Beyonce was fired up about social issues during the Super Bowl halftime show, but she was nothing but zen before and after ... because the house she rented is the picture of tranquility.

The estate is located in Los Altos Hills ... about 30 minutes from Levi's Stadium. The $50 million home sits on 12-acres ... self-sustaining with 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

The neighbors got wise to the famous renter after a police motorcade with blacked-out SUV windows were traversing the area.

Beyonce posted a picture of herself inside the house to her social media accounts.

The rental -- which goes for $10k a night on Airbnb -- has a rooftop vegetable garden, an orchard and live chickens! Of course, it comes with an infinity pool, game room with a pool table and a fitness center.

That Prius Super Bowl commercial rubbed cops the wrong way -- not because it made high speed chases look like good, clean fun ... but because it's a big fat lie!

Several law enforcement sources tell us the Prius spot was hysterically unrealistic. One source said, "Loved it, funny as hell ... like a Prius is going to outrun anything."

Other reviews included:

- "silly"
- "you can't outrun a helicopter"

They've got a point. The new Prius 4 tops out around 105 mph, while a police cruiser can do at least 120 mph -- and their 0-60 times are a laughable 10.5 seconds compared to 6 flat.

The 68-year-old Broncos defensive coordinator hit up The Grand Nightclub for the Super Bowl celebration party ... and GOT SUPER TURNT UP!!!!

BTW ... Gwyn and Chris aren't officially divorced.

The Denver Police Dept. says it's PROUD of Broncos Nation -- saying they only made 12 Super Bowl celebration arrests in Denver Sunday night ... with NO major injuries.

We spoke with Officer Tyrone Campbell who tells us overall "people behaved themselves amazingly" ... but said there were some people who "acted silly."

As for the arrests ... Officer Campbell says there were a few weapons arrests, some criminal mischief busts, a couple nailed for lighting small fires and a few other popped for cop car damage.

No riots, no widespread mayhem.

If you think Denver Broncos corner Aqib Talib was embarrassed by his post-game slip and fall ... you're outta your mind -- dude LOVED it ... bragging afterward, "I'M VIRAL BABY!"

Hours after the final whistle, the Super Bowl MVP hit up The Grand nightclub for the victory party -- where the superstar partied with several of his Denver Broncos teammates including Aqib Talib.

Miller -- a huge hip-hop fan -- stood right next to Weezy and Chris Brown as the rapper performed for the whole club ... make sure to watch Miller rapping along with all of the songs, it's pretty awesome!

Peyton Manning and the Papa John's guy really are tight ... 'cause the pizza mogul swooped in and gave Peyton a victory kiss ... before Peyton's wife!

As the Broncos sealed their victory Sunday night, Papa John ran over to his most famous pitchman with a special delivery ... a kiss on the QB's cheek.

We saw Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis out in San Fran Friday -- and we hit him with two quick questions.

1) You really moving the team to Vegas?

2) Would you ever consider taking a chance on Johnny Manziel?

Despite the fact he's the big boss, Mark told us simply, "Ask Reggie!"

Of course, he's talking about Reggie McKenzie, the Raiders GM.

It's interesting that Davis didn't flat out say 'No' -- similar to Stephen Jones' "No comment" earlier in the day.

Seems like the guys might be keeping the door open in case Johnny can get his life together.

Dave Matthews Band rocked San Fran Thursday night at a killer pre-Super Bowl party.

DIRECTV & Pepsi sponsored the concert on Pier 70 to kickoff the 50th Super Bowl weekend.

The party was aptly titled "Super Thursday Night" and it will continue through Sunday featuring Pharrell Williams and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

As if free booze wasn't kind enough, the party was catered by celeb hotspot steakhouse STK offering sweet corn pudding cups, candied bacon cones, and Captain Crunch Cookies. Captain Crunch Cookies!

They says it's better to be lucky then good ... and that's exactly what the Broncos are according to Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell ... who says it'd be his team in San Fran if he'd never gotten hurt.

Bell's been out with a knee injury since November and when we saw him at the Madden party at Super Bowl 50 we had to know ... would things have been different if he was 100%?

Check out the clip -- Bell seems confident that had he and other Steelers been able to give it a go, it would have been them trying to stop Cam and the gang ... and NOT the Broncos.

Mark Cuban's record for throwing the most expensive Super Bowl party is like the '72 Miami Dolphins ... undefeated, and in 2016 you don't need to look beyond the menu to realize Cuban's still on top.

Mark's shindig goes down Saturday night in SFO, and here's a taste of how much it's gonna cost ... 2014's SB halftime act Red Hot Chili Peppers are headlining the bash. STK is on kitchen duty and its menu blows the seven-layer dip out of the water.

Peyton Manning's dad -- legendary QB Archie Manning -- says Las Vegas is DEAD ON with its Super Bowl line ... agreeing that the Denver Broncos are DEFINITELY underdogs on Sunday.

We got Archie arriving into San Francisco to cheer his son on ... and asked his thoughts on Peyton's crew being 5 point dogs going into the big game.

If you're expecting some fatherly sugarcoating ... you ain't gonna get it here. Archie says that line "sounds about right" but reminds everyone it'll be 0-0 when the ball is kicked off.

Osi Umenyiora cares about you ... he wants you to make some money off the Super Bowl ... and that's why he says you MUST bet on Beyonce showing cleavage during the halftime show.

As we previously reported, Beyonce's boob situation is now a prop bet on online gambling sites -- just like the Katy Perry situation last year -- and Osi says the smart money's on YES.

Carolina Panthers safety Roman Harper is saying mi casa es su casa to anyone who can afford it ... renting out his OWN HOME to watch Super Bowl 50 ... the game he'll be playing in.

Harper listed the 1 bedroom 2 bath Charlotte apartment on Airbnb calling it a "Panthers fan's dream den" ... and saying anyone with his $5k asking price can bunk at his crib on game night.
