Kevin Hart Sony Exec Calls Him A Money Whore

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart tried to gouge Sony Pictures out of extra money -- on top of the millions he already received -- for promoting his movie on social media, and a Sony exec groused, "I'm not saying he's a whore, but he's a whore" ... this according to the latest in the Sony Leak.

Clint Culpepper, a studio exec, sent several emails to studio heads, complaining that Kevin made $3 million and then $4 million for his last 2 Sony flicks, yet when he was asked to tweet out a plug for "Think Like a Man Too," his agent balked because he felt Kevin's expertise in social media was worth additional money.

Culpepper suggests they put the screws to Kevin, writing, "I'm tempted to suggest we call his bluff. If he doesn't do his normal routine, his film will not open as well and his brand will appear diminished and he will -- in fact -- be f***ing himself because we have his next 2 immediate films."

The leakers are in high gear, because the movie they want killed -- "The Interview" -- is slated for a premiere tomorrow night.

Mase Loses Lawsuit to Model But She's Worth Way Less Than She Thinks

Published | Updated

The chick Mase plastered on ads to promote his new single has a grossly inflated value of herself ... so says a judge who just humiliated her.

Stephanie Delgado sued the rapper-turned-reverend-turned-rapper for stealing a pic from her Instagram page and plastering it on advertisements to promote his new single, "Why Can't We."

Delgado wanted $60,000 in damages ... presumably because she felt the pic was effective in hawking the single.

Mase never responded to her lawsuit so the judge entered a default judgment. But the judge wanted her to prove how much the pic was worth. She said she had once made $25,000 for a commercial shoot to promote an artist's music. The judge asked for proof but she said it was all done in cash and only knew she made the deal with a guy named Woo.

The judge decided a fair price for the pic was $7,500.

Woo-hoo.

Bill Cosby To Alleged 15-Year-Old Victim You Extorted Me In Bogus Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Bill Cosby is lashing out at the woman who claims he got her drunk and then sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 ... saying she's a liar who tried extorting him and raising the price as new women came forward.

Cosby just filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he says Judy Huth's lawyer approached his attorney, Marty Singer, last month and made "ominous references to criminal penalties." The docs say Huth's lawyer demanded $100K for silence, and later increased the demand to $250K as more women came forward.

In the new docs, Cosby notes the woman -- who is now 56 years old -- tried to sell the story to the tabloids around 10 years ago but no one bit. So the comedian says it's total BS that she would now say she had a repressed memory, which would allow her to file a civil lawsuit. In other words, she'd have to file suit within 3 years of the time she remembered, but she supposedly remembered a decade ago.

The docs say her story falls apart because she claims she and Cosby played a "drinking game" 40 years ago ... yet Cosby is "a life-long non-drinker."

The docs also say Huth's lawyer was sketchy when he tried squeezing money out of Cosby, not even knowing if Huth went to a therapist.

Cosby is demanding that the lawsuit get dismissed, and he wants monetary sanctions as well.

"People can say whatever they want ... if you've never been in a fight before in your life, you have no idea what it feels like to get hit."

Despite the financial dispute, Seymour says he's down to fight Mickey again -- if Mickey wants a rematch.

Rourke's boxing manager tells TMZ ... Seymour only got $10,000 because that's the most he can carry through customs. He says Seymour will get the other $5,000 next week, saying, "I think the poor kid is just enjoying the attention a little too much and is beginning to talk to the press about anything just to get more attention."

New 'Interview' Leak Rogen Tops Franco In Salary Dept.

Published | Updated

Seth Rogen is top dog in the new movie "The Interview" ... scoring nearly $2 million more than his co-star James Franco, according to the latest leaks.

The budget of the movie has gone online, and it shows Seth scoring $8.4 million plus back end profits, while Franco got $6.5 mil. But Rogen was also the producer, director and writer, so maybe just for acting Franco actually did better.

Kevin Federline -- who had a cameo -- didn't fare so well. He got $5k for his work.

And this is fun. There's a line item for props ... "table of weed, coke, pills and panties." The items were budgeted at $250, but it looks like a thrifty crew member snagged the stash for $241.

The plotline is an assassination attempt against Kim Jong-un. Sony denies reports its P.I.s have linked North Korea to the leak, and a North Korean diplomat has just come out with a similar denial.

Bill Cosby Allred's Challenge Put $100 Mil Up to Clear Your Name

Gloria Allred -- who reps some of the women accusing Bill Cosby of rape -- says she knows the statute of limitations has run out but she issued a challenge ... do "what's right" and fight it out in court, or ante up $100 million for an informal hearing where the women can prove he damaged them.

The famed attorney says what's in it for Cosby is that he can clear his name if he's telling the truth.

Allred had 3 alleged victims in tow at her news conference Wednesday afternoon. 2 out of 3 claimed they were drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby. The other claims Cosby grabbed her wrist at a restaurant in 1973 and compared his behavior to "that of a predator."

All 3 women sobbed as Allred cradled them. One woman claims she was 17 when she was allegedly raped and when she awoke she saw Cosby clapping, telling her to "wake up for daddy."

Cosby has denied the allegations.
