Kendra Wilkinson is a long way from her days at the Playboy Mansion ... because now she's a realtor.

We got the former "Girls Next Door" star at the Supermodels Unlimited Magazine Cover Party and our photog asked her about her transition from Playboy and reality TV to real estate.

Kendra says she's still got a lot of baggage from her days in Hollywood and that is playing a role in her new life as a celeb realtor ... but she's got no other choice than to make deals to feed her family as a single mother.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval are turning over a new leaf, or so it seems ... because it appears they reached a settlement in a legal beef over the house they shared before their epic split.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the parties reached a conditional settlement of the lawsuit Ariana filed back in January 2024, when she was trying to force a sale of their shared home.

It's unclear what the terms of the settlement are ... the docs just say some unspecified terms must be satisfied under the settlement agreement before the case is officially dismissed.

NeNe Leakes is heading back to Bravo ... years after her exit, TMZ has learned.

Production sources tell TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum will appear on Bravo's newly announced working-title series, "The Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip," which Andy Cohen announced during BravoCon. While the series was announced, no cast members were named.

Our sources say NeNe -- who departed "RHOA" after Season 12 in 2020 -- will not be a full-time cast member, but will have a notable presence when the show makes its way to Atlanta. We're told she will appear only during the Atlanta leg of the trip.

JoJo Siwa's officially a bride -- in the A.I.-verse, at least -- because she posted an artificially- created pic of herself on her wedding day!

The pop star shared a photo on Snapchat Tuesday ... a selfie where she's staring dreamily into the camera while wearing a white wedding dress -- with a veil pulled back framing her golden hair.

The supermodel spoke about the rumor on the "In Your Dreams" podcast Friday ... saying if she were a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she would have come out by now. She says there's nothing wrong with being gay, she just simply isn't.

However, she noted she's not opposed to testing the waters if it feels right, explaining ... "As of today, I am not [gay]. I don’t think I will be, but I’m not closing doors to experiences in life.”

Kylie Jenner has owned up to going under the knife ... but her sister Kendall Jenner is shutting down the chatter, insisting she herself is still all-natural ... no matter what the internet says.

Speaking on the "In Your Dreams" podcast, Kendall confirmed she hasn’t had any plastic surgery on her face, and the only thing she’s ever dabbled in is a little "Baby Botox" in her forehead ... though she admits she wasn’t sold, since it froze the eyebrow movement she actually liked.

Kendall added the only other thing she’s tried is PRP -- platelet-rich plasma -- which involves taking your own blood and injecting it back into the body for things like injury healing, hair growth, and cosmetic treatments.
