Country music star Alan Jackson's looking to end his touring career with a bang -- in the form of a star-studded concert.
The performer's planning on putting on a show titled "Last Call: One More for the Road - The Finale" at Nissan Stadium in Nashville on June 27, 2026 ... after which he'll leave touring behind, reports People.
Oh, and he won't be alone at the show, either, because it's gonna be a who's-who of the country music scene -- do names like Keith Urban or Carrie Underwood ring any bells?

The condition's defined as a set of inherited conditions that cause nerve damage affecting mobility, mostly in the arms and legs, according to the Mayo Clinic. Although the disease is incurable, it usually doesn't affect muscles involved with vital functions.
The show's going to be for a good cause, too, because a dollar from each ticket sold will be donated to the CMT Research Foundation.

Death Row Inmate Robert Roberson Has His Planned Execution Blocked
Robert Roberson just scored a major victory -- because his planned execution was just blocked by the highest criminal court in Texas.
Roberson was facing execution on October 16 after being convicted of capital murder in 2002 for the death of his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki, according to NBC News.
The case became notable because Nikki's death was partially attributed to "Shaken Baby Syndrome." Prosecutors believed Roberson had violently shaken his child to the point of causing severe injuries prior to her death.
The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals granted an emergency motion for a stay of execution on Thursday. Roberson's original sentence was challenged under the state's 2013 "junk science" law, "which provides for a second look when the science driving a conviction has since been debunked," according to The Texas Tribune.
His legal team had filed several appeals on his behalf, arguing the medical and scientific methods used to convict him in the past have been mostly discredited. Experts have determined the toddler died of natural and accidental causes, according to the Tribune.
Roberson would have been the first man to be executed in Texas for a case involving Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Roberson was supposed to be executed last year ... his execution was stopped just hours before it was set to take place.
The detective who arrested Roberson in 2002 has since claimed he believes Roberson is innocent, and has said he was unaware of Nikki's underlying health issues ... which apparently contributed to her death.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has rejected Roberson's innoncence, declaring he believes Roberson is guilty, and he's still pushing for an execution.

How Derrick Groves Ended Up Being Captured In Atlanta
Derrick Groves has had a troubled past, which has included a double-murder conviction, hard time, and an escape from jail.
The inmate was charged with serious crimes years ago -- and he's finally been taken back into custody after spending several months on the lam.
We're going to take a look into his background and see what led up to his eventual capture.
Derrick's Record Stretches Back to 2014
Groves got in trouble with the law back in 2014, when he was charged with attempted second-degree murder in Louisiana. He wound up beating the case, according to CNN.
Groves was later convicted in 2019 for killing two people with an AK-47-style assault rifle at a Mardi Gras Day party a year earlier. That case was later retried on a procedural technicality ... Groves was then found guilty again, on two charges of second-degree murder and two charges of attempted second-degree murder, in 2024. He was sentenced to life in prison.
Before the 2024 verdict was delivered, Groves was charged with battery of a correctional facility employee in April that year, and he eventually pleaded guilty to the charge.
He Was One of 10 Escapees
Groves broke out of the Orleans Justice Center alongside nine other men in the early hours of May 16, according to NBC News.
Groves and the other escapees are accused of removing a toilet from a wall and crawling through a hole, scaling a fence and running across an interstate highway.
Various messages -- including taunts reading "To easy LOL" and "We Innocent" -- were written next to the escape hole.
Most of the escapees were apprehended within the month ... another was arrested in June. Several people have been accused of aiding the inmates' breakout.
Derrick Was Apprehended Following an Hours-Long Standoff
Groves was eventually caught at a residence in Atlanta, Georgia, in October 2025. The capture was coordinated by several law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service, according to ABC News.
Several tips were sent to Crimestoppers, and the Atlanta Police Department sent out a SWAT team to apprehend him.
Gas canisters were reportedly deployed, and Groves entered a crawl space in the house, where he was found by authorities.
Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams described the Groves' escape as a major failure on the part of the jail's security.
