Katherine Jackson's legal team claims Michael Jackson's siblings have concocted a diabolical plot to remove Katherine from her home and her "beloved grandchildren" ... and part of the plan involved ambushing MJ's children.

Katherine's attorney released a statement saying, "Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children."

"After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and have been taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene."

The statement continues, "Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren."

"Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children. “

The Michael Jackson Estate has also released a statement saying, "We are acutely concerned about the welfare of Mrs. Jackson, and most particularly with Michael's minor children."

Katherine Jackson is alive and well in Arizona, though she's playing her cards close to her vest.

TMZ broke the story ... Michael Jackson's siblings whisked Katherine away to a spa in Tucson to help her escape what they called the "utter chaos" of the Jackson family home in Encino. Apparently no one told Katherine's nephew, who reported her missing Saturday night.

Now, a photo of Katherine at the Arizona spa has surfaced -- showing her playing UNO with her daughter Rebbie, her granddaughter Stacy, and her great grandson London.

Katherine is supposedly relaxing and having a good time.

Katherine Jackson is at a fancy spa in Tucson, Arizona, but the big question now ... why did leave Michael Jackson's 3 kids?

Sources tell us ... Michael Jackson's siblings took Katherine from the family compound in Encino, CA to the Arizona spa, because they feel "the house is utter chaos" and Katherine is exhausted.

Here's the mystery ... Paris and presumably the other 2 kids were never told Katherine was leaving and it's been a week since they've seen her. So why would Michael's brothers and sisters yank Katherine from the home when she is the only parental link to the 3 kids who are still coping with their father's death?

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... there's a "concerted effort" to get Katherine on board to challenge Michael Jackson's will and get the Executors removed. In addition to Randy and Jermaine, Rebbie and Janet are also on board, although it's unclear exactly how much Jackie supports the move.

Katherine Jackson has spoken to police, and she is not in danger ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ police were able to make contact with Katherine today ... and she informed them "she is fine and with a family member."

Another source tells us she is in Arizona.

The LA County Sheriff's Department has been investigating Katherine's whereabouts since she was reported missing late Saturday night.

The greatest secret in Hollywood may have been exposed by a police officer in the sleepy town of Bedford Hills, NY ... when in his police report, he referred to Blake Lively as the wife of Ryan Reynolds!!!!!

Or he just made an assumption, we'll explain ...

Reynolds filed a police report on July 8 after he claimed he was being followed by a photographer. An officer came out to investigate and he described the encounter by saying:

The name of the woman allegedly married to Reynolds was redacted from the report, but several photos of Reynolds and Lively were taken the week of the incident.

And in case you think it was a one time slip, check out the last paragraph of the report:

We called the Bedford PD to check with the officer about what made him think the couple -- who has been dating since last October -- was actually married. Cops wouldn't talk.

Sources close to Blake tell TMZ the report is a mistake and the two are NOT married.

It's one of his most famously bizarre moments -- Tom Cruise jumping up and down on Oprah's couch ... on national TV -- but surprisingly, the big O doesn't think the outburst had ANY effect on his marriage.

Oprah was out in DC yesterday, when she was asked if Tom's infamous 2005 couch stunt damaged his relationship with Katie Holmes -- and she burst out laughing ... calling the mere notion "ridiculous."

In case you forgot, Tom had been dating Katie just over a month at the time ... and exploded on Oprah's show, explaining how head-over-heels he was about his new girl.

But here's the thing -- the incident is widely cited as evidence that Scientology had fundamentally changed Tom Cruise ... for the worse ... so it's not crazy to wonder if Katie saw red flags from the get go.

Tom Cruise did NOT settle his divorce with Katie Holmes because he feared she might spill secrets about the actor -- this according to Tom's lawyer.

Attorney Bert Fields scoffs at reports claiming Tom was fearful of what Katie might reveal, telling TMZ, "Tom had nothing to hide and did nothing in the agreement to hide anything. People are just making this stuff up."

As for the child custody arrangement, it appears Tom will indeed have the "significant" contact with Suri that we reported about last week. Fields said, "Tom will definitely have a meaningful relationship with his daughter, but I can't talk about specifics of the agreement."

Fields said Tom's primary concern in the settlement was Suri and added Tom was "pleased we could work out how Suri will be treated and dealt with."

Kris Humphries can breathe a sigh of relief -- his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj insists she's NOT PREGNANT ... her belly's just naturally round.

Myla was out in Jersey earlier today, where a photog asked her straight -- are you pregnant or not? Myla responded, "I am definitely not pregnant."

What Myla DOESN'T explain is why she texted her lawyer Friday night that she WAS pregnant -- and why she told numerous other people, including Kris, that she was expecting.

Myla's latest version is that people just started talking and, "Of course, me not being a size zero kept it going."

Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj just tweeted this photo, writing, "Loook No Babyy bump!" ... which raises several important questions:

-- Is she pregnant, or isn't she?
-- Did she have an abortion?
-- Was she ever pregnant?
-- Did Kris ask her to tweet (She wants back with him)?
-- Why did she tell her lawyer, Joe Tacopina, she's pregnant?

Myla added, "Yes I'm a thick curvy girl ... All natural I'm comfortable in my skin."

In an effort to prove all is well in their relationship, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez went out TOGETHER in L.A. last night ... and made sure the cameras caught them holding hands.

As TMZ reported, the relationship has been on the rocks ... with the two breaking up multiple times in the last few months.

But last night, it appeared things were back on ... when Biebs and Gomez hit up the Pink Pepper restaurant in Hollywood for a romantic dinner date.

When asked about the status of their relationship, Bieber told the photogs, "What does it look like?"

Sorry to rain on your naked Carly Rae Jepsen parade -- but the "Call Me Maybe" singer is NOT the chick with pierced nipples whose naked photos surfaced on the Internet today.

A rep for Carly tells TMZ, “This is 200% NOT Carly" in the photos.

As for anyone claiming it is -- the rep says Carly's record label is currently handling any potential cease-and-desist cases.

FYI -- the actual girl in the photos is some 21-year-old Internet model named Destiny Benedict who gets naked ... a lot.

Divorces, violence, and even a racial controversy -- it seems the "Rock of Ages" cast has been smothered in bad fortune from the moment the project began. It's almost like ... THEY'RE CURSED!

Tom Cruise -- "Blindsided" with divorce papers from Katie Holmes ... who filed in New York instead of California because she's gunning for sole legal custody of their daughter.

Russell Brand -- Marriage to Katy Perry goes belly up after production begins on "Rock" ... later investigated by police in New Orleans for smashing an iPhone belonging to a paparazzo.

Mary J. Blige -- Engulfed in racial controversy back in April ... after she was featured singing about fried chicken in a Burger King commercial. Mary's charity's went broke and was sued after failing to pay back a $250k loan.

Alec Baldwin -- Kicked off a flight in Dec. after screaming at a flight attendant who asked him to stop playing "Words with Friends." Later went to cops to report an alleged stalker. Investigated by the NYPD after allegedly attacking a photog.

Julianne Hough -- We can't think of anything ... yet ... but don't say we didn't warn you.

Sources connected with the negotiations between Lamar Odom and the L.A. Clippers tell TMZ ... Kris Jenner had nothing to do with the deal.

There are reports Kris created the master plan to get Lamar back on an L.A. team, but our sources say Lamar's agent, Jeff Schwartz, propelled the negotiations.

Lamar could be traded to the Clippers as early as today, but there are several pieces to the puzzle that have to fall into place for that to happen.

Charlie Sheen's tiger blood is boiling over bogus reports he trashed his hotel room during a drug-fueled meltdown in NYC ... and now TMZ has learned he's intending to sue over the story.

Sources close to Charlie tell us ... Sheen believes someone should pay for spreading such terrible lies about him ... and he's already rounding up his legal team to figure out his plan of attack.

Sheen appeared on "TMZ Live" Wednesday ... and said he had been spending so much time promoting his new show "Anger Management" ... he had no time to rage with drugs, booze and hookers ... even if he was so inclined.

He was also adamant ... a second story from the same mag claiming he "flipped out" on his daughters and bailed on the premiere for Denise Richards' new movie is also bogus to the core.

Charlie Sheen tells TMZ ... he did NOT throw a room-destroying rager inside the Ritz-Carlton in NYC this weekend ... he didn't even drink alcohol -- calling the partying rumors total "malarkey."

Charlie called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago to dispel the rumors once and for all -- claiming they're "so silly, without any merit or any foundational anything that resembles reality."

Charlie says he had no time in his schedule for anything other than press appearances this weekend -- promoting his new show "Anger Management" -- and he DEFINITELY didn't have time for alcohol-fueled benders. Charlie says the alcohol on his hotel bill wasn't even for him.

As for the new report Charlie "flipped out" on his daughters and bailed on the premiere for Denise Richard's new movie -- Charlie says that's not true either.

According to Charlie, he bailed on the premiere because his daughters didn't want to walk the red carpet -- and the last thing Charlie wanted was to appear in photos alone with Denise, who divorced him in 2006.

Charlie Sheen looked like the same ol' Charlie Sheen as he left the Ritz-Carlton in NYC Tuesday ... and his hotel bill does not support a report that Charlie threw a raging party in his room.

According to the hotel bill -- obtained by TMZ -- Charlie (who checked in under the alias Mr. Chuck Clark) ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel -- most of the time in his room. FYI, usually people high on coke don't eat 3 meals a day.

As for alcohol ... there's no evidence that he ordered booze on June 22, 23, 24 or 25. On the 26th, Charlie ordered 5 different cocktails -- which makes it seem like it was not all for him -- plus a bottle of Krug wine. By the way, it's highly unlikely hookers drink Macallan 12 scotch or Remy Martin XO.

There are also charges for laundry and in-house pressing. Makes sense, because Charlie was in NYC for interviews about his upcoming show, "Anger Management."

Charlie tells TMZ ... on the 26th he had dinner in his room with "friends" and there were no drugs. As for drinking, he said, "Everybody drinks."
