Though US Weekly claims the MTV star was "going around to everyone, asking them to score her some coke" during Super Bowl weekend, KC laughed at the rumors yesterday in L.A. saying they're false and she knows who started them.

She's still not officially divorced from hubby Deryck Whibley, but it seems Avril is already on the rebound -- 'cause let's get serious ... does anyone really think Brody's in it for the "friendship?!"

An attorney for Stephanie Pratt just pled not guilty on her behalf to a charge of misdemeanor DUI -- and her lawyer says the "Hills" star will check in to rehab.

Pratt's lawyer said she will enroll in a 30-day residential facility.

As we first reported, Pratt was pulled over at 3:45 AM on October 18 after leaving Holly Montag's birthday party.

Pratt's two breathalyzer tests registered .08 and .09 -- the legal limit is .08 -- so she was arrested and held on $5,000 bail.

If convicted, Pratt could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

A .08 is a .08 no matter how you look at it -- so Stephanie Pratt was formally charged with suspicion of DUI today after her arrest two Sundays ago in Hollywood.

We've learned the "Hills" star took two breathalyzer tests after she was pulled over in Hollywood early Sunday morning. The first was .08, the second was a .09.

The legal limit in California is .08.

She was not stopped because she was driving erratically, but because of an equipment violation.

As we first reported, Pratt felt the cops were lying in wait for her as she left a club in Hollywood.

Pratt was held on $5,000 bail and released Sunday afternoon.

A good time was had by all. Maybe too good.

UPDATE -- A source close to Pratt tells us Stephanie had just left Holly Montag's birthday party when she was pulled over. Our source says cops watched Stephanie get in her car and were waiting to bust her.

TMZ has learned Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence early this morning in Hollywood.

Law enforcement tells us Pratt, who appears frequently on MTV's "The Hills," was busted this morning at 3:45 AM PT in Hollywood.

She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at $5,000.

Pratt is still in custody. She's just been booked.

UPDATE: So how's this for crazy. We're told some spectators who had just gotten out of a club saw Pratt get busted. Some started taking pictures, which ticked off some of the others and a big fight broke out on the street while Stephanie was being cuffed. But Steph was the only one taken into custody.

If there's one thing the 24-year-old reality TV star knows about, it's promoting her hills.

Cops confirm to TMZ they responded to a call from one of Audrina's neighbors about a "suspicious person." The cops thought it might be Zachory Loring, who was ordered yesterday to stay clear of Audrina for 3 years.

The LAPD could not confirm if a gun was drawn.
