Floyd Mayweather won't be in 'Creed,' but his swag will be -- Sylvester Stallone tapped Floyd's favorite boxing glove company to be the official mitt of the movie.

Elvis Grant, CEO of of Grant Worldwide tells us Sly called him personally to request his company outfit all the fighters in the latest Rocky flick. It's no wonder Stallone reached out -- Mayweather uses Grant exclusively for his fights, and umm ... last we checked that guy's 48-0.

The only thing cooler than having your company's gear in a Rocky movie ... is being in the movie yourself -- and Grant got that too. He says Sly gave him a cameo.

John Cena naked might be a glorious thing to behold, but his fellow WWE star Big Show draws the line at seeing the man's semi-erect penis on a massive movie screen.

We got Big Show at LAX, and filled him on (spoiler alert) Cena's scene in "Trainwreck" where he shows off a good bit of his championship goods. The big man's reaction is priceless -- at first, he's totally comfortable, but the details of the scene push him over the edge ... in a funny way.

Also comical -- our photog suggested Big Show, who played college hoops at Wichita State, could have taken Shaquille O'Neal back in the day.

Cyrus Arnold scored the sweet role of playing the son of Derek Zoolander in the upcoming "Zoolander 2" and he signed a deal so good ... Maury Ballstein must have gotten it for him.

According to his contract, Arnold will make around $25k for an eight week shoot -- working alongside Ben Stiller, Christine Taylor and probably tons of other huge stars since they'll ALL being making cameos.

But the best part of 13-year-old Cyrus' deal -- besides the paycheck -- is his travel clause. He and one parent get to fly to the set in business class! He can also fly his brother and other parent out once, but they have to fly coach.

Former NFL star Thomas Jones definitely has muscle ... but now he's going to be muscle ... playing one of Suge Knight's bodyguard's in the new NWA biopic "Straight Outta Compton."

Jones ... who's been doing a lot of acting now that his playing days are over ... was out in Hollywood when we asked him about his blossoming new career.

A screening of Amy Schumer's "Trainwreck" came to a horrifying end after a man opened fire on a theater full of moviegoers ... killing two and wounding nine others, before turning the gun on himself.

Officials in Lafayette, LA say a lone 58-year-old gunman stood up in The Grand Theatre 16 about 20 minutes into the movie ... and began shooting at the audience with a handgun.

According to law enforcement ... after the gunman, John Russel Houser, shot into the crowd, and attempted to flee the theater. He killed himself once he saw officers racing to the scene.

Police haven't determined what, if any, motive Houser had for the shooting.

Schumer sent out a message addressing the tragedy, saying, "My heart is broken and all my thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Louisiana."

Tom Cruise and Scientology and Maverick and Goose are all coming together for one totally ... expected and not the least bit shocking event.

The Church's Celebrity Centre in Hollywood is featuring its main wingman in "Top Gun" for summer movie night this week, and they're getting the word out with a few banners around town.

They're not even trying to play against type anymore.

Paz De La Huerta claims an unscrupulous movie director and an ambulance chaser ruined her career ... a career she claims is worth $55 million, which is what she's gunning for in a new lawsuit.

It's a pretty amazing story. Paz starred in what many consider the worst movie of all time -- "Nurse 3D." She played a nurse hell-bent on murdering cheating, scummy men.

Now here's the problem that triggered the lawsuit. Paz claims she was shooting a scene where an ambulance was supposed to speed by, but it ended up clipping her. Paz says she suffered a spinal fracture and told movie execs she was going to file a worker's comp claim.

That's all the director needed to hear. According to Paz, he decided she was a pain in the ass so he had a lousy actress dub her voice in the ambulance scene and other scenes as well.

The movie tanked, bringing in a grand total of $5k opening weekend. Critics panned the flick, pointing to Paz's monotone performance.

So she says her career is cooked, and since she was making around $2 million a year, she believes that would total $55 million, plus punitive damages.

And that's not all. She wants the judge to order the director to re-dub the voice in the movie with hers. Bad idea ... it could become another "Avatar" and she could lose out on that $55 mil.

Actor Alex Rocco, who played casino owner Moe Greene in the first "Godfather" film, has died.

Rocco was the voice of Itchy & Scratchy Studio boss Roger Myers, Jr. on "The Simpsons." And he has a slew of other TV credits, including "The Rockford Files," "Starsky & Hutch" and "Facts of Life."

He won an Emmy for his role on Jon Cryer's "Famous Teddy Z."

Rocco was 79.

If 50 Cent needs a few bucks to get by, he should hit up his 12-year-old "Southpaw" co-star Oona Laurence, who just got setup for a huge payday on a new Disney franchise.

Laurence -- who plays Jake Gylenhaal's daughter in "Southpaw" -- just signed on for the Disney reboot of “Pete’s Dragon" ... plus 2 more sequels. Oona gets $100k for the first film, $200k for the second and $400k for the third.

Depending on box office numbers ... she could earn up to a $50k bonus on the first movie, and up to $100k for the second.

Keeps this kid's number, Fiddy.

John Cena says he'll NEVER turn his massively ripped back on the WWE -- claiming he wants to work with the organization in some capacity FOR LIFE ... even after he's too old to get in the ring.

Miles Teller will smoke any actor on the dance floor … says Miles Teller.

The "Whiplash" and “Fantastic Four” star was outside Mastro's in Bev Hills -- admittedly after a few adult beverages -- and we brought up his awesome dancing skills.

Maybe it was the drinks talking, but Teller bragged ... and even challenged everyone else in Hollywood, with the exception of -- Chris Brown!

His explanation's pretty funny, and includes the words -- "Miles Teller calls Chris Brown a bitch, and says he can out dance him any day."

Justin Martin -- who appeared alongside Zac Efron in "High School Musical 3" -- was arrested Tuesday night ... after allegedly getting into a gun fight with police.

According to Boston PD ... officers on patrol heard gunfire, and when they arrived on scene .. they say Martin and another man were armed and running away. The cops started chasing, and Boston PD says Martin turned and pointed his gun without firing, but his cohort did open fire.

Officers fired back, and did not hit Martin ... but they managed to chase him down, and while arresting him, recovered a .22 caliber pistol.

A second armed male suspect was also busted when he approached cops and Martin.

Martin was booked for unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and carrying a loaded firearm -- and 2 counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

Martin's mother tells us she will try to bail him out after his court appearance Wednesday morning.

12:15 PM PT -- Martin pled not guilty to all counts. Bail was set at $35,000.

Dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria -- it's all starting to go down as the new "Ghostbusters" films, and we got video of a few stunts in progress.

Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon have been shooting in Boston for a few weeks, and this the first time we've seen video of the ladies in action at GB HQ.

Ya gotta check out the clip ... it's pretty hilarious ... and Davis does a helluva job extracting Joe's bean bags from his guts with a trusty pair of salad bar tongs.

Harrison Ford hopped in an airplane cockpit NOT built for World War II, and ended up flying -- and, more importantly, landing -- safely in L.A. this weekend.

This was the first time Ford was spotted flying a small plane since he crashed on a golf course back in March. This weekend's plane had room for a co-pilot, and Harrison had one with him ... better safe than sorry.

He also made a surprise appearance at Comic-Con on Saturday ... showing he's physically healed from the crash.
