As E!'s Marc Malkin reports, during the filming of "Dreamgirls," the ever-overbearing Matthew tried to sign Hudson as a management client, only to rebuffed by the former "American Idol" contestant. Despite her rejection, Matthew went around telling people he'd been representing the breakout star.

What's more, after an early screening, both Matthew and B's mom (Tina) flipped over Hudson's screen time, arguing with writer/director Bill Condon that the flick needed to be recut and include more B and less J -- Condon refused.

With her dethroning imminent, Tara Conner's days as Miss USA are numbered. There she goes.

One day after pageant boss Donald Trump publicly denied that reigning Miss USA Tara Conner was being dethroned, TMZ has learned that first runner-up, Miss California Tamiko Nash, will be inheriting the crown.

A source tells TMZ that Miss California was contacted with the news by a high-ranking pageant official and told she will take the title once Trump finally makes the official announcement in the coming week.

The Miss USA Organization released a statement on Thursday stating that they are "evaluating" Conner's "behavioral and personal issues" in order to decide how they will go forward with her reign. Conner's questionable behavior allegedly stems from inappropriate behavior at New York nightclubs. The underage beauty queen turns 21 on Monday.

Tamiko Nash is a Los Angeles native and appeared on NBC's "Deal or No Deal" earlier this year.

A rep for Miss USA tells TMZ, "Mr. Trump will make a decision in the upcoming week regarding Tara Conner and her reign. No one has been contacted and no decisions have been made."

Paris Hilton is the latest Hollywood "star" to incur the wrath of MySpace impersonators.

News reports from several "reputable" sources have been reporting that Paris Hilton was using her MySpace blog to defend Britney Spears. In the fake blog, the "heiress" states that Brit is a great mom who is always there for her children, and that Britney's partying is just the normal behavior for a 25-year-old.

While these are thoughts that could possibly be in Hilton's head, only Miss Hilton knows for sure. TMZ contacted Paris' rep, Elliot Mintz, who revealed that "Paris did not write it. She does not have a MySpace account."

TMZ has learned more details about Justin Timberlake's "Saturday Night Live" appearance this weekend.

Justin will more than likely bring "The Barry Gibb Talk Show" back (nothing is set in stone; afterall, this is a live show). But he won't be performing his hit, "SexyBack." Instead, he will sing "My Love" and "What Goes Around." Our source also tells us that Timberlake might "bring it on in to Omeletville" again -- a sketch where Justin dressed up as an omelet while shilling for a local breakfast joint.

Justin twice performed in the "The Barry Gibb Talk Show" sketch, once when he hosted in 2003 and again in 2005, when girlfriend Cameron Diaz hosted. Jimmy Fallon, his co-star in the sketch and former "SNL" cast member, is rumored to be making an unbilled appearance.

TMZ has learned that officials from the Miss USA pageant will make a "major announcement" today and may strip reigning Miss USA Tara Conner of her title due to inappropriate behavior.

Sources tell TMZ that executives from the Miss USA organization and NBC (which broadcasts the pageant) met Tuesday to discuss Conner and alleged incidents of her inappropriate behavior, including her conduct at New York City bars. While no one from the pageant would comment on the rumored troubles, several sources tell TMZ that a big announcement is expected some time Thursday. According to these sources, officials are extremely unhappy with the current Miss USA's conduct in public.

Pageant rules say that if Connor is removed, first runner-up Miss California Tamiko Nash will assume the duties of Miss USA and complete the remainder of the beauty queen's reign. When TMZ contacted a rep for Nash, we were told they could "neither confirm nor deny" that she would be taking over the title.

Twenty-year-old Conner, who hails from Russell Springs, Kentucky, was crowned Miss USA in April of 2006. As part of her duties Connor often takes part in high profile media events. She recently boarded the Black Pearl for a "Pirates of the Caribbean" promotion in Baltimore.

UPDATE: Donald Trump, who owns the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants, told CNN that "Reports that Miss USA is being 'dethroned' are absolutely not true." He then said that Conner is "going through some personal problems and difficulties right now which could affect her ability to reign. We are right now looking into what we can do to work with her and what we will do about her reign going forward."

UPDATE: The Miss USA Organization has issued the following statement: "Miss USA Tara Conner has not been dethroned. The Miss Universe Organization and Mr. Donald J. Trump will be evaluating her behavioral and personal issues to see what we can do to work with her, and what we will do about her reign going forward. Mr. Trump will make a determination and announcement within the coming week."

Though speculation has been swirling that Angelina Jolie has another gorgeous bun in the oven, the stunning actress joked with Diane Sawyer that if it were true, "I shouldn't have been drinking wine last night." She added, "No, we're not. I'm on the pill." Probably a little TMI, Angelina.

She adds that the globetrotting supercouple will probably adopt a third child before having a second biological one.

Jolie also gushed over Brad saying, "He's just a really great partner, a great man." Yeah, easy on the eyes too.

Gwen Stefani does not want you to holla for her -- she really, really doesn't.

A TMZ spy was in the audience for a taping of Gwen's appearance on MTV's New Year's Eve special, and he tells us that the fashionista-rocker didn't just ignore fans who were squealing with joy and encouragement, she tried to squelch them. "She would either turn away from the direction of the person complimenting her," says our source, "or she would make a 'cut it out' motion towards them."

Gwen also shielded her face from audience members as she darted from sound check to dressing room before the taping, says our spy. And she interrupted a take of her single "Wind It Up" because her fans were actually making noise when it started.

Perhaps Gwen's gotten rather too used to the mute Harajuku girls who accompany her performances.

La Lohan hit Hollywood club Teddy's this weekend, swilling water instead of booze.

According to her mother, partying Dina Lohan, the teen queen is taking her AA meetings seriously ... perhaps Linds can help Nicole Richie.

The Internet has been ringing with the alarming news that Beyonce Knowles is 32 years old, and not, as she's claimed all along, 25. TMZ did a little digging -- and we've got the definitive answer.

Celeb gossip site MediaTakeOut.com claimed earlier this week to have a document from the Texas Department of Health proving that the pop princess was born September 4, 1974, making her 32. But an authoritative source in Texas tells TMZ that the authenticity of that document could not be confirmed, that the document wasn't an official birth record, and that 1974 is definitely not Beyonce's b-day.

We also put in a call to the High School of the Visual and Performing Arts in Houston, which Beyonce attended, and they told us that she was a student from 1997-2000. If she was born in 1974, that would mean she attended high school from age 23 on. Beyonce might be gullible (at least enough to be ambushed by PETA), but high school at 23? We don't think so.

Beyonce's rep said she had "no idea" how the faux-age rumor began or why it was disseminated. Mediatakeout.com says that they have "thoroughly inspected" the posted document and that it looks "very real."

Bow Wow isn't deleting the N-word from his lyrics.

At last night's Jingle Ball Concert hosted by 102.7 KIIS FM, Bow Wow gave a no-holds-barred performance in front of thousands of screaming youngsters.

A shirtless and dancing Bow announced, lyrically, that he is single and not dating Ciara, while dropping the N-word throughout his songs. In the aftermath of the Michael Richards rant, some artists have chosen to lose the derogatory term, but not Bow Wow.

No one at the concert seemed to be affected by his use of the word; perhaps his younger audience is unaware of the weight the word has carried.

Calls to Bow Wow's reps were not immediately returned.

Joe Simpson says for a cool $10,000 his daughter Jessica will read YOUR magazine!

Well-placed sources tell TMZ that ever-opportunistic Joe has called at least two weekly celebrity rags to offer them the "opportunity" to feature Jessica reading their mag in a scene in the upcoming film "Blonde Ambition." We're told that he has asked them to write a check for $10,000 for the privilege of placement -- and to make that check payable to Joe Simpson. Our sources say that Joe has "guaranteed" that he will personally see to it that the magazine will be where it's supposed to be when cameras roll. So far, according to sources, no one has taken Simpson up on his offer.

Well, this tale may be returned for insufficient funds. A rep for the Simpsons says that there is "no truth whatsoever" to this story. While the rep confirms that there was product placement staff working on the film, she says there is "absolutely no truth" in any request for payment directly to Joe.

Jen & Vince may have split for good, but things are looking up for Lance & Reichen.

Just a day after Bass' rep told TMZ that the couple had broken up, Lance took to his MySpace page to set the record, er, straight; "Reichen and I have gone through a few rough days ... I have no doubt things will work out. We are very mature and deal with things the right way."

Responding to rumors that the couple has an "open relationship," Bass writes, "What the hell does that mean anyway? I mean I think I know what that means ... and if it is .. then the answer is def NO!"

Tearin' up my heart!

A source close to Vin Diesel tells TMZ that contrary to Internet reports, the actor was not dropped from the upcoming movie "Hitman" -- in fact, he opted out long ago.

Rumors circulated yesterday that actor Timothy Olyphant had taken Vin's place after he was dumped from the film. While it's true that Olyphant will star in the film (based on a popular videogame), Diesel was off the project long before Olyphant got the part.

TMZ has learned that Vin jetted off to Prague today to star in the big budget, Mathieu Kassovitz directed FOX feature, "Babylon A.D.," based on the best-selling French novel "Babylon Babies." The film is set to be a major 2007 holiday release for the studio.

Comedian Kathy Griffin's chartered plane was 20 minutes out of Burbank Airport on Wednesday when the cabin filled with smoke. In a statement on Kathy's official website, rumors of a crash were quashed.

Shortly after takeoff in unusually cold weather for California, the plane encountered extreme turbulance, sparking engine trouble for the funnywoman. The plane was en route to Stockton, CA, where Kathy was set to perform that night.

Mom Dina chose not to comment on reports of Paris hitting Lindsay, however, she did reveal that Lindsay has been attending AA meetings. She claims that a lot of Lindsay's friends are members and "It's a positive thing" for La Lohan.

While we agree that AA meetings are probably a good idea for the hard-partying starlet, we'd like to remind Dina what the second A in AA stands for: Anonymous!
