Khloe Kardashian's made a full recovery from a staph infection because she was back to her regular workout regimen.

Khloe hit SoulCycle Sunday in Bev Hills to burn some calories. She seemed to enjoy the workout, but remained quiet when our photog asked about Lamar.

It's the first time we've seen her back to her usual routine since she was diagnosed. Makes sense ... a sweaty gym environment is NO place to fight off staph.

Besides her regular workout, Khloe's also back to sporting the Adidas logo -- a clear sign, it's back on with James Harden.

The handwriting is on the wall ... looks like Kourtney Kardashian is giving Scott Disick another chance.

Kourtney and Scott went furniture shopping with Mason in Bev Hills Friday, and at one point Scott had his arm around his baby mama.

They also went to lunch together, without the kids, in Calabasas. As we reported, Kourtney says Scott seems like a different person after rehab, but some in the Kardashian brood are wary.

Kylie Jenner posted a beautiful Thanksgiving family pic with the caption, "Thankful for my blended family."

It's interesting she refers to the fam as "blended," since the Kardashians and Jenner girls have been living as one since Kylie was born.

So, blended how? And who's the dude in the camo shirt?

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian couldn't wait until Thanksgiving -- they broke bread a day early with one major difference from their usual get-togethers.

The exes did lunch at Marmalade Cafe in Calabasas sans their 3 kiddos, meaning they finally got some one-on-one time -- possibly to discuss reconciling.

Scott and Kourtney recently hung out at a party in Malibu, and they've been together for family events with their children -- but this is the first time we've seen them get some QT.

Soooo ... this happened -- apparently after the American Music Awards in Kylie Jenner and/or Gigi Hadid's hotel room.

Not that it matters. What's important is it DID happen, and there's video of it.

Scott Disick is going all out to prove he's worthy to Kourtney Kardashian, but in true Lord D fashion his strategy involves making a few extra dollars while he's at it.

We've learned Scott is unloading his Bev Hills party pad. He went off the deep end while living there ... partly because the place is a magnet for hot chicks and wild parties -- a real panty dropper.

The home's already in escrow in the high $4 million range. Scott bought it for $3.69 mil ... so he'll likely pocket some cash off the sale. We're told Scott's looking to make real estate his main source of income post-rehab instead of club appearances. He's already been out hunting for other investment properties.

As for putting down roots -- Scott's reportedly looking to move into the same neighborhood as Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner ... just a stones throw from Kourtney and the kids.

Kylie Jenner wants everyone to relax, cuz things with her and Tyga are just fine ... according to her.

Kylie posted a pic to Snapchat Saturday showing her and who we're guessing is Tyga together on a couch with the caption "everyone needs to chill." We're not sure where the two are, but judging by the ink on his hand ... it's safe to say that's Tyga.

It's unclear if the two are officially back together or just talking things out but you gotta wonder, why so soon?

Producers for The American Music Awards had a last minute scramble Friday night after Tyga and Kylie called it quits.

A source close to Sunday night's show tells TMZ the two were originally supposed to be sitting together in the crowd. However -- to avoid any serious drama -- we've learned producers now have Tyga sitting a few rows back from Jenner.

Our source also says Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will be paired together and Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will be front row ... but not beside each other.

Kylie and Tyga could not co-exist because their relationship became an unrelenting test of who was more important ... at least that's the way Tyga sees it.

Sources connected with Tyga tell us, he was battling Kylie almost daily over who should kowtow to who when there was a scheduling conflict. They were fighting over which events they'd attend together, which required one of them to scrap their plans.

Tyga is telling friends the Kardashians fueled the conflict because Kylie would complain about him and the family would stoke the coals by telling her that her career was far more important than his.

Tyga's people say this did not come to a head Thursday ... it's been brewing for weeks.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga have broken up, and it was sudden and nasty ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the couple tell us they split Thursday, just after Kylie returned from Australia. One source says, "It's something Tyga did," but the source would not be specific.

Sources connected with Tyga say Kylie's the one who pulled the plug and it had something to do with "pressure from the Kardashians."

Kendall was out Thursday night at dinner and we're told she was upset and had harsh words about Tyga.

Tyga had a big birthday bash Thursday night, and someone was noticeably missing ... Kylie Jenner.

Tyga kicked things off at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood, where he and a bunch of pals grabbed dinner.

They took the party down the road to 1 OAK, where he celebrated his birthday with A$AP Rocky, Wiz Khalifa, Jamie Foxx, Leo DiCaprio and lots of others ... but no Jenners and no Kardashians.

In fact, Kylie didn't mention Tyga or wish him happy birthday on social medial at all, nor did any of her sisters.

Khloe Kardashian is in bad shape and her family is in a panic because someone in their klan died from a staph infection.

Our Kardashian sources tell us Kris Jenner is "freaked out" because her step-father died from a hospital-borne staph infection. Harry Shannon was in a car accident in 2003, went to the hospital, contracted staph and died. Khloe's diagnosis has sent Kris into a panic.

What's more, Kim tried to visit Khloe Wednesday but her doctors ordered her to stay away because she's 8 months pregnant and it's too dangerous.

As for Khloe, she's getting IV antibiotics and so far the staph is still in her system but doctors are hoping the meds will knock it out.

Khloe Kardashian contracted a serious staph infection at the hospital where Lamar Odom is laid up, and it's so bad she's had to cancel a portion of her book tour.

Lamar has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. for a month, and Khloe has been a frequent visitor.

We're told Khloe has a lesion on her leg which became incredibly painful. She developed a high fever, swollen glands. She's also sweating profusely with intermittent chills.

One very connected source tells TMZ, "It's so scary. She's so sick."

Khloe cancelled several appearances for her book promotion, tweeting, "I'm sick & dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong."

Caitlyn Jenner is ticked off that people don't give her kids due credit.

Jenner was speaking at her alma mater, Graceland University, in Iowa Tuesday and bristled at the notion that her family is simply famous for being famous.

20-year-old Kendall was a main talking point for Cait ... explaining how she's mapped out her road to success.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner's appearance at an Australia mall turned into absolute chaos and got one egg tossing hater arrested ... TMZ has learned.

The Jenner sisters were in suburban Sydney to promote their clothing line and hundreds of fans were there to meet them ... including one pissed off older woman.

Police tell us the 30-year-old was perched on a higher floor of the mall when she hurled several eggs down at Kylie and Kendall. The eggs hit the stage, and splattered on some fans ... but the sisters dodged the yolk.

Cops spotted the woman and arrested her for offensive behavior. During the bust, police say she spit on one of the officers -- so, she was also booked for assault.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West brought daughter Nori along for a 3 hour visit with ailing Lamar Odom.

Sources tell us the West fam piled into the family Range Rover and headed to Cedars-Sinai hospital on Sunday. It was the first time Kanye's seen Lamar since he nearly died just over a month ago -- and we're told doctors hoped Yeezy's presence might help jog LO's memory.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar's been having trouble recognizing loved ones, and doctors fear he's suffered permanent brain damage.
