Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert turned down $1 million to perform for ONE weekend in Las Vegas ... a significant sign that Caesars Palace might have a harder time than expected lining up replacements for Celine Dion while she's on hiatus.

TMZ has learned ... Blake and Miranda were offered a cool mil to play 3 shows at The Colosseum at Caesars back in February -- but when the couple countered at $1.25 million, the arena's operator AEG balked.

As we first reported ... Robin Williams and Mariah Carey also turned down similar 6-figure offers, in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Of course, Celine recently announced she was postponing her residency at the Colosseum until March ... while she cares for her ailing husband.

The clock's ticking ... the venue has about 4,300 seats that will go empty if AEG and Caesars can't line up new talent. Maybe Miranda and Blake's asking price isn't so outrageous after all.

Mariah Carey could pull a Britney Spears by taking her kids to Vegas and pulling down a huge paycheck to do shows there -- as Caesars Palace eyes huge new names to put on it's marquee.

TMZ has learned the Colosseum -- where Celine Dion has had a residency for years -- would love to sign soon-to-be single Mariah for a very lucrative weekend engagement. Our sources say the offer that went out was $750k for two shows!

We're told the Colosseum's operator, AEG is targeting a bunch of other heavy hitters too, including ... Adele, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, Prince, and Bruce Springsteen.

Comedians Chris Rock and Chelsea Handler -- who both sell out bigger arenas than the Colosseum which seats about 4,300 -- are also wanted.

We're told this dream list was put together long before Celine's recent announcement she was taking a leave of absence until next spring to be with her ailing husband.

Robin Williams turned down a huge Las Vegas offer 2 years before he died ... and sources connected with Robin tell us it's further proof he did NOT have money troubles.

TMZ has obtained an AEG Live document to Robin ... offering him $600,000 to headline 2 shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

We're told Robin's people turned the offer down ... he was shooting "The Crazy Ones" at the time. Robin's people -- who have maintained all along money was not a factor in his suicide -- tell TMZ if he was really cash-strapped he would have done some moonlighting in Vegas to rake in some dough.

Under the proposal ... ticket prices ranged from $75 - $150.

Joe Jonas had a nice relaxing birthday in Las Vegas … if your idea of relaxing is getting dragged up on stage and having two little people strippers grind on your crotch.

Joe Jonas had a small celebration for his 25th birthday in Las Vegas ... with two tiny strippers and David Copperfield. We'll explain ...

Joe hit up a Copperfield show at the MGM Grand where he got pulled up on stage and David asked him when he last got laid. Joe said it's been about a month ... the crowd loved it.

The main event went down Saturday at Beacher's Madhouse ... where Joe was once again called up on stage. But instead of a magician, he was entertained by two little people strippers ... a mini Miley Cyrus and a girl who holds the distinction of being one of the smallest strippers in the world.

We're told the Beau Joie Champagne was flowing ... along with several bottles of Casamigos Tequila sent over by George Clooney.

Rapper Kid Ink was arrested early Saturday in Las Vegas for disturbing the peace ... which raises the question, is there really peace in Vegas?

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops raced to 1Oak nightclub in the Mirage just before 3 AM after a 911 call about a fight in the club.

Several eyewitnesses tell us ... Kid Ink's female friend started the scuffle.

We're told the woman was acting belligerent as the 2 left the club ... and when security confronted them the "Show Me" rapper and his crew started getting physical.

Police hauled the rapper and his female friend off to jail.  The woman was booked for giving a false statement to officers -- we don't know what she told them -- and Ink was booked for disturbing the peace.

He'll be released Saturday afternoon without posting bail.  He's ordered to appear in court Monday.

Will Smith ripped his shirt off and rode the pony as he sang "Jump on It" in front of a huge Vegas crowd.

Will shocked everyone Friday afternoon at the Ditch Fridays ritual at The Palms. Will was there to support his son Trey who was DJing the event with none other than Jazzy Jeff.

You gotta watch the video. Will jumps on stage, rips his shirt off and goes crazy. It's awesome.

Jason Derulo checked into Rehab this weekend -- the legendary Las Vegas pool party at the Hard Rock -- where the singer had to follow a 12-step program of his own:

Step 1 -- Admit you are powerless over ass.
Step 2 -- Embrace and enjoy.
Steps 3 through 12 -- repeat Step 2.

Get jazzy on that.

Roy Horn's former personal assistant says the Las Vegas legend sexually assaulted him for years ... and although the assistant admits voluntarily doing certain things, he drew the line at oral sex.

According to the police report ... Omar Dominguez-Ramos says he worked for Horn from 2010 to 2013. Dominguez-Ramos claims Horn made unwanted sexual advances from the get go ... claiming Horn would ask him to undress and then touch his nipples, penis and buttocks area.

Dominguez-Ramos told cops Horn repeatedly asked him to perform oral sex, which he refused to do. The former assistant admits he masturbated for Horn, but never had sex with him.

Dominguez-Ramos says in the report ... someone anonymously sent him a CD several weeks ago showing some of the sexual misdeeds Horn allegedly committed against him.

We know cops conducted an investigation … but the statute of limitations has expired for the most serious allegations. Police say now it's just a civil matter.

Paris landed at the Bob Hope Airport in Burbank on Monday, after returning from a weekend at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas.

Celine Dion is making sure Lonely Airport Guy (LAG) won't be alone for the 4th of July ... because he'll be spending the holiday in Vegas with her ... and 4,000 other fans.

Our Celine sources tell us ... she's making good on her offer to Richard Dunn ... whom she invited to her show after seeing his hilarious lip-sync video of "All By Myself."

We're told Dunn and his wife will fly to Vegas for her Independence Day show at Caesar's Palace ... and Celine has graciously agreed to put them up at the hotel at her expense.

Best part ... we're told Celine wants to meet Dunn before the show!

Dunn tells TMZ he's "pretty blown away." Luckily, his heart will go on.

Celine Dion is offering free show tickets -- and a little companionship -- to a guy who turned a lonely night in the Las Vegas airport into a hilarious video.

If you haven't seen the clip (below) ... Richard Dunn is in the airport all alone, late at night, doing an incredible lip-sync version of Dion's "All By Myself."

Celine tells us ... she LOVED Dunn's performance. She even videotaped him a personal message ... telling him to look her up next time he's in town ... and making him a very personal offer.

Mischa Barton bucked the trend -- her entourage caused zero problems in an Atlantic City nightclub ... because TMZ has learned she rolled completely solo to host the event.

Barton was the celeb guest host for Pool After Dark last Saturday night at Harrah's Resort. A rep for the club tells us hosts usually have entourages 5-15 people deep, but the former "O.C." star thinned her crew down to a party of one.

Sounds like Mischa could've used a wingman -- we're told she stayed at the club until 3:00 AM, talked to no one, ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of tequila, and did shots ... by herself.

Barton did a court-ordered rehab stint in 2007 following a DUI, but has never claimed to be sober.

A source close to Barton tells us ... Mischa decided to attend last minute and opted to roll solo rather than miss the payday for hosting.

Nicki Minaj doesn't even have to sing to make bank -- sources tell TMZ Floyd Mayweather Jr. paid her $50,000 just to show her face at his daughter's 14th birthday party.

According to sources, Mayweather rented out the entire MGM ballroom in Vegas to celebrate Iyanna Mayweather's birthday last weekend -- and Nicki showed up to surprise her.

We're told Nicki stayed for about an hour -- hanging out with Iyanna, taking pics ... annnd that's pretty much it.

You'll recall, Iyanna's birthday party is essentially what set off the brawl between T.I. and Floyd -- after T.I.'s wife Tiny posted a photo of herself with Iyanna. Tiny was an unpaid guest.

Iyanna's pretty spoiled as far as celeb guests go -- last year, Justin Bieber showed up at her party. Just imagine what her sweet 16 will look like.

T.I.'s temper was already revved up just hours before he got into a violent brawl with Floyd Mayweather on the Vegas Strip -- when security at a crowded pool party DENIED his ass ... and it's all caught on video.

Witnesses tell TMZ T.I. had shown up to Liquid -- the pool party at Aria where Nicki Minaj was performing last weekend -- but he tried to side step security with his posse.

Security wasn't having it ... insisting T.I. had to be searched just like the normies entering the party.

The real problem -- we're told the door staff didn't recognize Tip ... and once they did realize it was him they let him right into the event.

But the standoff was intense -- Vegas PD even got involved -- and after watching the video, you'll understand why T.I. had a short fuse when he faced off against Floyd later that night. Pretty nuts.

TMZ has sources close to both T.I. and Floyd Mayweather and it's become very clear ... each side is telling a very different version of events surrounding the fight.

No one is debating what caused it -- as TMZ first reported, it was over T.I.'s wife Tiny -- but what is up for debate ... is who hit whom during the melee.

T.I.'s side: Our T.I. sources say the rapper swung and hit Floyd ... which is what sparked the whole brawl at Fatburger in Las Vegas early Sunday morning. T.I. even hinted at the punch in an Instagram video he posted the next day.

Floyd's side: The champ is telling friends T.I. never hit him with any punch ... he only tussled with members of Floyd's security team.
