If you thought life couldn't get worse for the alleged 'Scream' mask, gangbang teacher Brittany Fortinberry, then think again!

Fortinberry has been cooling her heels in jail since her February arrest and has been charged with 41 felonies, including sex crimes against minors — and now she's been sued by a bank for skipping out on credit card payments.

Synchrony Bank filed the lawsuit Wednesday in an Indiana court, claiming Fortinberry failed to pay $2,125.50 in credit fees she amassed since opening the account in 2021.

Ghislaine Maxwell answered questions from the feds about 100 people linked to Jeffrey Epstein ... at least according to her lawyer.

Epstein's child sex trafficking associate reportedly received limited immunity before sitting down for two days this week to chat with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

A fifth woman accusing Smokey Robinson of sexual battery has officially come forward and filed a police report … TMZ has learned.

All five players charged in the Hockey Canada sexual assault case have been acquitted after an Ontario judge determined the allegations made against them weren't credible enough.

Superior Court Justice Maria Carrocia ruled Thursday the prosecution failed to prove the allegations beyond a reasonable doubt ... clearing all five men -- including NHLers Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Dillon Dubé, Alex Formenton and Cal Foote -- of sexual assault charges related to a 2018 incident in a London, Ontario hotel room.

McLeod, who faced an additional count of being a party to sexual assault, was acquitted of that charge as well.

If Ms. Maxwell agrees to testify before Congress and not take the 5th—and that remains a big if—she would testify truthfully, as she always has said she would and as she will with Mr. Blanche. The truth should not be feared or preemptively dismissed. No previous prosecutor from the Southern District of New York or elsewhere has had the courage to meet with Ms. Maxwell and ask her these important questions.

So we are grateful to Mr. Blanche and his DOJ that they are approaching this with an open mind. That's how our system is supposed to work. As for the Congressional subpoena, Ms. Maxwell is taking this one step at a time. She looks forward to her meeting with the Department of Justice, and that discussion will help inform how she proceeds."

Ghislaine Maxwell has been subpoenaed by the United States Congress amid questions about the so-called Epstein Files.

Republican Congressman James Comer -- the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chair -- announced the news Wednesday ... sharing a statement which reads, in part, "The facts and circumstances surrounding both your and Mr. Epstein’s cases have received immense public interest and scrutiny."

Congress wants to set the deposition for August 11 at Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee, where Maxwell is incarcerated.

10:33 AM PT -- JetBlue Corporate Communications tells TMZ ... "This behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated by JetBlue. A Connecticut couple has been charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition after they were accused of hanky-panky on a flight from New York to Florida -- and not stopping when they noticed kids watching -- according to police.

Trista Reilly allegedly decided to get dirty on a JetBlue plane early Saturday by allegedly performing oral sex on Christopher Drew Arnold, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Specifically, police were informed she made "up-and-down movements with her head while she was face down" in his lap, and also masturbated him.

The 2 minors' appalled mother also claimed in her complaint that Trista "didn't care that the kids were watching her" and continued pleasuring her partner even after she noticed she had an audience.

It's unclear how long the sexual acts lasted, but the mother told police Trista went down on Christopher during takeoff. Which, if true, means the kids had to sit through the rest of the flight after witnessing such an obscene situation.

The couple was arrested by police when they landed at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport around 11:30 in the morning. They were released Monday and must have no contact with the alleged victims and stay out of trouble before their arraignment in August.

7/23 -- 9:06 AM PT -- Geffen's attorney Patty Glaser tells TMZ ... "There was no contract— express, written, oral, or implied— that has ever existed. We will be vigorously and righteously defending against this false, pathetic lawsuit."

David Geffen's divorce is getting nasty ... because his estranged husband is suing him for breach of contract and airing a bunch of alleged dirty laundry.

Geffen's ex, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) beelined it to court Tuesday and filed an explosive lawsuit against the entertainment mogul ... claiming the 82-year-old billionaire was "masquerading as a white knight while hiding behind wealth, philanthropy and fame."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong claims they first met on the website Seekingarrangements.com ... he says Geffen paid him $10,000 for sex on the first night, then began treating him as "a living social experiment."
