Barbara Walters' Daughter Drunk and Abusive During DUI Arrest
Barbara Walters' daughter was so out of control during her DUI arrest, she had to be "taken to the ground" so she wouldn't run into traffic ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.
We broke the story ... 44-year-old Jacqueline Walters Danforth -- who famously discussed her troubled teenage years on various TV specials with her mom -- was arrested for DUI in Naples, FL on May 19.
According to the report, Jacqueline was in the driver's seat of a Honda Pilot which was stopped by police around 1:24 AM ... after cops received reports about an SUV stopped on the highway without its lights on.
During the encounter, cops say both Jackie and a male passenger -- described as her BF -- appeared to be extremely intoxicated.
Cops say ... they went to place the man in handcuffs -- which pissed Jackie off ... so she grabbed at one of the officers and "began shouting."
The arresting officer states in the report, "I was afraid that the suspect may run into traffic on the highway, so she was taken to the ground due to her unpredictable behavior, then secured in handcuffs."
According to the report, Jacqueline eventually took a breathalyzer test and blew a .218 -- more than TWICE the legal limit.
She was eventually arrested for DUI ... and was released several hours later on $1,000 bond.

7:18 AM PT -- Mystery solved ... it's a marijuana arrest.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Keef was busted for allegedly smoking weed at a fancy hotel.
Chief Keef -- the 17-year-old rap sensation -- was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia yesterday for disorderly conduct ... TMZ has learned.
The details surrounding the arrest are unclear.
According to the booking sheet, Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- was listed at 5'9" and 160 lbs.
After the arrest, Keef tweeted, "Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As f**k."
Keef is considered a prodigy -- and has rapped with huge stars like 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa.
Keef is no stranger to the law ... he's been arrested at least two times before -- and even has a gun conviction under his belt.
It's been a rough year for the rapper ... We broke the story, he was recently sued for child support by his middle-school-aged baby mama who claims Keef fathered her kid -- born in 2011 -- when he was only 15.

Barbara Walters' daughter -- whose troubled childhood was chronicled in Barbara's biography and in several TV specials -- was arrested for DUI in Florida on Sunday, TMZ has learned.
According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old Jacqueline Danforth was popped near Naples, FL. The details surrounding the arrest are unclear.
It's an especially sad story considering Jacqueline made a public vow to get her life on track, following some turbulent teenage years filled with clubbing and substance use.
In fact, Jackie ran a wilderness program for troubled girls in northern Maine for years ... but it appears to have closed in 2008.
FYI -- Jacqueline was adopted as an infant by Walters and then-husband Lee Guber in 1968 -- before divorcing in 1976.
As for the DUI arrest, the Collier County Sheriff's Office website says she's been released from custody on $1,000 bond.
A rep for Barbara Walters had no comment.

Jenelle Evans Arrest Warrant Issued Trouble in Cyberstalking Case
Make it stop ... "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans is officially a wanted woman AGAIN ... after blowing off a court date today in North Carolina.
The 21-year-old MTV reality star was supposed to appear for a hearing in her cyberstalking case, but Brunswick County court officials tell TMZ, she no-showed. The judge then issued a warrant for her arrest.
As we reported, Evans was arrested back in 2012 for allegedly cyberstalking an old roommate/ex-boyfriend.
Jenelle's arrest history is legendary ... just last month she was busted for heroin possession and assault.
2:10 PM PT -- Jenelle just posted $1,000 bond and has been released.
1:25 PM PT -- Jenelle turned herself in about 20 minutes ago.

NY Jets Running Back ARRESTED Drugs & Guns
New York Jets running back Michael Goodson was arrested in New Jersey early this morning after cops say the 25-year-old was in possession of weed and a loaded handgun.
According to cops, Goodson -- who was signed by the Jets during the off-season to compete for the starting RB job -- was a passenger in an SUV that was parked along Route 80 in Denville, NJ.
Cops say both Goodson and the driver of the vehicle appeared WASTED when they approached the vehicle.
During the encounter, cops say Goodson was found to be in possession of weed (less than 50 grams) -- PLUS a loaded .45 caliber and hollow-point bullets.
FYI -- a hollow-point bullet is used to create maximum damage to its intended target ... and in NJ hollow-points are not allowed to be carried around in public, with few exceptions.
Cops say both Goodson and the driver were so intoxicated that they were both transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the SUV was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
According to local reports, both Goodson and the driver were released from the hospital and into the custody of the NJ State Police. They're both still in custody.
If you're unfamiliar with Michael Goodson -- it's probably because he only has 3 career TDs.

O.J. -- who was transferred to a new jail facility while he's in court -- wants a new trial on grounds his old lawyer Yale Galanter provided inadequate representation, and was even a witness to his criminal plan in September 2007 ... when O.J. and 5 goons robbed a couple of sports memorabilia collectors at gunpoint in a Vegas hotel.
O.J. was convicted the next year of kidnapping, armed robbery, and ten other charges.
He's been serving 9-33 years at the Lovelock Correctional Center ... where, apparently, the food is delicious. And plentiful.

Al Michaels has been charged with 2 counts of misdemeanor DUI in connection with his arrest in Santa Monica, CA last month ... TMZ has learned.

Otis Nixon Former Baseball Star ARRESTED FOR CRACK
Former MLB star Otis Nixon was arrested over the weekend in Atlanta after cops say they discovered a crack pipe and what appeared to be several crack rocks inside his car ... and it seems he's using the infamous "the crack belongs to my son" defense.
According to an incident report from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, 54-year-old Nixon was pulled over just after midnight on Saturday after witnesses called police to report a Dodge Ram weaving all over the road.
During the stop, Nixon -- who played for the Braves, Indians and Expos -- was searched ... and cops say they found a pipe for smoking crack cocaine in Nixon's pants pocket and an item believed to be a crack rock in the driver's seat.
But that's not all ... cops say they found ANOTHER pipe and more suspected crack rocks in the floor board of the driver's side ... along with even more drug paraphernalia.
Now get this -- according to the report, Nixon told the sheriff's deputy that the substance they found in his car was indeed crack cocaine, but he said the pipes and drugs belonged to HIS SON and that he had been planning to get rid of the pipe.
Police say they conducted field sobriety tests and determined Nixon was NOT under the influence of crack cocaine or alcohol.
Nixon was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of a drug-related object.
Nixon -- who played 17 seasons in the bigs and stole 620 career bases -- is still in custody. Bail has been set at $11,880.

Gucci Mane Released from Jail
Rapper Gucci Mane has just been released from jail in Georgia after spending nearly three weeks behind bars, TMZ has learned.
As we reported, Gucci was arrested April 13th for a probation violation. He's been in jail since.
Gucci's attorney, Drew Findling, tells us, the probation violation was triggered by a March 25th incident at an Atlanta nightclub ... when Gucci allegedly bottled a clubgoer in the head, causing a massive gash.
Gucci was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the incident. That case is still pending.
He's due in court later this month.

NFL Star Michael Boley Secretly Arrested for Child Abuse
Ex-New York Giants linebacker Michael Boley was quietly arrested for child abuse back in February ... 3 days after he was cut by the team ... TMZ has learned.
Boley -- a starting linebacker in Super Bowl XLVI -- had been under investigation in Alabama for a 2011 incident involving his son, who was 5 years old at the time.
The details of the alleged abuse are unclear, although sources tell us the allegations were of a physical nature and NOT sexual abuse.
Here's what we know ... Boley's case was scheduled to go in front of a grand jury in February 2013 ... but before that got under way, the 30-year-old NFL star struck a plea deal with prosecutors.
Court officials in Etowah County, AL tell TMZ ... Boley pled guilty to child abuse -- and in exchange, he was ordered to enroll in a pre-trial diversion program and upon completion the charge would be dropped.
Boley was also required to turn himself into authorities. He was booked on February 8, smiled for a mug shot and was released from custody later that day.
Seems the NY Giants were hip to Boley's legal issues ... 'cause he was unexpectedly cut by the team on February 5 ... 3 days before Boley turned himself in to authorities. Boley is currently a free agent, on the hunt for a job.
A rep for Boley had no comment -- but sources connected to the NFL star tell us Boley plans to comply with the terms of the plea deal.
5/3 -- Boley's agents have released a statement saying, "Mr. Boley is dealing with a personal matter that allegedly happened nearly two years ago. Michael has been and always will be a loving and supportive father to all of his children."
"Due to the circumstances of the situation, he has chosen to enter into an arrangement with the Courts that serves the best interest of his family. During this difficult time, Michael will gain strength from his family and continue to be the loving father that everyone knows him to be."

"Welcome to Myrtle Manor" -- a reality show on TLC about a bunch of Southerners living in a trailer park -- might be setting a brand new record ... not for stellar ratings, but for the amount of cast members getting arrested in one weekend.
Arrest #1: 28-year-old Taylor Jonathan Burt was popped by cops Saturday night after a teenage girl (under 16) told the Myrtle Beach PD she and Burt engaged in sexual relations, according to a local report.
Arrest #2: Lindsay Brooke Colbert was arrested Sunday AM on suspicion of DUI. Cops say they pulled Lindsay over for speeding, but when they approached her ride, not only did she reek of alcohol ... there was an open bottle of rum near the driver's seat, according to local reports.
The 21-year-old was given a field sobriety test -- which she bombed -- and then reportedly accused the cops of picking on her because she's on TV. Police say LBC blew a B.A.C of .15 ... almost twice the legal limit in South Carolina.
As TMZ previously reported ... Taylor and Lindsay weren't the only "Myrtle" members arrested this week ... Amanda Lee Adams was popped on suspicion of DUI Friday ... after she allegedly got drunk as a skunk and crashed into an electric pole.
Maybe this show is more interesting than we thought.

He may be an alleged threatener of old people ... but DAMN Billy Currington takes good mug shot.
The criminally rugged country star new face of masculinity was arrested and booked in Georgia today after a grand jury indictment ... which TMZ previously reported.
In a nutshell, cops say Currington was upset at a 70-year-old tour captain for steering his riverboat too close to the Grammy nominee's dock ... so he allegedly jumped in his own boat and chased the old guy down ... to scream at him and threaten his life.
A grand jury indicted the "Pretty Good at Drinkin' Beer" singer on charges of making terroristic threats and abuse of an elder person.
Currington's bond was set at $27,000 ... cops tell us he's still in custody.

Jenelle Evans Booted From Home ... After Heroin Arrest
"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans has been thrown out of her home -- following her heroin arrest this week ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the troubled MTV star tell us ... Jenelle and her husband Courtland Rogers had been living together at Courtland's mother's house ever since they got married. But after Jenelle and Courtland were arrested for assault and heroin possession in North Carolina this week, Courtland's mom decided she'd had enough and banned J.E. from the home.
Sources say ... Jenelle's stuff was packed up in boxes Tuesday -- and the 21-year-old was told to come collect her crap, or else.
We're told Jenelle arrived to the home late Tuesday night -- accompanied by her mother and a police officer -- but even the cop couldn't prevent the drama that ensued.
Sources say ... Jenelle fired some profanity at Courtland's mom -- and accused the family of stealing her laptop computer -- before eventually leaving the scene in a huff (with her boxes).
We're told Jenelle had a pit bull that she cared for at the home -- but decided to leave the dog with the Rogers family. The sad part -- sources say Courtland's mom can't afford to care for the dog on her own, so she's now searching for a family to adopt the little guy.
As for Courtland, we're told he's NOT banned from the house -- and the family is "open" to having him back at the home.
Calls to Jenelle have not been returned.

Lil Scrappy RELEASED From Jail
Lil Scrappy is a free man ... for now ... after a dubious pee test led to him being thrown in the slammer, TMZ has learned.
As we reported, Scraps turned himself in to ATL authorities yesterday in response to a warrant that had been issued for his arrest. The warrant was issued over an alleged probation violation, stemming from his 2008 pot bust.
Scrappy had been ordered to submit to a urine test in March, but according to authorities, he turned in a sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with. Scrappy was asked to submit another cup, and allegedly refused.
Scrappy tells TMZ, the warrant was bogus because he never submitted bad pee in the first place.
Scrappy was released from jail today after a judge granted his lawyer's motion to recall the warrant. A hearing is set for May 16 to hash out all the issues.

3 Doors Down Bassist Free On $100K Bond In Fatal Crash
3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell is back on the streets after posting $100,000 bail this afternoon on charges including vehicular homicide while intoxicated.
Harrell was arrested late Friday night following a deadly crash in Nashville, TN ... as TMZ previously reported. Police say the 41-year-old was speeding when he clipped a pickup ... whose driver was not wearing a seatbelt and died in the hospital.
According to the police report, Harrell seemed impaired and admitted he'd been drinking and taking the prescription painkiller Lortab and Xanax. Deputies said they found more pills -- including Oxycodone and Oxymorphone -- in his sock during booking.
He was charged with vehicular homicide and bringing controlled substances into the jail ... and has a Thursday court date on the schedule.
Not scheduled is 3 Doors Down ... the '90s band -- top hit, "Kryptonite" -- has reportedly canceled its shows through May.
