Rich Dollaz is NOT living up to his handle -- the "Love & Hip Hop" star just got busted for not paying child support ... again.

According to the Hudson County Sheriff's Office in New Jersey, Dollaz was picked up on 2 outstanding warrants. We're told one was for owing a little less than $12,000 in support -- and the other for a whopping $188,000.

Dollaz was popped on February 19 and remains in custody.

"We haven't lost a game yet since Bronny joined the team in mid-December," coach Adrian Sparks tells TMZ Sports.

"He's awesome. He played amazing. He averaged double digits. Bronny's just an all around good kid."

Beast Mode went Surprise Mode on a bunch of middle school kids ... when he quietly rolled up to campus to kick it with the football team -- and the students went crazy!

It all went down at Brentwood School in L.A. -- where Marshawn Lynch's former Seattle Seahawks teammate Mike Williams is the coach for the middle school football squad.

Mike tells us he's still tight with Lynch -- and since Marshawn happened to be in L.A., he invited the RB to come hang with the kids ... and Lynch obliged.

"He came to campus for an hour and took pics with kids and staff and signed autographs," Williams tells us ... "That's who he is though, a guy who enjoys bringing joy to kids, and he's not fake with it."

And how'd the kids react?

"He was like a rock star to them."

Wiz Khalifa threw a big party Saturday for his son's birthday ... but the rapper says his 2 year-old never showed because ex-wife Amber Rose denied the kid a good time out of spite.

Wiz posted sad pics of the party with the caption, "only thing missing was Bash" -- referring to their son Sebastian.

Sources close to Wiz say Amber was supposed to bring Sebastian to the party and they would celebrate his birthday together ... as parents. Wiz says everyone was there and he's heartbroken the boy couldn't celebrate with civil parents.

Khalifa put Amber on blast, saying, "ive never voiced my true unhappiness out of fear of the person I was with and what she would do to make me more unhappy of anyone knew."

Wiz goes on to champion father's rights, saying, "Standing up for all fathers who need, deserve, or can't find help," adding, "As a man, and a dad you'll feel like, 'I got this.' But who got us?" In other words, the system doesn't protect fathers.

For her part, Rose posted videos of their son before and after the party.

Ex-NFL star Michael Clayton is getting his Ty Pennigton on ... 'cause the Super Bowl champ is going makeover mad on Tampa area homes ... all for the benefit of at-risk youth.

Clayton -- who won the Super Bowl with the Giants back in 2012 -- started the LAF project in the Tampa area a couple years ago, which provides housing and mentorship for kids who have aged out of the foster system.

"They are 18-23 and have no assistance, not prepared for life at all. The goal is to get them to the point where they can exist in society."

Michael tells TMZ Sports he sank $50,000 of his own money into the project and that the 12 young men staying in his housing will have top-notch digs to call home.

"I got seven construction crews around the Tampa area -- the place has all the bells and whistles, granite table tops, brand new baseboards the whole nine."

Clayton says he plans to be involved in every area of the young men's lives while they live on the property, including mentoring them personally, providing hands on life coaching.

"I'm around there every day, a lot of them aren't ready to go out into the world, they're rough, but once we're finished, hopefully they'll be polished enough to get out there."

Kanye West said something explosive on "The Breakfast Club" Friday ... something that was edited out of the prerecorded interview but was just leaked -- that his 17-year-old sister-in-law Kylie and Tyga are in love.

The edited version was already interesting, with Kanye saying, "I think he got in early. I think he was smart." But now we know the words that preceded Kanye's thoughts. When you combine the notion that Tyga and Kylie are in love with the bragging rights that he "got in early" ... it raises obvious questions.

Tyga fiercely denied dating Kylie on "The Breakfast Club" Tuesday.

David Beckham could have TWO future stars in his family -- because his 12-year-old son Romeo got a shot with Arsenal's youth team ... and Thursday he scored a goal in a match!

Beckham went crazy on the sidelines ... as Romeo scored the second goal in a 3-2 victory over Liverpool.

Beckham's older son, Brooklyn, has been crushing it with the Arsenal training squad as well -- the 15-year-old was recently called up to the Under-18 squad ... and experts say he's got real potential.

Jay Z had a love child 21 years ago and is now blocking the guy's efforts to prove he's the son of the rap mogul ... according to legal docs.

The guy's name is Rymir Satterthwaite and he claims his mother hooked up with Jay back in the early '90s -- before he was world famous, and long before Beyonce was in the picture.

Rymir and Lillie Coley -- who calls herself his legal guardian -- say in a civil suit ... Jay Z submitted fraudulent information to the court ... to intentionally torpedo Rymir's paternity claim.

It's unclear what that fraudulent info is -- but there are reports that Jay is refusing to take a paternity test.

Rymir happens to be an aspiring rapper ... who's posted vids of himself rhyming.

The civil lawsuit was handwritten by Coley ... who claims Jay's actions have caused Rymir financial and emotional damage. We've reached out to Jay Z's attorney, but so far no word back.

Since Tyler Perry couldn't name Madea as the godmother to his baby boy Aman, he went with the next best thing ... Oprah Winfrey and Cicely Tyson ... and threw a baller christening party to celebrate.

Perry dipped into his infinite wealth and had a church built in his Beverly Hills backyard ... which was a replica of the one in which his late mother grew up.

In addition to the mega godmothers, Perry had Jennifer Hudson, Yolanda Adams and Bill Withers on hand to sing.

Amber Rose and Khloe Kardashian can shut down their Twitter beef -- because Tyga is not sleeping with 17-year-old Kylie Jenner ... according to Tyga.

Tyga hit up "The Breakfast Club" -- the same radio show where Amber blasted Kylie -- to clear up the rumors he's banging the youngest Jenner sis. He explained, "No, I'm not dating Kylie. I wanna be clear to everybody, I didn't leave my family to be with Kylie. That's ridiculous."

Responding to a report someone called child services -- Tyga claims law enforcement has NOT reached out to him about the possibility he has committed statutory rape. He added ... although he hangs out with Kylie, Kendall is usually there too. Although ... we've seen them out alone on multiple occasions.

Tyga also talked about his feud with Drake, and took a stand on the Lil Wayne/Birdman war … claiming he hasn't received a single dollar in royalties from Cash Money.

Wiz Khalifa is gunning for more custody of his 1-year-old son, because he believes Amber Rose is a bad mom ... according to documents obtained by TMZ.

We've learned Wiz's camp has put together a laundry list of complaints, including:

-- Amber often stays out all night, requiring that relatives and staff take over

-- The family dog eats its own feces and then licks Sebastian's face

-- When she wakes up she'll play with the kid for 15 minutes or so and then disappear

-- Amber and her mom have a volatile relationship, laced with "shouting matches and vulgar exchanges," which upset the boy. And during the arguments the N word was hurled by Amber's mom

Wiz has not filed legal docs to change custody, but we're told that's coming ... which is why he's getting relatives and others involved to help him make a case.

The spending spree continues ... now TMZ Sports has learned Floyd Mayweather dropped another $400k on a brand new Rolls-Royce so "his 14-year-old daughter can ride in style."

Here's what we know ... Floyd called up Obi Okeke at Fusion Luxury Motors around 2AM a few days ago and ordered up a clean white 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith.

Okeke says Mayweather explained that he'd be giving the car to his daughter's mother -- because he wants the kid to "ride in style."

Okeke tells us he IMMEDIATELY started moving on the car -- and shipped it to Vegas later that day.

"When his daughter and [the mother of his child] saw the car, they went nuts," Okeke says ... "They were so appreciative and thankful."

13-year-old Mo'Ne Davis IS THE TRUTH ... so says Kevin Hart who tells TMZ Sports he's got even more respect for the Little League star after she burned his ass in the NBA Celeb All-Star game.

"She was for real, she really got me," Hart told us ... after Davis put him through the spin cycle in a pretty sweet 1-on-1 move during Friday's game.

Of course, Hart went on to be named the game's MVP -- the 4th time he's won the award -- but says Davis is clearly the future.

"I am a fan ... and I'm looking forward to seeing amazing things from her in the future."

Kevin Hart might be a little dizzy 'cause Little League legend Mo'ne Davis just put him in the SPIN CYCLE in the Sprite NBA Celebrity Hoops Game moments ago.

Hart -- who's a 3-time Celeb Hoops MVP -- caught himself in the unenviable position of being one-on-one with Davis ... who just ate his lunch during a ridiculous drive to the rim.

Check it out -- Kev is playing defense (he takes this stuff seriously folks) but Mo'ne leaves him in the dust ... and finishes like a pro (which she'll probably be eventually).

North West is NOT a fan of daddy's new shoes ... Kim Kardashian had her hands more than full when the kid went full-on Chernobyl Thursday night at a NY fashion show.

The pics say it all ... Kim and North were front and center at Kanye West's Adidas unveiling at Fashion Week ... but North wasn't having any part of it and threw a fit.

From the looks on their faces ... Diddy, Anna Wintour, Jay Z, and Beyonce were amused/annoyed at the tantrum ... at one point Kim grabs North for a quick exit.

Maybe Kim should roll like Jay and Bey ... leave the little miracle at home.

Drake has made it clear ... he's at war with Tyga ... calling out the 25-year-old very publicly for dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner.

Drake dropped an album Thursday night and one of the cuts takes direct aim at Tyga. The lyric goes like this:

-- "Oh you tried, it's so childish calling my name on the world stage
You need to act your age and not your girl's age."

Tyga -- who recently did an interview and called Drake "fake" -- fired back "Drake u still a bitch. All that sneak dissing is weak. Just pull up. I know where u live and u know my address. U been ducking the fade from Brown."

The "fade from Brown" clearly relates to Drake's long-standing feud with Chris Brown over Rihanna and Karrueche.
