We're told a two-year-old male was vomiting after ingesting an unknown substance.

He was transported to St. Jude Medical Center.

Jim Caviezel -- the dude who played Jesus in "The Passion of the Christ" -- was injured yesterday in Washington after cops say a man threw a bicycle into the path of Jim's Harley-Davidson.

Cops say Jim -- who was wearing a helmet -- suffered cuts and bruises and was taken to the Cascade Medical Center in Leavenworth.

Captain Don Donester was at the filming, working as a fire safety inspector. Donester says after doing take after take, he overheard the director tell Jackson, "Stand there longer [under the sparks]. You'll look more majestic." According to Donester, by making Jackson stay under the sparks for a longer period of time, it would look as if the singer was emerging from the smoke and sparks.

We just spoke with the director, Bob Giraldi, who said "That's not true. Whatever." Then he hung up.

In Michael's autobiography, the singer backs up Donester's story, writing Giraldi "came up to me and said, 'Michael, you're going down too early. We want to see you up there, up on the stairs. When the lights come on, we want to reveal that you're there, so wait.'"

Donester says the director's decision went against the rules set by the senior fire safety inspector. Don also told us he was one of the people who helped put out the fire on Michael's head.

The collapse occurred at the Velodrome stadium where Madonna was going to perform on July 19. We're told the roof of the stage collapsed on top of the workers. Fire officials in Marseille tell us two of the injured workers are in critical condition -- one is an American.

French papers say the concert has been canceled.

UPDATE: Madonna has issued the following statement: "I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news."

UPDATE: A second man is now being reported as dead.

LL Cool J was on the sickest flight on Monday night -- meaning someone got so sick on the plane that all the passengers had to be quarantined when it landed.

That was only part of LL's airplane problems: Before he was quarantined, the flight -- from L.A. to St. Louis -- had to make an emergency landing in Kansas City, after passengers smelled smoke and realized the jet reeked of fuel.

Once the plane landed, we're told one of the passengers -- who had just returned from a trip outside the U.S. -- was so sick everyone had to be quarantined for 3 hours as a precaution.

The video, obtained by US Magazine, shows exactly what went down when a pyrotechnic mishap ended in Michael's scalp being scorched.

We've learned the FDA and CDC have issued a warning over certain batches of Propofol -- the drug found in Michael Jackson's home on day he died and the drug that may have killed him.

As far as we know the investigation is not related to Jackson, but certain lots from a pharmaceutical company in Irvine, Calif. have proven to be "tainted" and the company has issued a voluntary recall.

The 35-year-old -- who famously dropped 63 lbs for his role in "The Machinist" and then quickly bulked up for "Batman Begins" -- was spotted in Boston on Monday, once again working the heroin chic gaunt look to play drug addicted boxer Dicky Eklund in his latest film.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ LeVar Burton was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles early yesterday evening.

We're told Burton -- who hosted "Reading Rainbow" and starred in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and "Roots" -- collided with a car making a left turn at the intersection of Laurel Ave. and Beverly Blvd. at around 7:30 PM PT.

Our sources say Burton and the other driver were both taken to a local hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.

UPDATE: The accident occurred when a 74-year-old woman made a left turn in front of Burton -- he struck her car and then hit a parked car, causing a chain reaction that damaged two other cars. Both LeVar and the woman were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and released.

Jake Gyllenhaal's 33-year-old girlfriend was sportin' a bit of a shiner under her left eye in Brentwood yesterday.

Looks like "Just Like Heaven" is no longer the only black eye on her resume.

Update: Reese's rep tells us the injury occurred during softball practice for her latest film.

Super hot sportscaster Erin Andrews shouldn't participate in any activities where balls fly at her face -- "Clueless" anyone? -- because a line drive hit her perfect mug last night during the Mets/Dodgers game.

Andrews -- who serves as a sideline reporter for ESPN -- was struck in the chin by a foul ball hit by New York Mets player Alex Cora during the 4th inning.

Erin was hustled to the hospital a few innings later, but only suffered a bruised chin.

During a report yesterday morning at Forest Lawn Cemetery, "Today's" Michael Okwu listed the "Golden Girl" as one of the celebrities already buried there.

Meredith Vieira corrected him -- he probably meant Bette Davis.

The woman who caused the crash was arrested moments after the accident. It appears from the video there were no major injuries. We're working on details.
