"We are pleased with the Court’s ruling, which represents a complete victory for Ms. Kardashian and dismisses Mr. Cantu’s action in its entirety.  We appreciate the Court’s recognition that an honest mistake committed in the course of Ms. Kardashian’s exercise of free speech does not serve as the basis for meritless litigation."

Kim Kardashian is being dragged to court over a social media screw-up ... she's being sued by a guy she mistakenly identified as a death row inmate.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kim is being sued by Ivan Cantu ... a project manager from New York who Kim identified as a man awaiting the death penalty in a Texas prison cell.

Kim posted a photo of the wrong Ivan Cantu on her social media in February 2024 when she was trying to bring awareness to the case of an inmate by the same name ... and Ivan says the mix-up subjected him to public embarrassment, shame, hatred, ridicule, disgrace, contempt and aversion.

Kim Kardashian is opening up about the scary time she's been going through ... she was told who put a hit out on her life -- by someone in prison.

The reality star and business mogul spoke briefly about the terrifying situation in the preview for next week's "The Kardashians" episode. Check out the clip -- she says someone in prison informed her who it was who ordered her dead.

The topic was previously discussed during the trailer for the ongoing season of the hit Hulu series. Kim says investigators called her and informed her someone "extremely close" to her wanted her gone.

It's a big deal to fans that Danielle Fishel was just voted off "Dancing with the Stars" ... so much so, even adversary Maitland Ward was super bummed!

We got MW outside Kings Road Coffee and Café on Wednesday ... and she says that even with the super bad blood between the two "Boy Meets World" stars ... she thought it was super awesome Danielle kicked so much ass this season on the celeb competition show.

Gerry Turner seems to have had an exit plan in case his marriage to Theresa Nist didn't work out ... straight-up telling her where he'd hide her body if he killed her!

Nist exhumed the morbid story during an episode of the "Dear Shandy" podcast ... telling the hosts they were out on a walk near his house along a lake, when Theresa says Gerry pointed out a shed to her.

She then claims Gerry said, "That’s where I’m going to hide your body after I kill you and chop you up" -- a statement Nist swears he deadpanned.

Madden, who appeared on Season 8 of the singing competition show, is facing six felony charges ... including oral copulation of a person under 18 and unlawful sexual intercourse.

He's also charged with anal and genital penetration by foreign object, sending harmful matter, luring, and dissuading a witness from reporting a crime.

"Selling Sunset" star Nicole Young is pushing back on serious claims levied by Chrishell Stause and Amanza Smith ... telling TMZ she's never had a substance abuse problem.

TMZ has obtained an excerpt of Gerry's upcoming memoir, "Golden Years" ... and he writes that after announcing his divorce just 3 months in last year, the negative reaction got so brutal he hit rock bottom ... writing, "One night, while I was lying in bed and staring at the ceiling, it all became too much, and for the briefest moment, I thought about putting a gun to my head."

In the excerpt, Gerry explains he’s always had a "marathon mentality" -- pushing through pain knowing it would pass. But he admitted that at the time, the agony felt endless.

Mexican-American actress Vanessa Villela was 43 years old when she sold her luxurious Los Angeles homes and played mediator on Netflix's popular reality real-estate show, "Selling Sunset" back in 2021.

Vanessa joined the dramatic cast that also featured Chrishell Stause ... who was going through her divorce from Justin Hartley ... and Mary Bonet, who was in the midst of a friend break-up with fellow real estate agent Christine Quinn.
