Our pals at Officialimage.com obtained a whole bunch of awesome photos of the singer lettin' loose at the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Perry -- who was doin' some boozin' at the pool -- was clearly mentally prepared for the weekend ... dropping the following tweet before the weekend kicked off, "Signing up for a liver transplant now.”

As we first reported, Radovicz accused Neil of attacking her in an elevator in Las Vegas last weekend. Neil must not be too worried about it -- he spent his Friday night at the grand opening of Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, posing for pics with porn legend Ron Jeremy and Bunny Ranch head man Dennis Hoff.

And in case you think her hubby Ashton Kutcher might be jealous -- he was right there, cheering her on!

Hilton and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, were arrested a little before midnight last night. Waits was booked on charges of DUI, while Hilton was busted for possession of a controlled substance ... cocaine.

Paris was released on her own recognizance shortly after her arrest and has hired Vegas legal eagle David Chesnoff.

UPDATE: We've also obtained video of Paris as she was talking to cops. The crowd can be heard muttering about Paris -- one person even remarks she looks better in person.

It's been three weeks since her "suicide attempt" and Fantasia has gone back to shooting her reality show and promoting her new album. She performed at Rain nightclub over the weekend where she told the crowd, "They thought I was finished, they thought I was done, they counted me out. But I will never, ever stop. I don't care what nobody say about me ... Don't let your haters stop you. Don't let nobody stand in the way of your destiny."

Just a few days ago, Fantasia told VH1 (the network that airs her reality show), "I wanted to go to sleep and just be at peace. I knew exactly what I was doing. You can't accidentally take a whole bottle of pills."

Hilton immediately snagged attorney David Chesnoff, a famous Vegas lawyer who has represented a slew of celebs including David Copperfield, Suge Knight and Vince Neil.

Chesnoff sprung Hilton from jail hours after her arrest.

We're told Chesnoff is not going to waive the white flag by any means. Sources connected with the case tell us ... it's significant Paris was released without posting any bail -- a sign that the amount of cocaine was small.

And we're told, although it's too early to tell, there might be an issue of -- whose cocaine was it anyway? Sound familiar -- i.e., Paris' marijuana issues in South Africa.

According to police, Paris was the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over outside the Wynn Hotel. The driver was arrested for DUI (drug-related, not alcohol) and when cops searched Hilton, they found her in possession of a controlled substance.

Police say tests revealed the substance to be cocaine.

She was arrested and released on her own recognizance.

UPDATE: Paris' boyfriend, Cy Waits, was arrested as well. He was booked on a charge of DUI.

Multiple sources pretty damn close to the couple tell us the two were seen getting all touchy-feely with each other at the Mandalay Bay hotel ... and had a romantic dinner at N9ne Steakhouse at The Palms.

But here's the rub -- if you know what we're sayin' -- they stayed at another very high end Vegas hotel.

Kat Von D's people are playing the "just friends" card -- but we're told "friends with benefits" is more like it.

His and her tats can't be far behind ... if they can find an open space.

It all went down Saturday night at Playboy's Midsummer Night's Dream Party -- check out the photos for even more jaw-droppingly sexy costumes ... oh yeah, and that guy who plays Drama on "Entourage" or whatever.
