The guy who rammed Kylie Jenner's security gate just copped a plea deal, but he's still getting some time behind bars ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, the Kyliegate perp was sentenced to 10 days in L.A. County Jail after pleading no contest to vandalism. He got credit for 4 days, and he's already started serving the other 6. He'll also be on probation for 12 months.

We broke the story ... Kylie had a determined admirer who crashed his car into her security gate at The Oaks -- the Calabasas gated community where she lives. Actually, make that LIVED.

Kylie got the hell outta Dodge after one too many run-ins with overzealous fans.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are seriously on the outs, and Kylie Jenner got caught in the cross fire when she planned a baby shower for Rob sans Chyna ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell us Rob got pissed at his sisters Monday -- especially Kylie -- for what he considered a slap in the face ... the Chyna-free shower they were throwing. We're told the sisters only planned separate his and hers showers because Rob and Chyna haven't been speaking for months.

They briefly reunited for a dinner the night before their reality show premiered, but other than that ... they've been split.

Still, Rob was pissed when he learned BC wouldn't be at the shower -- so he skipped it, and dialed up some revenge by tweeting Kylie's phone number. Thing is ... we're told Chyna had agreed separate showers were best.

Rob wasn't told that until after the fact, and we're told he's still pissed. We're guessing Kylie will have to get that number changed.

Once Kim Kardashian and Kanye West settle into their renovated Hidden Hills home ... they'll never have to leave, not even for a haircut or a movie.

The couple is a few months out from moving into their 5-acre compound. The unfinished business ... a last-minute decision to expand the master suite ... and clearly some major landscaping.

We're told the home will have a 2-story playroom, gigantic gym, basketball court, hair salon, full spa with facial and massage room, and a music studio for Kanye. There's even a FULL-SIZE movie theater with a Dolby sound system.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are livid at The Game for inserting her into his war with Meek Mill ... but it also triggered a big fight between the two.

Sources close to Rob and Chyna tell TMZ ... the couple had a heated argument about the sexually suggestive lyrics in Game's diss track, "92 Bars" ... because Rob had no idea Game took her down.

We're told Rob was weirded out because Game had spent so much time with his family, and he felt it's something Chyna should have disclosed early on in their relationship.

She begged to differ, claiming it went down long before she hooked up with Rob.

The lyrics go, "Blac Chyna head the bomb, Al-Qaeda."

After they argued, they agreed the common enemy was Game, who never gave Chyna a heads-up.

Kylie Jenner's now square in the middle of Tyga's financial nightmare, and it means she might have to sing like a canary about the expensive gifts he's bought her ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Kylie's agreed to answer questions about her bf's finances. As we've reported ... celeb jeweler, Jason of Beverly Hills, is going after him for a $200k debt -- and this is the next step.

Since Tyga has a history of buying Kylie big ticket items, like a brand new Maybach, we're told the jeweler's law firm -- Abir, Cohen, Treyzon, and Salo -- wants to know everything he's gifted her.

The lawyers are set to privately meet with Kylie and Tyga within the next couple weeks. If they no-show, Jason's legal team says they'll push to have them arrested.

These are the same guys who got the warrant for Tyga's arrest last month, which forced him to pay up on a previous debt. They clearly mean business, and now Kylie's on notice too.

Kim Kardashian is walking around with over $5 million on her fingers now that Kanye West hit her with another massive diamond ... just because he loves her.

TMZ has learned Kim's new Lorraine Schwartz rock is 20 carats -- 6 carats bigger and cost 3 times more than her $1.3 million engagement ring.

Sources close to the jeweler tell us the emerald cut rock is a type IIa diamond, which means it's pretty rare and close to flawless.

Seems it's pretty rare for Kim to double up, but she was seen wearing both rocks at a Harper's Bazaar party on Sept. 9.

Producers of the Blac Chyna/Rob Kardashian reality show are teasing viewers that Chyna underwent a paternity test while she was pregnant because she doubted Rob's the dad, but it's all made up.

The tease shows Chyna demanding a paternity test and there's a shot of her with a needle in her arm ... it makes it seem like she herself is saying she was sleeping with multiple guys.

However, production sources tell us the needle is for a routine blood test ... NOT a paternity test. We're also told she has made it clear ... Rob's the only guy who could possibly be the dad.

In fact, we're told Chyna and Rob planned the pregnancy almost from the get-go. They tried for several weeks to do the deed before she actually got pregnant, despite the fact they only dated each other for a minute.

Chyna actually did tell Rob at one point he might not be the father, but did it "to get under his skin because she was pissed off at him."

Tyga juuust missed getting into a jam most guys would pay to experience -- trapped in an elevator with Kendall and Kylie Jenner -- until NY's Bravest came to their rescue.

Kylie, her sis and some friends were leaving an apartment Thursday evening, when their lift got stuck. Unclear how long they were hanging out in there, but firefighters were able to get them out safely.

Based on the you-know-what eatin' grin on Tyga's face -- who greeted them when they got out -- everyone got over it pretty quickly.

Nothing screams, "I'm good" ... like Snapchatting your way through a crisis.

Grown ass women can dream of owning one -- meanwhile, North West's already taking her Louis Vuitton for a spin around the playground.

Okay, we don't know where North really went with her high-priced purse, but Kim and Kanye's 3-year-old was flossing big time in NYC Thursday.

Tyga's new deal with Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music isn't a favor to the Kardashians -- we're told Kanye legitimately digs his music.

Sources close to the rappers tell TMZ they've worked together on music for years, and signing Tyga was strictly a business decision. Although Kanye is clearly all-in with the family on all its ventures ... we're told the Kardashians did NOT cross the line into his music world.

As one source put it, Kanye doesn't take on ANY artist or project he doesn't believe in personally.

Plus, there's a genuine friendship between them -- we're told 'Ye and Tyga started teaming up way before Kylie was in the picture. In fact, Tyga was with Blac Chyna when they started, and that's how she and Kim became friends.

We're told Tyga's been hitting the studio a lot with Kanye lately, and will be featured on the G.O.O.D. Music album, "Cruel Winter," which is supposed to drop next year.

Tyga's gotta get his crap together -- not just for Kylie Jenner -- but for his new boss, Kanye West.

'Ye announced Wednesday night in NYC, he signed Tyga to his G.O.O.D. Music label ... and then brought him out onstage to perform with new label mate, Desiigner.

He'd been with Young Money/Cash Money since 2007, but things went south a couple years ago when he accused the label of holding him hostage.

As we've reported, the Kardashians ain't happy about Tyga's trail of financial problems -- from houses to cars to business deals -- because they feel it's embarrassing to Kylie and the whole fam.

So, is Kanye throwing his sis-in-law's bf a lifeline ... a la Kris Jenner managing her daughters?

One thing's for sure, Tyga's now secure in the fold.

Kylie Jenner has a lot of nerve threatening a company that will freeze off your fat ... just because the model happens to vaguely resemble her ... so claims the company.

Dr. FatOff is indignant after reading our story over the weekend ... that Kylie is contemplating legal action against the company for deceiving prospective patients into believing she's endorsing him.

Dr. FatOff's lawyer fired off a scathing letter to Kylie's legal eagle, informing him the model is none other than the daughter of one of the company's managers ... and is nothing like Jenner.

The letter says the model, Cassandra, is primarily Latina and Indian. It goes on to say Cassandra, an aspiring model and singer, was hired for her own look and not because of some vague resemblance.

The letter tells Kylie and company to pound sand. Ed Meyer, the rep for Dr. FatOff, tells us the billboard is staying up.

Not trying to give y'all a headache ... but imagine -- if Tyga ever slipped one past the goalie with Kylie it would create some pretty kooky familial relationships ... with King Cairo and his soon-to-be sibling at the center of it all.

We banged our heads and unraveled how things might look ... hypothetically, of course. Follow the maze ... try not to get lost in translation.

- Tyga and ex, Blac Chyna, spawned King Cairo ... he'll be half brother to Rob and Chyna's unborn kid. Tyga then becomes an uncle to Cairo's new half sibling ... by virtue of Rob and Kylie's sibling relationship.

- If Tyga and Kylie popped out a kid ... that'd give Cairo another half sibling ... Tyga and Kylie's hypothetical kid would be half cousins with Rob and Blac's kid.

- Rob would be Cairo's stepdad ... and an uncle to Tyga's and Kylie's kid -- with Blac as aunt to King Cairo's half sibling.
