Yo, yo yo yo ... pop a 40 and check your rollies -- 'cause former WWE tag team Crime Time got up close and personal in Vegas with Khloe Kardashian for her 30th birthday.

JTG and Shad Gaspard were in Sin City for UFC 175 and hit up Tao after the weigh-ins ... where K.K. happened to be partying with French Montana and Miguel.

There was also an Elvis impersonator and a giant 4th of July themed cake.

The family that slides together, stays together -- at least, that's what Scott Disick is hoping for after a rough patch with Kourtney ... because yesterday, the guy put in some serious bonding time at a street fair.

The Lord, Kourt and son Mason appeared to be one big, happy family as they hit ride after ride at a carnival in the Hamptons ... including one of those huge slides and a teacup-thingy.

It's a big deal for Scott -- who got left in the cold by Kourtney last month when he was kicked out of their Hamptons home for partying too much. She then left him behind for North West's first birthday party, which Scott responded to by partying in the Hamptons.

There were questions about Scott and Kourt's relationship -- but Scott responded over the weekend by posting a pic of the couple holding hands on Instagram with the word "Love" sprawled across the image.

So ... all is well??

Khloe and Kim Kardashian were in a horse race Friday night ... each clearly trying to take the evening with assets that are undeniably spectacular.

Khloe and French Montana got nice and cuddly sailing on the Utopia III in NYC on the Hudson River ... to celebrate K.K.'s 30th birthday ... and her incredible ass clearly made some partiers go full mast.

And then there's Kim ... whose boobs could save perhaps a dozen lives in a nautical emergency.

Oh yeah ...Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were there too.

Now that's a party we could get behind.

French Montana has only been with Khloe Kardashian for a few months ... and he dropped nearly $100,000 on her birthday presents.

French got Khloe a Jeep Wrangler Sahara, which we're told cost around $50K.

But wait. There's more. He also gave her a $25,000,18k gold ring with natural green Colombian emeralds and natural yellow canary diamonds from Rafaello & Co.

And still more. French gifted her 2 grills (one with diamonds and one without) at a cost of $10K. Khloe wore one to her birthday bash.

Love ... it don't come cheap.

Rob Kardashian's family wants Rob to get help for what they say is a very bad drug problem ... sources directly connected with the family tell TMZ.

Our sources say the family is well aware of what has been going on with Rob, depicted by these photos during a drug-fueled party a few days ago.

You can see Rob holding a double cup ... the container of choice for Sizzurp. The cup on the table actually has the words, "Codeine Boys" emblazoned on it. He's also seen smoking weed.

We're told the Kardashians have been calling rehab facilities, but Rob refuses to go. They feel desperate because they don't know what to do and hope pictures like these may change Rob's mind.

Kim Kardashian is a master at spin ... showing the world she protects her kid in airports and on airplanes.

Kim showed up to LAX last night with North West, and displayed her baby in grandiose fashion, asking photogs for space because the kid was taking a snooze.

We're guessing it's not coincidental ... just last week North West flew coast-to-coast without Kim ... who took an earlier flight home. North was in the care of an entourage of hired help, but people criticized mommy for not taking the same plane.

Kanye West won't be picking up trash on the side of the road any time soon ... because we've learned he's kicking off his community service in fashionable form -- teaching at a fashion school.

Yeezy hit up the L.A. Trade Technical College Monday in his paparazzi beatdown criminal case to speak with students about his personal experiences in the fashion biz ... and hopefully about leather jogging pants as well.

We're told this is Kanye's 3rd visit to LATTC in the last 6 weeks (see pic above) ... which specializes in designing apparel. Today's lesson was all about designers and it lasted 3 hours.

In case you don't remember -- Kanye cut a plea deal back in March -- avoiding jail by agreeing to 24 months informal probation and 250 hours community service.

We're told Kanye has been chipping away at his hours by speaking at multiple colleges.

Still -- not a bad way to knock out community service ... and avoid wearing that unflattering orange vest ... it's so last season.

Kim Kardashian got something special in her mail box over the weekend ... clumps of paint from her $300,000 Rolls Royce.

Seems Kim's assistant isn't proficient at navigating the ostentatious whip ... she tried backing out of the driveway and tore into the mailbox. What's amazing ... she didn't stop when she heard metal-on-metal.

Kim is all too forgiving ... her assistant's job is secure and the repair costs -- which could approach $20K -- will not be deducted from her salary.

Someone should bookmark this post for North West ... it's called precedent.

Kourtney Kardashian flew back to L.A. for North West's Kidchella birthday bash ... and we're told she left Scott Disick behind to teach him a lesson ... but it didn't work.

Disick didn't stew over the snub -- he had a belated birthday party at 1Oak in the Hamptons where he sprayed champagne on fellow partygoers.

We're told Kourtney believed Scott would feel the burn ... especially since North's party was thrown in Scott and Kourtney's backyard. The tension revolves around Scott's propensity for partying and leaving the family in the dust.

Kourtney gave Scott's plane ticket to a nanny ... again, a not-so-subtle insult that seemed lost on Scott.

North West celebrated her 1st birthday with a pint-sized Coachella bash ... complete with multiple stages for various performers, glow sticks and moccasins ... you get the references, right?

The shindig -- which Kim Kardashian and Kanye West called Kidchella -- was held in Kourtney Kardashian's backyard and it was filled with festival-goers.

Guests were greeted with tie-dyed wrist bands and then roamed the grounds where they entered various booths -- set up like teepees -- and were treated to hair-braiding, face-painting, tie-dyed T-shirts and bandanas.

But wait ... there's more. The 2 stages featured performances by Jaden Smith and Kylie Jenner.

And there were Churro stands, snow cones and cotton candy machines.

As for the party favors -- custom Yeezus T-Shirts.

Scott Disick has taken partying to a whole new level ... and this time its going to line his pockets in a big way.

We found out ... Disick agreed to host a patriotic booze fest July 5th at Harrah's Pool After Dark in Atlantic City ... and will rake in around $50K.

We're told Scott signed the deal last week ... around the same time Kourtney threw him out of their Hamptons house following a nuclear argument over his propensity for partying.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's little girl flew first class from NYC to LA and got chauffeur driven in in a Maserati AND a Porsche -- and she did it all by herself. It's official, North is the ballinest baby ever!

Unless, she's really sad and misses Mommy and Daddy.

Kim Kardashian's 1-year-old baby is a full-on baller, flying 1st class from NYC to L.A. with nannies, an assistant, Kanye's aunt, a nurse and a security guard ... then whisked off the plane by Delta personnel and escorted home in a chauffeur-driven Porsche Panamera waiting for her on the tarmac.

North West did not fly with her mom or dad. Kanye was in France and flew to Miami. Kim flew to New York with North but then left for France for a day ... so mom and daughter flew back home separately.

And no Ubers for North. She rolled up to JFK in Kanye's Maserati and was greeted by her people.

Annie Leibovitz has decided to address Kanye West's attack on her ... problem is, she wussed out.

You'll recall Kanye trashed Annie for bailing on shooting their wedding right before the vows. Kanye said she was just "afraid of celebrity." A weird comment, since Annie has become world famous for shooting celebs.

So ... Annie's just sent us a long, rambling statement which also contains comments from Kanye -- and it never directly addresses the "afraid of celebrity" comment.

The rep says Kanye was frustrated he couldn't "collaborate with Annie" but he's not blaming her for bailing .... even though his comment sure sounds like blame.

The rep says, "Unbeknownst to Kanye, she was never confirmed." Annie's rep adds, "she would have loved to have taken their wedding portrait and was disappointed it didn't happen."

And get this ... the statement says Annie is responsible for shooting Kim and Kanye's Vogue cover, but she's "not known to shoot weddings." It sounds like she wasn't really into doing it in the first place."

And get this BJ ... Kanye says, "The most-liked Instagram photo of all time, shot by Annie Leibovitz. Oh, I'm sorry for dreaming out loud. Again."

Days after being kicked to the curb by Kourtney Kardashian, serial partier Scott Disick returned to the scene ... hitting up a beach in the Hamptons with Kourt and their 2 kids.

As TMZ first reported, Kourtney tossed Scott out of their rented Hamptons home over the weekend ... once again fed up with his constant partying.

Of course, we're told reality cameras were rolling throughout that incident -- so, it's a safe bet they were somewhere near the beach too.

Scott Disick was only slightly better than Kendall Jenner when it came to reading a teleprompter ... for his big audition to host the new "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous."

TMZ got hold of the audition tape -- shot last year -- for the panned Style Network show. It's painful to watch his deer-in-the-headlights read. At one point his pitch gets so high you can almost hear the fine china break in the dining room hutch.
