Steph Curry Tattoo House Call ... After NBA Finals

Published | Updated

How did Steph Curry celebrate his 2nd NBA title? Tattoo party at his mansion!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Golden State Warriors star summoned Bay Area tattoo artist Nino Lapid to his home Tuesday night for a Curry family ink session.

Curry got Hebrew letters tatted on his arm -- but we're not exactly sure what the message was. Guessing it says something about destroying the Cavs?!?

Steph's dad Dell also went with a message on his wrist ... while his wife, Ayesha, also got some body art -- though her tat is also secret for now.

Steph's sister and mom were also at the home for the needle sesh. No word if they participated.

Win a ring, get new ink, repeat.

NBA Covers Up Flubbed Finals Merch … Warriors in 6?

Published | Updated

Moments after the Warriors beat the Cavs, the official NBA Store was selling a 2017 Finals pin commemorating how Golden State took the series 4 games to 2.

Problem ... considering that's not how it went down.

At first, we thought the 4-2 was a reference to the #42 the team rocked on their jerseys this season in memory of Warriors legend Nate Thurmond who passed away last year.

But today, we noticed the 4-2 pin had been changed -- and now sports a 1-4, a clear reference to the number of games each team won in the Finals.

The whole thing begs the question ... WAS THE NBA IN ON A CONSPIRACY TO EXTEND THE SERIES TO 6 GAMES FOR RATINGS?!?!?!

Probably not ... but the pin -- and the refs -- didn't do the league any favors.

We reached out to the NBA for comment -- no word back.

RAGING LIKE CHAMPS

Here's awesome video of rap legend Too Short leading the Golden State Warriors championship party in Oakland Monday night ... with Draymond Green playing the role of hype man.

Draymond jumped onto his table at Harlot nightclub -- while teammate Ian Clark danced in his own VIP booth.

Too Short was awesome -- saying the Warriors didn't just beat the Cavs, they also beat the refs!

Green then grabbed champagne and sprayed the crowd -- and everyone loved it!

IT WAS LIT!

Reminds us of two years ago when Draymond was life of the victory parade. Can't wait to see what happens on Thursday!

By the way, Draymond was already back in the gym Tuesday ... with the NBA trophy.

Kevin Hart Kevin Durant's Mom Still Spanks Him (Congrats, Though!)

Published | Updated

Kevin Durant just whooped some serious ass on the court (sorry, LeBron), but Kevin Hart thinks the Finals MVP is still getting HIS butt kicked off the court by “The Real MVP” -- his mama!

Everyone saw Wanda Durant getting all motherly with Kevin during the post-game festivities at Oracle Monday night, including KH, who took to his Instagram to congratulate KD and get a couple jabs in.

Kevin's thoughts? Basically that Wanda still lays down the law old school style on her boy -- by actually spanking him -- and Hart can tell this from the way she was all up in his grill after the game.

It's pretty hilarious stuff ... the (much) smaller Kevin did manage to give Durant props for winning his first title ... although he told TMZ Sports he was rooting for LeBron before the series.

Golden State Celebration Included Gunfire & Rock-Attacks ... Cops Say

Published | Updated

The Golden State Warriors celebration was marred with violence against cops -- with Oakland PD telling TMZ Sports some of their officers were attacked with rocks and bottles after the game.

A rep for the OPD tells us, "In east Oakland, it was reported 400 to 500 spectators and vehicles participated in sideshow activity on city streets. Officers did report that individuals threw rocks and bottles at them."

"In response, patrol officers implemented strategies where they were able to detain approximately 100 cars. Over 40 citations were issued and over 30 cars were towed."

There's more ... "We did receive sporadic reports throughout the city of celebratory gunfire and fireworks."

At least 1 cop was injured when the officer was rear-ended by a drunk driver.

"The officer was transported to a local hospital and was listed in stable condition. The driver was arrested at the scene."

Overall, cops say there were less than a half-dozen arrests throughout the city. "We are still in the process of determining if they are related to the Warriors celebration."

Warriors Fans Dancin' On Light Poles!! ... After NBA Title

Published | Updated

The fans went absolutely CRAZY in downtown Oakland Monday night ... dancing in the streets and climbing light poles to celebrate the Warriors' huge win over the Cavs!!

Dub Nation flocked the streets shortly after Kevin Durant and Steph Curry finished off the Cavs in Game 5 of the NBA Finals ... and they're clearly excited the Larry O'Brien trophy is back in the Bay Area.

One passionate fan even decided to climb up on a street sign and get his groove on while a group of fans rocked out to "Before I Let Go" by Frankie Beverly and Maze.

Doesn't look like this party is stopping anytime soon.

Golden State Warriors Rage After NBA Championship ... Boozin', Dancin', Screamin'!

Published | Updated

The Golden State Warriors had so much energy left after crushing the Cleveland Cavaliers, they partied their faces off all night long ... poppin' champagne, dancing and raging with fans!

After the final buzzer, a bunch of the Warriors hit up Harlot Nightclub in San Fran -- where the guys partied with more than $150k in Moet & Chandon bubbly.

We're told the players and their friends ripped through 80 bottles of champagne in total -- including 2 custom 6 liter Moet & Chandon Nectar Rose bottles (they usually run about $15k each).

Too Short, E-40, and Terrell Owens also attended the festivities.

But maybe the best part of the celebration -- Kevin Durant yelling with fans while holding his NBA Finals MVP trophy. Awesome moment.

Other highlights include champagne showers in the locker room and Steph Curry enjoying a celebratory dance with his wife, Ayesha.

BULLS ALL THE WAY

John Salley vehemently refuses to even entertain the idea that the '17 Golden State Warriors have passed the '96 Chicago Bulls as the greatest team ever.

Salley -- who played with Michael Jordan on the legendary '96 Bulls team -- was leaving Craig's in WeHo when we had to ask straight-up: could Steph Curry and Kevin Durant have beaten M.J. and Scottie Pippen?

Salley: "Are you kidding me!?"

He breaks down the matchup -- player by player -- and scoffs at the idea that Steph would shoot the Bulls outta the arena.

"He wouldn't be allowed to dribble. Steve Kerr would've been ... my God, we would've been all over that guy. No way."

STREET SWEEPER

Warriors super fan G-Eazy says he's heading to The Land for Game 4 of the NBA Finals ... and he's bringing a broom to help the Warriors finish their sweep on the Cavs!!

The Bay Area rapper talked to us about GSW's insane 11 point 4th quarter comeback in Game 3 ... and Young Gerald says Cleveland won't stand a chance against "the greatest team of all time" on Friday.

But G-Eazy says getting swept shouldn't hurt LeBron James' legacy ... and gives his respect to the King.

Kevin Durant's Mom Went Crazy with Steph Curry's Mom ... After Game 3!

Published | Updated

Kevin Durant's mother was FIRED UP after her son stuck the dagger in Cleveland Wednesday night -- and went crazy (in a good way) with Steph Curry's mom right after the game!

This video is GREAT -- Wanda Durant turns to Sonya Curry and screams, "They tried to give it to 'em but they wouldn't take it!"

It's awesome.

By the way, we spoke with Wanda earlier this week and she told us watching KD play now is just like when she watched him play as a kid ... same emotions.

Only now, he's killin' LeBron James.

Cleveland PD doesn't care their beloved Cavs are down 0-2 ... they're still talkin' smack.

Here's what the CPD just tweeted out to fans going to Game 3 tonight in The Land.

"No backpacks permitted in Q Arena or at FanFest for tonight's @cavs vs. what's their face's game."

Shaaaaaaaaade.

Game 3 starts in a few hours.

NBA's Ty Lawson Warriors Won't Sweep Cleveland

THE FUTURE IS GOLDEN

Don't get the brooms outta the closet just yet! At least one NBA star thinks the Cavs can win a game against the dominating Warriors in the NBA Finals.

Ty Lawson was out in Hollywood Tuesday night when we asked about LeBron James being down 0-2 to Steph Curry and Kevin Durant ... and although the Kings PG predicts GSW will take home the title, he says it won't be a cakewalk.

It's been a tough start for the Cavs so far -- losing Game 1 and 2 by a total of 41 points -- but at least there's hope.

Kinda.

Kevin Hart I'm Friends with Bron & Durant But I'm Rooting For ...

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart's in a tough position -- he's friends with LeBron James AND Kevin Durant. But he knows when it comes to the NBA Finals, he can only really root for one of 'em.

Don't worry, Kev -- who was in NYC promoting his new book -- actually picks a side in the big Cleveland Cavs vs. Golden State Warriors matchup ... though he does it in such a smooth, politically correct way, he won't lose a friend over it.

Or will he?

LEGENDS COLLIDE

Here's some GREAT footage of soccer superstar Neymar in a V.I.P. meeting with Kevin Durant and Draymond Green after the Warriors beat down the Cavs on Sunday.

The Brazilian soccer superstar -- considered one of top players in the world -- touched down in L.A. last week and has been hanging with Odell Beckham Jr. all weekend.

They decided to take in some hoops ... and, of course, sat right on the floor.

We're guessing Neymar wanted to meet LeBron James, too ... but he probably wasn't in a great mood.

Jerry West On Clippers Rumors: 'I Don't Know What You're Talking About'

Published | Updated

Jerry West insists he knows NOTHING about the Clippers reportedly trying to steal him away from the Golden State Warriors ... but watch the video -- and pay attention to that smirk!

West is currently an executive board member for the Warriors -- but ESPN's Marc Stein reported the Clippers are actively courting him to L.A.

So, when we saw West in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, we had to ask him straight-up -- what's the deal?!

There's more ... West also has a strong opinion about the racial incident at LeBron James' Brentwood home -- saying the whole situation is "sad."

I LOVE LEBRON!

Pat Riley wishes nothing but the best for LeBron James in his 7th straight NBA Finals appearance ... but he doesn't want us to forget Magic Johnson's number.

We got Pat Saturday in Malibu, where we asked if he was wishing LeBron luck for the NBA Finals.

Even though Golden State Warriors co-owner Peter Guber doesn't want him to answer ... Pat -- who LeBron left in Miami to rejoin the Cavs -- breaks it down with half shade and half well-wishing.

He basically says he loves LeBron -- but he's not touching Magic's Finals number ... yet.
