Reese Witherspoon was assaulted by a film director when she was 16 years old and Jennifer Lawerence was told to drop some lbs to star in a film ... just some of the abuse they say they endured coming up in Hollywood.

The Academy Award winning actresses shared the harrowing stories Monday night during the ELLE Women in Hollywood event. The actresses went into great detail on the heels of former studio boss Harvey Weinstein getting ousted from his company after scores of women accused him of decades-old sexual assault and harassment.

Reese says she's not only angry at the director who assaulted her, saying, "[I feel] true disgust at the director who assaulted me when I was 16 years old and anger at the agents and the producers who made me feel that silence was a condition of my employment."

She went on to say she was sexually harassed and assaulted on multiple occasions.

Jennifer said a director once told her to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks ... and as motivation for her diet? Jennifer said a female producer told her to use naked photos of herself from a previous nude lineup as inspiration.

Most people tend to use the front door when it comes to tricks or treats on Halloween, but Farrah Abraham's going around the back.

Farrah's signed on for another live porn show for CamSoda the day before Halloween but with a literal twist ... she'll be performing anal ... with a toy.

Her last show was hugely successful, drawing 80,000 onlookers which caused the site to crash. CamSoda expects even more people to tune into Farrah's anal cam show on October 30 and says they'll be getting extra support to prevent the site from going down again.

Harvey Weinstein could be cut off at the knees at Tuesday's Board of Directors meeting, because there are signs the Board might fire him ... which we're told would guarantee litigation.

Harvey, who is still a member of the Board despite being fired from The Weinstein Co., plans to participate in Tuesday's meeting via speakerphone -- he's currently in Arizona for rehab.

As we reported, Weinstein and his lawyer, Patty Glaser, plan to challenge his firing, claiming there was no basis to remove him from the company based on his Oct. 2015 employment contract.

A source from TWC tells TMZ, "Harvey's role in the meeting will be very limited." We know that's not Weinstein's intention -- he and Glaser plan to fight the firing tooth and nail.

Our Harvey Weinstein sources smell a rat, and believe the Board may start the meeting with a motion to kick him off the Board. If that happens, they can disconnect the speakerphone and kick Glaser out of the boardroom.

Lauren Holly says Harvey Weinstein was all business during a meeting in his hotel room ... right up until the moment he ripped off his suit and went to the bathroom in front of her.

The actress, who now lives in Canada, went on daytime talk show "The Social" Monday to speak for the first time about an encounter she says went down in the late '90s. Holly says she wasn't worried about going to Weinstein's hotel room for the meeting -- she says that was common, and he was fully dressed when she arrived.

Lauren says they spoke at length about possible roles, and right in the middle of the conversation he stripped and used the bathroom in front of her. Despite being nude in front of her, she says he never stopped talking business ... even when he jumped in the shower.

However, she says it turned ominous and terrifying when he got out of the shower. Just as scary as the reaction she says she got when she told friends what had happened.

Shades of Angie Everhart, for sure, and more evidence most of Hollywood knew about Weinstein and chose to remain silent.

Another huge blow for Harvey Weinstein -- The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has kicked him out.

The Oscar winner is no longer part of the Oscar club after the board of governors -- which includes Hollywood royalty like Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks -- met at their headquarters in Beverly Hills Saturday and voted to expel him ... stripping away his lifetime membership.

The Academy issued a statement after the meeting, saying their decision was made to "send a message that the era of willful ignorance and shameful complicity in sexually predatory behavior and workplace harassment in our industry is over."

It continued ... "What's at issue here is a deeply troubling problem that has no place in our society. The Board continues to work to establish ethical standards of conduct that all Academy members will be expected to exemplify."

As we've reported ... Weinstein's been fired by his own company and is currently in Arizona for rehab.

He won an Oscar in 1999 for "Shakespeare in Love" and was nominated in 2003 for "Gangs of New York."

11:45 AM PT -- Courtney has responded to our story, saying ... "Although I wasn't one of his victims, I was eternally banned by CAA for speaking out against Harvey Weinstein."

More proof of the biggest lie in Hollywood ... that no one knew about the shenanigans of Harvey Weinstein.

We found this video -- circa 2005 -- from the red carpet event for the Pamela Anderson Comedy Central Roast.

Courtney Love is asked by Natasha Leggero if she has advice for young women trying to make it in Hollywood. She hesitates -- fearing what she says could land her in court -- but then goes for it, warning women to decline an invite from Weinstein at a swanky Bev Hills hotel.

Love was not afraid to be seen in public with Weinstein. Here she is in 2012 with Jessica Chastain, interacting with Harvey Weinstein at the Sunset Tower Hotel.

Harvey Weinstein says Oprah Winfrey called him to say she was ready to come out and publicly support him, but Oprah's people say it's simply not true.

Our sources say Harvey has repeatedly told his team and friends that Oprah called him earlier this week and said he needed to speak out and defend himself, and when he did she would be right there supporting him. We're told Harvey has said a number of powerful people have called to voice support, but he singled out Oprah over and over.

Oprah's spokesperson tells TMZ, "Oprah has not spoken to Harvey Weinstein directly. Someone from his team reached out to her to see if she would talk to him, and she said she would if it was for an interview. There are no plans for an interview at this time."

Oprah's rep tells us Oprah was interested in doing a "60 Minutes" interview with Weinstein, but made it clear, "She was only interested if he'd look in the mirror and give her the honest, bone marrow truth."

Oprah posted a statement Thursday, saying, "I've been processing the accounts of Harvey Weinstein's behavior and haven't been able to find the words to articulate the magnitude of the situation."

She then quotes filmmaker James Schamus, who said, "This is the story of one predator and his many victims; but it is also a story about an overwhelming systemic enabling, and until that story is fully told we will fall far short of stopping future depredations on a similar scale."

Larry King knows Harvey Weinstein well and is sad over revelations of sexual harassment and sexual assault, but he thinks it's crazy for people to wish Weinstein ill.

We got Larry and wife Shawn Friday night in WeHo leaving Craig's, and it was apparent the talk show King was reeling from the news ... which brings us to Shawn.

Watch and listen closely to the video ... she says of the sexual harassment stories, "It was very well known," and then she catches herself and says she didn't know. How would she know it was very well known if she was in the dark?

Dick Ebersol, the legendary co-creator of "SNL" who ran both NBC and NBC Sports, says his story of hooking up with an actress is WAY DIFFERENT from Harvey Weinstein's, starting with the fact it was consensual.

We got Dick, a long-standing show biz titan, at LAX Friday with wife/actress Susan St. James. Dick met Susan when she guest hosted SNL in 1981 and sparks flew. They've now been married for 36 years.

They've got a thing or 2 to say about the industry and whether the Weinstein scandal will unearth other mogul misdeeds.

Terry Crews' wife, Rebecca, witnessed a high-level Hollywood exec reach down and grab Terry's genitals last year -- but she has little hope anything will be done about it.

We got Rebecca King-Crews at LAX, and she recalled the sexual battery of Terry they say happened in the middle of a Hollywood party.

The "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star, Rob Schneider and James Van Der Beek have all shared their sexual harassment experiences since the Harvey Weinstein scandal broke.

Angie Everhart just told a stunning story on TMZ Live ... she says Harvey Weinstein broke into the room where she was sleeping on a yacht, held her at bay and masturbated ... she told everyone about it afterward, but no one cared.

Angie says the incident happened more than 10 years ago on a yacht during the Venice Film Festival (she mistakenly said Cannes). She says she had just arrived from the United States, was jetlagged and went to a cabin and fell asleep. The next thing she knew, Weinstein was over her, blocking the door and pleasuring himself.

She says he told her not to tell anyone, but, "I told everyone." Angie says she told other actors, producers -- anyone who would listen -- and all they said was, "oh that's just Harvey." Angie says everyone knew that Weinstein committed such acts but no one did a damn thing until last week.

Harvey Weinstein will challenge his firing by The Weinstein Company at this month's Board of Directors meeting ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the firing is on the Board's agenda for the October 17 meeting. Sources connected with Weinstein say he will be present by phone -- Weinstein is expected to be in a live-in rehab facility ... we're told he's checking in as early as Friday.

Our sources also say Weinstein's civil lawyer, Patty Glaser, will be present at the meeting as well to make the case.

We're told Weinstein's position -- he did not violate his current contract, which he signed in October 2015. He maintains no sexual harassment complaints were lodged after he signed the contract. We're told TWC never gave Weinstein it's reason for the firing.

What's more, we're told Glaser will argue Weinstein could only be terminated after mediation and arbitration.

Amazon Studios President, Roy Price, has been suspended after facing allegations he sexually harassed the producer of one of his hit shows.

Price is reportedly on a leave of absence effective immediately. Earlier Thursday ... Isa Hackett -- an executive producer on "The Man in the High Castle" -- claimed Price made sexual remarks toward her at Comic-Con in 2015 by saying, "You will love my d**k."

Price's suspension came hours after Rose McGowan made strong accusations that Price and Amazon's CEO both knew about Harvey Weinstein's history of sexual assault.

Harvey Weinstein may have been fired illegally by The Weinstein Company, a company that wrote a contract that said Weinstein could get sued over and over for sexual harassment and as long as he shelled out money, that was good enough for the Company.

TMZ is privy to Weinstein's 2015 employment contract, which says if he gets sued for sexual harassment or any other "misconduct" that results in a settlement or judgment against TWC, all Weinstein has to do is pay what the company's out, along with a fine, and he's in the clear.

According to the contract, if Weinstein "treated someone improperly in violation of the company's Code of Conduct," he must reimburse TWC for settlements or judgments. Additionally, "You [Weinstein] will pay the company liquidated damages of $250,000 for the first such instance, $500,000 for the second such instance, $750,000 for the third such instance, and $1,000,000 for each additional instance."

The contract says as long as Weinstein pays, it constitutes a "cure" for the misconduct and no further action can be taken. Translation -- Weinstein could be sued over and over and as long as he wrote a check, he keeps his job.

The contract has specific language as to when the Board of Directors can fire Weinstein -- if he's indicted or convicted of a crime, but that doesn't apply here.

There's another provision ... he can be fired for "the perpetuation by you [Weinstein] of a material fraud against the company." The question ... where's the fraud? Lance Maerov, the board member who negotiated Weinstein's 2015 contract, said in an interview -- and we've confirmed -- the Board knew Weinstein had settled prior lawsuits brought by various women, but they "assumed" it was to cover up consensual affairs. The Board's assumption does not constitute fraud on Weinstein's part.

And here's the kicker. Even if Weinstein had committed fraud by not fully informing the Board of Directors, the contract says before he can be fired he has a right to mediation and if that doesn't work, he's entitled to arbitration. He got neither. He was summarily fired, and sources connected with Weinstein tell TMZ he was never given a specific reason.

Rose McGowan is wasting no time -- shortly after getting back on Twitter she launched an attack on Jeff Bezos and Amazon Studios ... but it's still all about Harvey Weinstein.

Rose posted a pic of a female samurai with the caption "it's on" ... then lit into Bezos over a blown script deal and Weinstein. Rose claims she told the head of Amazon Studios Weinstein had sexually assaulted her.

She also hints Bezos and Amazon were going to sell her script to The Weinstein Co. -- or as she put it ... "a Weinstein bailout" -- which would clearly piss her off.

There's a lot more, but Rose's bottom-line is she wants Bezos to "stop funding rapists, alleged pedos and sexual harassers."

As we reported, Twitter blocked Rose's account after she posted someone's phone number ... but she's not backing down from her public attacks on Hollywood power players.

Ex-USC football player Osa Masina pled guilty to 3 counts of sexual battery -- all misdemeanors -- in a Utah courtroom today ... and faces up to 3 years behind bars.

Back in 2016, a 19-year-old woman said she fell asleep after partying with Masina, now 20, and friends. She told police when she woke up Masina was anally raping her. She also said Masina engaged in oral sex with her while she was asleep.

The ex-USC linebacker was initially charged with rape and two counts of forcible sodomy -- both 1st degree felonies.

This morning, Masina appeared in a Salt Lake City court and pled guilty to reduced charges -- 3 counts of misdemeanor sexual battery. He faces a year in jail for each count.
