Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and their kids all touched down in L.A. Monday night after a very timely New Year's trip to visit the grave site of Kanye's mother.

The Wests stepped off their private jet -- with Saint and North in tow -- after traveling to Oklahoma City. We're told it was the first time Kanye had taken the whole family to see where Donda West is buried.

They hooked up with other members of the West fam as well during the trip.

Kanye's been very present with Kim and the kids over the last weeks as he recovers from his breakdown -- and we're told this family pilgrimage was extremely important to him.

Nothing like a little health scare to bring people back together.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian appeared to have mended fences and were back together to celebrate the end of 2016.

As you know, she moved out along with the baby, and then Rob started eating like crazy ... triggering his diabetes. He went to the hospital, she followed and now they're re-united.

She's also wearing her wedding ring again.

In with the re-new.

Rob Kardashian's hospital visit had a flash of Lamar Odom's near-death ER trip ... based on a revealing pattern.

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble showed up at the West Hills Medical Center Wednesday night with a leopard print blanket in tow ... and it looked familiar.

You'll recall in October 2015, Lamar was wheeled in a gurney wrapped in the same patterned blanket ... which Khloe called a good luck charm that she believes helped save her ex-hubby's life.

We're told the blanket Kris brought to the ER wasn't Lamar's, but it was identical. Almost everyone in the family has one.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob checked himself into the ER after his rocky relationship with Chyna led to some pronounced weight gains and serious diabetes flare-ups.

10:55 AM PST -- Almost simultaneously to leaving the hospital Rob posted an advertisement on Instagram about a weight loss program ... a seemingly huge bonus for the company, especially if potential customers think Rob's about to jump on board.

Zach Galifianakis' newest baby boy will be forever tied at the belly button to the Kardashians ... since his pops used Kim, Kourtney and Kris' same OB/GYN.

Zach's son, Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg, was delivered by none other than Dr. Paul Crane, who also delivered all the Kardashian babies as of late ... including Dream.

According to the birth certificate -- obtained by TMZ -- Rufus was born on Nov. 7 this year at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to his parents Zach and Quinn Lundberg.

It's strange ... Zach and Quinn have been married since 2012, but Rufus bears his mother's surname for some reason. Maybe Galifianakis was too much of a mouthful -- heck, maybe Kardashian would be more appropriate.

7:47 AM PT -- Family sources tell TMZ Rob checked himself into the hospital because his diabetes flared up. We're told he had been doing ok lately but the stress from his turbulent relationship with Blac Chyna drove him to eat excessively and he gained an alarming amount of weight recently ... causing him to lose control over his diabetes.

He's still in the hospital as doctors try to stabilize him.

Blac Chyna and Kris Jenner rushed to an emergency room Wednesday night after Rob Kardashian went into "medical distress.' ... TMZ has learned.

Chyna and Kris arrived separately -- Kris was with Corey Gamble -- and rushed into the ER at 9:45 PM near Hidden Hills, where the family lives.

Sources connected with the family confirm Rob had checked himself in earlier in the evening.

Rob and Chyna have been living separately, which explains why she showed up later.

As TMZ has reported, he's suffered from diabetes. So far we don't know what triggered the ER visit. There is a report out he suffered a mental breakdown but we're told that is not true. Our sources would only characterize it as a "health problem."

Kris Jenner brought a little Calabasas flavor to Skid Row with her own kind of meals-on-wheels.

Kris surprised the good folks at Red Eye -- a community outreach program that benefits the inner-city youth -- by calling the organization's director, Justin Mayo, to tell him she wanted to donate 100 gourmet chef-prepped meals for the homeless on Christmas day.

We're told the menu had it all -- white truffle mac and cheese, sweet potato soufflé, turkey, ham, braised short ribs, and mashed potatoes. For dessert -- pies and cookies.

The Kardashians brushed off a super rough fourth quarter and celebrated XMAS in high style, with the help of some famous, non-family folk.

The bash went down XMAS eve at Kris's Calabasas mansion. Kim and Kanye were front and center, along with all Kim's sisters, and Caitlyn ... but no Rob or Blac Chyna.

Among the celebs ... John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Tyga, L.A. Laker Jordan Clarkson and Big Sean.

John Legend, David Foster, El Debarge and Babyface all sang XMAS songs.

As we reported, no family XMAS card this year, but the party tradition rolls on.

The Kardashians have scaled a lot of things back this year -- and one especially long-standing, tradition got the ax -- the Kardashian Xmas card.

Sources close to the family say with everything that's gone on this year -- Kim's robbery, Khloe's finalized divorce, Kanye's breakdown, the issues with Rob and Chyna -- the holiday photo just wasn't in the cards.

We're told even without the drama, everyone's schedule has been crazy this holiday season, and finding time to get the entire family together would have proved to be next to impossible.

We asked Khloe about the card situation at LAX ... but she didn't want to talk about it.

Kim, Kanye, and North West put some culture in their Christmas Friday, with a real nutcracker.

The West crew made a stealth entrance at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center ... slinking into their seats just before the curtain opened for the XMAS classic, "The Nutcracker."

Kourtney and Penelope joined them in the back row.

This is interesting ... there was no entourage or visible security detail. Kim wore no jewelry and little makeup.

They had a good time for sure. North bounced on Kim's lap and danced along to the music.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's massive fight ending with Chyna storming out of the house with Dream wasn't drummed up for their show ... in fact, we've learned cameras weren't even rolling when it went down.

Production sources say film crews weren't at Rob's place last Saturday morning when Chyna allegedly got physical with her baby daddy. We're told things were so bad, Corey Gamble had to rip Chyna off of Rob and even called Rob's sisters over ... but Chyna took off before they arrived.

Our sources say reaction interviews were filmed shortly after the fight, but the brawl itself was the real deal.

For what it's worth, we're told the two got back together just a few days after Chyna left and are co-parenting Dream.

Scott seemed unfazed as his 7-year-old took aim at the paparazzi who captured the pair leaving a department store in Bev Hills.

Stand down, Internet -- that video of Kylie Jenner supposedly banging Tyga in a bathroom, is NOT Kylie or Tyga. Everyone, calm down.

Sources close to Kylie tell us she and her camp have seen the alleged sex tape that surfaced on a website Thursday, and their only reaction is ... it's 100% not Kylie doing the deed.

We're told she's scoffing, particularly because the blurry woman with blonde braids doesn't even look like her. Kylie was rocking that 'do and similar clothing a couple months ago on Snapchat. Whoever "leaked" the tape attached her Snap videos to make it seem like the whole thing was real.

But we're told the hair is the only thing the impostor nailed. Real Kylie didn't nail anyone ... on camera.
