Morena Baccarin -- Nicholas Brody's estranged wife on "Homeland" -- is headed for divorce off-screen too -- and all her success since the Showtime hit could work against her in the split.

Baccarin’s writer/director husband, Austin Chick, filed the divorce docs, citing irreconcilable differences, after 3 and a half years of marriage -- a lifetime in Hollywood.

According to the docs, Chick wants joint custody of their one-year-old son ... and he wants spousal support.

It looks like Baccarin's been the breadwinner in the fam -- picking up roles on hits like "Gotham" and "The Flash" -- so, at least on paper, she'll likely end up forking over some amount of cash.

Did we mention she's banging Det. Jim Gordon on "Gotham?" 'Cause she is ... and she looks freakin' hot doing it.

Chris Brown had a $10k agreement in place with his baby mama, Nia Guzman … but when she shipped little Royalty off to hang with Chris' mom, he cut her off.

Sources close to Nia tell TMZ ... Royalty's parents finally came to an agreement on child support ... settling on $10k per month from CB, starting July 1. As we reported, Chris' camp said Nia initially wanted $15k, but he only wanted to pay $2,500.

We’re told the new deal blew up though, when Daddy wanted Royalty this week -- but she was already hanging with grandma in Virginia. Since relations between Chris and his mom have been bad for years now ... our sources say Chris got pissed.

We're told Nia's claiming this is the first time she's ever denied Chris visitation, but looks like once was enough. We broke the story ... Chris is filing to establish paternity in court, so a judge can settle their child support and custody issues.

Chris Brown has had it with baby mama Nia Guzman's child support and custody demands, so he's asking a judge to lay down the law once and for all.

Chris and Nia have been at war over 1-year-old Royalty. She's demanding $15k a month in child support, way more than Chris says is fair.

We've learned Chris just filed legal docs in Houston to establish paternity. That will give him the right to fight Nia over support and custody.

Chris has been paying Nia what he believes is a fair amount -- she claims he's been paying $2,500 a month. He wants a judge to set the figure, which he's confident will be closer to his number than hers.

Chris also wants a judge to establish clear custody guidelines. He says Nia has been denying him the right to see his daughter, so he wants a judge to set her straight.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are getting divorced NOT because of his drinking and gambling, but because he's become such hot property in Hollywood, she felt neglected ... so say some well-placed sources.

There are clearly 2 views on the demise of the marriage. As we first reported, some sources with a bird's-eye view have told us Jen was fed up with Ben's booze and blackjack habits. But other sources who are also very familiar with the couple are saying when push came to shove, Jennifer made no mention of alcohol and gambling ... her beef was that Ben wasn't a "present husband."

Fact is ... Ben has had back-to-back film projects for several years, and spent much of his time out of town. The sources say Jen felt ignored and neglected, and they argued frequently over it.

These sources say this has nothing to do with Ben being a neglectful dad. Quite the opposite, they say he's a great dad who does everything he can for the kids. And, we're told, she didn't really have any beef about his parenting skills ... her problem was with Ben as a husband.

In the end, we're told the breakup was mutual. Ben felt he was a good husband, who was juggling his career and family, but it wasn't enough for her.

Sherri Shepherd's nasty divorce and custody battle is finally over ... and stunningly, she has agreed to pay child support for the kid she disavowed from birth ... but with a catch.

Our sources say, Sherri and estranged hubby Lamar Sally have struck a settlement agreement in which the ex-'View' co-host will pay $4,100 a month in child support. The monthly obligation increases to $4,600 when the kid turns 13.

Remember, Sherri fought Lamar tooth and nail in court, claiming he defrauded her into getting a surrogate to carry a baby for the purpose of getting child support.

Now for the catch. According to the settlement agreement, Sherri is allowed to pursue her fraud claim and if the appeals court rules in her favor, her child support obligations will disappear.

And there's a Sofia Vergara twist ... the couple has embryos in storage and Sherri wants them destroyed. Lamar is undecided. According to the settlement, if Lamar chooses to bring the embryos to term, Sherri will not have to pay child support.

WNBA star Glory Johnson just announced ... she's carrying TWINS ... and says it's exactly what she and her estranged wife Brittney Griner planned all along.

Johnson says she's 9 weeks preggo with the two kids -- and says, "Its not a surprise for me because this is what we planned for with the IVF Cycle."

As we previously reported, Griner distanced herself from the pregnancy in court docs -- saying she has no biological connection to the kids and didn't know any of the key details about the pregnancy.

But Glory is remaining positive ... saying, "Hearing their hearts beat for time was the most ASTONISHING thing I have ever heard in my ENTIRE LIFE."

Her announcement even came with a basketball pun -- "For 15yrs Double-Doubles came with hardwork and dedication...now I've been blessed by God to have "double doubles" for the rest of my life!"

Bristol Palin just got some support from her nemesis -- the baby daddy fighting her in a nasty custody war ... former fiance, Levi Johnston.

It's a strange twist. Levi, who shares 6-year-old Tripp with Palin, tells TMZ he and wife Sunny are going to do what they can to help raise her new kid. He says she's "a great mom."

And get this ... Levi says he's sorry for Bristol's string of bad luck, specifically mentioning the fact she called off her wedding.

Palin posted a somber announcement on her Facebook page Thursday and noted that the pregnancy was a "huge disappointment" to her and her family, but Sunday she said the pregnancy was planned.

As for the whole kid out of wedlock thing, Levi says waiting to have kids until the parents tie the knot is the way to go, but he understands things happen ... they happened to him.

You can't keep Diddy down ... even when he falls into a giant hole.

It happened Sunday night during an epic Bad Boys Records tribute at the BET Awards featuring Mase, Faith Evans, Lil' Kim, and 112 ... Diddy danced over what appeared to be an elevator lift opening. He fell smack on his ass ... hard.

But the football father took it like a champ -- popping right up and finishing to a standing ovation.

Now that's what you call strength and conditioning.

Diddy seemed in good shape when he hit up BOA after the show, but wasn't into our questions about his UCLA football fight.

Bristol Palin makes no apparent sense ... now she says her latest out of wedlock baby was planned.

Bristol just posted what looks squarely inconsistent with what she wrote when she announced her pregnancy. She says in her latest blog post, "This pregnancy was actually planned."

Bristol -- who became an abstinence spokesperson and urged women to prevent such pregnancies -- says there's a big difference between her pregnant at 17 and 24.

It's unclear how this was a mistake if it was planned, and the regret that laced her previous sentiments is now gone. She also says she can't wait for baby #2.

The only possible explanation we can think of ... maybe she and her fiancé got pregnant in anticipation of marriage but then they broke up.

Michael Bublé's 1-year-old son got burned so badly, he had to be rushed to a hospital -- but it sounds like he's going to be okay.

The accident, involving scalding water, happened at Bublé's home in Buenos Aires. Michael is performing in the U.S. ... but his wife, Luisana Lopilato, is at the hospital with their son, Noah.

Michael Jackson died 6 years ago today, and TMZ has learned his estate went from the brink of bankruptcy to financial fortune ... and his kids are now better off than their famous dad.

Sources familiar with the financials tell TMZ, the estate has grossed nearly $2 billion since MJ's death. The money comes from the movies "This is It," the Cirque show "Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour," 50 million albums sold and various other ventures.

After expenses, that $2 bil gets whittled down to around $800 million -- which is a very good return.

But the $800 mil gets significantly cut by taxes ... we're told to around $450 mil.

MJ's debts at the time of his death were around $500 million, so just on those 2 numbers the estate approaches being in the black.

But there are other ventures, like Sony, where the estate generates a lot of cash.

As for Michael's kids, there's a trust where millions gets distributed as they get older.

Our sources familiar with the financials tell TMZ ... if the estate were completely liquidated today, each kid would get around $100 million.

Not a bad bounce back from the edge of bankruptcy.
