Reggie Bush STL Fires Back in Stadium Slip Lawsuit ... It's YOUR Fault!
Reggie Bush only has HIMSELF to blame for slipping, falling and injuring himself at the Edward Jones Dome back in November ... so says the city of St. Louis in new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.
As we previously reported, Bush sued the city (which owns the stadium) -- claiming it stupidly installed a ring of concrete around the perimeter of the field ... incredibly dangerous for the players wearing slippery cleats.
Bush badly injured his left knee during a fall on the concrete on Nov. 1st -- just one week after another player injured his shoulder slipping on the surface ... and he says the city must pay.
But the city is calling BS -- saying Bush knew about the concrete ring and should have SLOWED DOWN before reaching it.
The city of St. Louis says Bush could have "stopped, slackened his speed to have avoided the accident."
"[Bush] assumed the risk of running on concrete in shoes with cleats on them, and of all danger inherent of playing football."
The craziest part of this lawsuit ... Bush was PUSHED past the playing field and onto the ring.
Watch the clip -- you really think he had time to stop???

2 Chainz But I Got Me a Few New Ones Worth $65k!
2 Chainz added a few more in an all out shopping spree at what sounds like his favorite spot in the world.
We got Tity Boi outside Avianne Jewelers in NYC, and you can tell from the video ... he was in the mood to do some serious shopping.
We spoke with owner Joe Avianne who told us Chainz left with a 25 karat black onyx stone ring outlined in diamonds, a 25 karat diamond tennis necklace, and an upgraded 30 karat diamond bracelet. Total damage -- $65,000.
We're guessing he was splurging to celebrate his new project with Lil Wayne, "ColleGrove."
As 2 Chainz would put it -- when he dies, bury him inside that jewelry store.

50 Cent Wad of Fake Bills in His Pants ... Or Happy to See the Judge?
3:25 PM PT -- The hearing's ended, and the judge did not rule yet on whether an examiner will be needed to review 50 Cent's assets. Nor did she comment about the "fake" money pics that prompted his creditors to demand an examiner.
Stay tuned.
50 Cent thumbed his nose at his many, many creditors by showing up in bankruptcy court with stacks of cash -- possibly fake -- sticking out of his waistband.
50 had to show up in a Hartford, CT court on Wednesday to face the judge over his social media poses with giant wads of money. As we first reported ... Fiddy claimed in docs the dough is just prop money he uses to keep up his image as a rich mogul.
Considering the reason for today's hearing, it was pretty bold (or stupid) of him to post this shot ... WHILE the hearing was still in progress.
We'll see if the judge digs 50's cents of humor.
Kanye West I'll Put You Through Hell To Buy My New Yeezys
Kanye West has created a military-like drill for the mass of sneakerheads on the hunt for Yeezys ... and you gotta wonder if it's worth the incredible hassle.
People are already lining up at 2 L.A. locations for a shipment sneaker blogs speculate will come Friday. If that's the case, the stores will learn this weekend how many pairs they'll each get ... it should be around 60.
Once the stores are notified, the manager of each store will give the first 60 people in line a wristband, which makes them eligible to buy a pair for $350 a pop. But that's only the beginning.
The people with wristbands are required to come back to the store 3 times a day to check in ... at noon, 4 PM and 8 PM. They have to show ID each time. And if they miss even one ID check they're out of the game and the next person in line gets a wristband.
It sounds like a line for losers, but there's an endgame. Whoever gets the shoes will almost certainly resell them for $1,000 and possibly even more.
However, our Yeezy sources say there's not yet a specific release date for the kicks other than "early this summer" ... so maybe the hardcore sneaker heads know something we don't.

50 Cent I Flossed on Instagram with Fake Cash
50 Cent may not the P.I.M.P. he pretends to be ... because when he shows off his cash on Instagram, it's as fake as Courtney Stodden's boobs.
The rap star has responded in court docs filed Tuesday to allegations he's hiding money from his creditors in his bankruptcy case. The creditors saw 50's slew of social media posts in which he showcased stacks of money.
But 50 now says the Benjamins are phony pics and he's not hiding assets ... it's all for show, to maintain his persona. However, last week he filed documents showing the court he has 65 MILLION in assets.

Erin Andrews How $55 Million Gets Whittled Down to $6 Mil
Erin Andrews won a spectacular victory in her peephole lawsuit, but her $55 million verdict is almost certainly going to get slashed many times over.
Of the $55 million, she will never see a penny from pervert Michael Barrett, who is on the hook for $28 million. Marriott is responsible for the remaining $27 million.
Marriott will almost certainly appeal the verdict, which then opens the door to settlement. There are compelling reasons why Erin might want to settle. It's a huge judgment when you consider there's no physical injury ... just emotional distress. An appeals court could overturn the verdict on grounds it's simply excessive. It's a crapshoot to go forward with an appeal ... for both sides.
The legal experts we've spoken with all say the likelihood is the case will settle ... for somewhere around $20 million on Marriott's part.
Now the lawyers' fees. In lawsuits where a case actually goes to trial, lawyers typically get around 40% of the recoverable judgment. So, if Erin settles with Marriott for $20 million, the lawyers would get $8 million, leaving her with $12 million. And Erin's responsible for costs in preparing the case, which we're told could approach $1 million, leaving her with $11 million.
Now the bad news. In cases where someone wins an award for emotional distress without any physical injuries, the award is taxable. So the $11 million becomes more like $6 million.
The good news ... the lawyers will make a fortune.

Erin Andrews Awarded $55 MILLION In Peephole Case
2:58 PM PT -- Andrews released a statement thanking the Nashville court personnel and jury for their service. She also said, "I've been honored by all the support from victims around the world. Their outreach has helped me be able to stand up and hold accountable those whose job it is to protect everyone's safety, security and privacy."
2:50 PM PT -- Lawyers, jurors and Andrews herself have been invited to speak to the media. Press conference streaming above.
Erin Andrews just won big in her lawsuit against Marriott ... to the tune of $55 million.
The jury divided the responsibility for paying the award ... pervert Michael Barrett must pay just over $28 mil, and the hotel is on the hook for nearly $27 million.
Erin was asking for $75 million, but this is a clear victory on her part. She may never see a penny from Barrett, but she'll be able to enforce the judgment against the hotel.
The jury deliberated for 6 hours before reaching a unanimous verdict.
After the jury was dismissed, some of the jurors hugged Erin and one asked for her autograph.
Erin sued a Nashville Marriott for the stalking incident in which Barrett, secretly videotaped Erin in her hotel room. She claims the hotel was negligent by giving Barrett a room next to hers, at his request.
Barrett already pled guilty to interstate stalking and served 2 years in prison.

The chair retails for around $90. The seller is also throwing in a set prop of an "We Love O.J." button used in a courthouse scene.

Tupac Shakur Resurrected ... Handwritten Notebooks And New Music Unearthed
Tupac Shakur keeps on giving ... with until now undiscovered, unreleased music, handwritten notes and lyrics from the rapper ... and they're going to the highest bidder.
The goods are pretty awesome ... 3 notebooks containing a bunch of handwritten Pac ideas and lyrics, and some CDs with unreleased tracks.
We're told the lucky finder got his hands on the items after answering a Craigslist ad for baseball cards. It just so happened the seller had the Tupac merch too ... his dad worked with the rapper for years.
As for authenticity ... the handwriting in the notebooks matches handwriting in the prison letter that hit the market for $255k in October on the site Moments in Time. MiT is also selling the newly discovered items.
It won't come cheap ... the two-page "Point The Finga" music video notes are expected to pull $35k minimum.
Pac's relatives want to block the sale. Tupac's mom, Afeni, has a strict policy of pursuing buyers and sellers of her son's memorabilia.

'Simpsons' Co-Creator Sam Simon GF, Ex-Wife Want Millions
Sam Simon's girlfriend has filed a claim against his estate ... alleging he promised he'd take care of her after his death ... so she wants money, and lots of it. And ex-wife Jennifer Tilly also wants a bundle.
Kate Porter describes herself in legal docs as "The Simpsons" co-creator's "intimate" partner for the last 3 years of his life. She says Sam promised to leave her $5 million tax free in his will if she agreed to "refrain from continuing to work." She says she agreed and upheld her end of the deal.
Kate says she was by his side until March 8, 2015 ... the day he passed away.
It's pretty clear from the docs ... Sam didn't make Kate a beneficiary in his will, so now she's going after the estate.
As for Jennifer Tilly, she claims in separate legal docs her 1993 divorce judgment guarantees her an ongoing community property interest in "The Simpsons" and other Simon projects. Her docs were filed in December, and it's possible she's already settled up.
