the docs he says he's afraid she'll hurt him and their unborn child. He's even preemptively requesting a guardian be appointed for the baby ... who's due any day now.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ that second encounter happened at a DNA lab where Stevie was getting pricked for the paternity test she requested. We're told 'LHHA' cameras were rolling.

We've reached out to Joseline, so far no word back.

Matt Barnes is adamant he did NOT start the brawl in an NYC club Monday morning -- insisting all he did was DEFEND HIMSELF after he was attacked by a violent group in the VIP section.
