Exhibit A for dudes to get into a yoga class -- Colin Farrell dripping sweat after getting his tree pose on ... probably some downward dog too.

Colin air-dried on his way out of class Monday in West Hollywood. Yoga seems to be his workout of choice lately -- he's been spotted leaving classes all year.

Emily Bett Rickards swapped her hacker gear for a bikini while vacationing with friends in Maui -- and we're sure "Arrow" fans hope she never switches back.

Of course, Emily plays computer expert Felicity Smoak on 2 CW hit shows -- "Arrow" and "The Flash" -- which gives her instant street cred with the Comic-Con set. This bikini gives her cred with the breathing set.

Prince Harry's charity polo match in South Africa over the weekend didn't quite go as planned ... unless he was trying to get thrown off his horse.

The prince was tossed head first off his steed, but bounced right back up and appeared unscathed. Good news for Harry, but better news for his ride.

The Biebs was tooling around Bev Hills Tuesday on a Uscooter, after cancelling appearances in NYC. As we reported, Bieber had something of a mental meltdown, which caused wild mood swings and bizarre behavior over the last few weeks. He's also dealing with "personal issues."

NYC has thousands of restaurants, but Monday night there was one table at one restaurant that stood out among the rest ... the one where Adele, Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone were seated.

The ladies dined together at Cosme. The burning question ...

Kate Beckinsale knows how to telegraph .... she's making it clear she'll have no problem finding a new man now that her 11 year marriage to hubby Len Wiseman is all but over.

Bieber -- who is facing stiff competition for the top spot from One Direction -- was seen performing tricks on the streets of Manhattan without a soul around him.

This just in ... it looks like Bieber will squeak past 1D for the title.
