'X-Men' Director I'm NO Kiddie Fiddler ... Now Go See 'X-Men'
Bryan Singer insists he never laid a finger on the man accusing the "X-Men" director of raping him as a 15-year-old -- but he's not about to squander a perfectly good publicity opportunity for his new movie.
Bryan released a statement, saying, "The allegations against me are outrageous, vicious and completely false," immediately adding, "I do not want these fictitious claims to divert ANY attention from X-Men: Days of Future Past."
As we reported, 31-year-old Michael Egan filed lawsuits against Singer, Broadway producer Gary Goddard, TV producer Garth Ancier, and former president of Disney TV David Neuman -- claiming they sexually abused him as a young teen at various Hollywood parties and in Hawaii.
Singer has remained silent longer than the other three -- and only today spoke out, condemning the allegations ... but not without promoting "X-Men: Days of Future Past" in the process.
Singer's statement continues, "This fantastic film is a labor of love and one of the greatest experiences of my career. So, out of respect to all of the extraordinary contributions from the incredibly talented actors and crew involved, I've decided not to participate in the upcoming media events for the film."
Singer concludes, "I promise when this situation is over, the facts will show this to be the sick twisted shake down it is."

So riddle us this ... if it looks like Steven Spielberg, tokes like Steven Spielberg, and claims to BE Steven Spielberg puffin' away at the Cannabis Cup on 4/20 ... is it Steven Spielberg?
The annual celebration took place in Colorado and the guy who shot the video says Stoneyberg told everyone he WAS the famous director -- so potheads were hooking him up with free dabs.
And then there's this tidbit ... Spielberg's wife Kate Capshaw was at Coachella.
Sadly ... no midlife here. A rep tells us it's not S.S.
Bummer, dude.

'Wolf of Wall Street' Benihana Scene Is BS, But Great for Biz ... Says Steve Aoki
"The Wolf of Wall Street" served up a steaming bowl of hibachi BS during the Benihana scene ... so says Steve Aoki (whose father founded the restaurant) ... but he doesn't care, 'cause it's GREAT for business!
Aoki -- one of the highest paid DJs on the planet -- was bouncing out of Hooray Henry's when he told us the Scorsese flick fudged the facts to make the story sound better -- claiming his dad Rocky Aoki had nothing to do with Jordan Belfor's arrest.
But Steve says he isn't tripping over facts (or lack thereof) -- he's just PUMPED that his dad and the restaurant got a shout out in an Oscar nominated flick!!
Now who's ready for some tempura ice cream?!

Bryan Singer 'He Had Every Chance to Rape Me and Didn't' ... Says Gay Disney Actor
A former Disney actor is calling BS on allegations Bryan Singer once sexually assaulted an underage actor ... telling us the "X-Men" director could have raped him plenty of times -- but never laid a hand on him.
Matthew Smith -- a gay actor who starred in some "Wizards of Waverly Place" episodes -- says he met Singer in 2007 through a friend when he was 17 ... and they grew close over the next 2 years.
Matt says he and Singer were alone several times -- even flying together on a private jet -- but Singer never tried to force himself on the actor. Bryan even invited Smith's mom to tag along for dinner.
As we previously reported, Singer is one of many who attends wild Hollywood parties with young gay males.
Smith says he's sure Michael Egan -- the guy accusing Singer of sexually assaulting him at an L.A. party in '98 and Hawaii in '99 -- is only in it for the money adding, "he'll get murdered in court."
Time will tell.

Bryan Singer I Wasn't NEAR Hawaii During Alleged Assault I Was Filming 'X-Men' In Canada
Bryan Singer believes he has proof that will blow his sexual accuser out of the water ... he was NOT in Hawaii during the period he allegedly committed a sexual assault.
Michael Egan claims in a new lawsuit Singer anally raped him and forced hard drugs on him during 2 separate trips to Hawaii in August and October, 1999.
Sources connected with Singer tell TMZ ... the "X-Men" director has proof he was NOT in Hawaii during that period ... he was in Toronto shooting the first "X-Men" movie.
We're told Singer will file credit card bills and various other documents proving he was in Toronto during the times in question.
We know the movie itself was shot Sept. 22 - March 3 in Toronto, but there was pre-production and we're told Singer was present.
James Franco's Ex-Manager Sued for 8 Years of Stealing & Skimming Franco's Millions
James Franco's former manager was robbing the actor blind for nearly a decade by skimming commissions and running up huge tabs on Franco's credit card ... this according to a lawsuit filed by the manager's own firm.
Back in 2006 ... Miles Levy allegedly told his partners at James Levy Management that Franco no longer wanted to pay their 15% fee, and instead would only fork over 10%. The firm agreed to the discount, but according to the suit ... Levy continued to charge Franco 15% and just pocketed the 5% for himself.
Miles had some help pulling this off -- according to the docs ... prominent celeb accounting firm Tanner Mainstain helped him set up a shell company to deposit the siphoned cash. Tanner Mainstain also allegedly collected fees for their dirty work.
According to the suit ... Miles was also digging into Franco's pocket by using the actor's credit card to make personal purchases. He allegedly ran up a six-figure balance.
The jig was up last year because according to the docs ... Franco reached a settlement with Miles in December -- but now his former partners at Levy Management want their pound of flesh too.
Bryan Singer My Accuser Has Suspicious Selective Memory Of Sexual Assault
The 31-year-old man who is suing "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for allegedly sexually assaulting him in a swimming pool at a 1998 L.A. party claims he didn't remember the incident until recently ... yet he filed a lawsuit over the very same party in 2000 alleging sexual abuse against 3 other men and had a clear memory of what they did to him.
Michael Egan claims in his new lawsuit Singer forced oral sex at the party when he was 15. He's very graphic, claiming Singer held his head underwater and forced him to orally copulate the director.
But TMZ has obtained the lawsuit Egan filed in 2000 against 3 men, including Marc Collins-Rector, who owned the party house. Singer was NOT named in the suit and no reference is made to him. Egan ended up getting a default judgment of more than $2 million, but we're told Collins-Rector and the others left the country so Egan got virtually nothing.
So fast forward to Wednesday, when Egan sued Singer. At his news conference Thursday, Egan said he blocked the incident long ago and numbed himself with alcohol, but became sober recently and started therapy ... which unleashed a flood of bad memories involving Singer.
Sources connected to Singer tell TMZ ... they believe it's ridiculous Egan could remember the pool party in question in such vivid detail as to 3 other men but repress memories of Singer.
Kate Upton Cleavage M.I.A. When Cameron Shows Up
Cameron Diaz has an amazing and evil power -- the ability to make Kate Upton's massive boobs disappear.
As Cameron and Kate walked through the Sydney airport Friday -- not only was Kate NOT wearing a low-cut top ... she also pulled her jacket in a futile attempt to conceal her chest.
HUGE difference from Thursday when Kate was solo ... with her girls on full display.
This has been going on for weeks now -- every time Kate goes out with Cameron and Leslie Mann to promote their movie ... the rack gets put away.
Seems to us the spotlight is big enough for all the girls ... including Kate's.
On behalf of humanity, we say -- Cameron must be stopped!
Bryan Singer One of Many Who Attend Wild Hollywood Parties
The man who accused "X-Men" director Bryan Singer of sexually assaulting him at wild pool parties when he was 15 claimed orgies are common -- and based on what we know ... they are.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... there's a weekly party in L.A. that recruits very young men -- advertising 18 and up, but often attended by people with fake IDs who are underage, along with a bunch of very powerful older men in Hollywood.
The parties are usually held every Thursday night at various nightclubs in the Hollywood and West Hollywood areas.
The night of the party, promoters walk around and get the phone numbers of very good looking guys who appear young.
The promoters then text the people who fit the desirable profile and invite them to a weekend party at a private home.
The home parties often have hundreds of guests ... the young guys along with a number of Hollywood heavyweights, including major agents, movie and TV producers and directors and big names in music.
We're told there are plenty of private places for people to go ... but sometimes things happen out in the open.
Toward the end of the evening, a select few are invited to an after-party, and that's where things often swing out of control. We're told the parties often have drugs and alcohol readily available and it's very clear ... sex is the end game.
As for Bryan Singer, he has denied the allegations made by his accuser. That said ... we're told he attends some of the Thursday night parties. He also hangs with lots of young guys, and of course that's not illegal.

Paul Walker's Brothers Mimicking Paul's Voice For 'Fast and Furious 7'
Paul Walker's brothers don't just look like him, they sound like him too ... and TMZ has learned the "Fast and Furious 7" folks will use their voices to help fill out portions of Walker's movie dialogue.
Sources close to the the Walker family tell TMZ ... the production team for "FF7" will try something they have never done before ... merging archival audio of Walker's voice with his brothers' voices to fill in some gaps in the movie.
We're told it will take both brothers, Caleb and Cody, to get everything to match up. Our sources say the production team tested the voice of each brother and learned that certain words sound better coming from one brother, and different ones from the other ... so they will combine them to help make the dialogue work.
Our sources say the men have already started working on production.

Bryan Singer Accuser I Was Repeatedly Raped at Hollywood Orgies
Michael Egan, who just sued "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for allegedly sexually assaulting him when he was a minor, says he complained to the LAPD that he was repeatedly sodomized at Hollywood parties by various moguls ... but no action was taken.
Egan says he and other minors were passed around like pieces of meat at sex parties, and he claims Singer was not alone.
Egan says his mother went to the FBI and LAPD back in 2000 and he was even interviewed ... he has no idea what happened.
Egan says he sued 2 men who he claims molested him at parties back in 2000, but Singer was NOT named. Egan's current lawyer, Jeff Herman, doesn't know why his client's former lawyer did not sue the "X-Men" director.
The home where the sexually-charged pool parties allegedly occurred was in Encino. It used to be owned by Suge Knight, who sold it Marc Collins-Rector. Suge is not involved in the case, but Egan says Collins-Rector was one of the main perps. Criminal charges were filed against Collins-Rector -- he copped a plea to one count of having sex with a minor. Attorney Herman says Collins-Rector has fled the country.
Egan says the men at the party would pour liquor down his throat and then sexually assault him. In one case he says Collins-Rector put a gun in his mouth and threatened him.
Egan says other minors were also abused, and Herman vows to file 3 or 4 more lawsuits against the alleged perps by next Thursday.
Egan went on to say there was a "no swimsuit" rule in the pool, and he was raped numerous times by numerous individuals.
Herman said "Hollywood moguls have been using their positions of authority to exploit children sexually."
Bryan Singer's lawyer tells TMZ the allegations are absurd and defamatory.
Alleged Bryan Singer Victim Lawyer Says This is What My Client Looked Like
The lawyer for the man who is suing "X-Men" director Bryan Singer has given us this picture of his client -- taken around the time Singer allegedly drugged and sexually abused the then 17-year-old.
Attorney Jeff Herman gave TMZ this photo of his client, Mike Egan ... a photo taken when Egan was 17. Herman wanted to make the point ... Egan looked underage when he went to Hawaii with Singer on a trip in which the director allegedly anally raped Egan multiple times ... so he claims in the lawsuit.
Herman tells TMZ ... Egan will be present at a news conference today at 2 PM PDT where he will discuss his allegations.
As we previously reported ... Egan claims he encountered Singer numerous times ... the first of which was at a gay party in Encino, CA where Singer allegedly forced Egan -- who was 14 or 15 at the time -- to perform oral sex on him underwater in a pool.
Egan says in the lawsuit he is heterosexual.
Singer's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ the allegations are utterly false and publicity driven.
Check out Egan and his lawyer below ... Egan says everyone turned a deaf ear to him when it allegedly happened.
Matthew Lawrence I'm All In For 'Mrs. Doubtfire' Sequel
At least one of Robin Williams' goddamn "Mrs. Doubtfire" kids wants in on the sequel ... Matthew Lawrence tells TMZ he would love to be a part of it!
The Internet exploded on Wednesday after it was reported that a sequel to the classic 1993 cross-dressing comedy was in the works. Both Williams and director Christopher Columbus are slated to return.
Mara Wilson, who played the youngest daughter in the film, quickly took to Facebook and Twitter to denounce the project, saying, "For the record, no, I do not have anything to do with the Mrs. Doubtfire sequel, nor will I."
But TMZ spoke with Lawrence, who played Chris in the original, and he could not be more excited about doing another one, telling us, "Of course I would be on board. I hope they make the second as good as the first. The first was so good."
Lawrence said he had no idea why Mara was so against the idea, but he says he's particularly excited to work with Sally Field again, adding, "It will be great to get the family back together."

Mike Epps Accused of Assaulting Woman At 'Haunted House 2' Premiere After-Party
Mike Epps has been accused of punching a woman in the face Wednesday night after the premiere of "Haunted House 2" -- but sources close to Epps tell TMZ, the actor didn't lay a finger on her.
The incident occurred at the after-party at Lucky Strike in Downtown L.A. -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the woman claimed she had a prior romantic relationship with Epps ... and wanted to confront him about something.
According to law enforcement sources, the woman told police Epps then punched her in the face. She called cops and filed a report, but cops say there was zero sign of injury on the woman. Epps also told police he never touched her.
Sources close to Epps insist the woman was nothing more than a fan -- we're told the actor had asked for privacy because he was with his wife ... and the woman allegedly grew belligerent, throwing a drink at both of them. We're told Epps then asked security to escort her out of the party.
Law enforcement sources tell us, the case has been referred to the domestic violence division because the alleged victim claims she had a prior relationship with Epps. The investigation is ongoing.
