Pharrell Williams Sued I Got "The Voice" You Want Me to Do YouTube? Seriously?

Pharrell Williams' "Voice" could cost him a million dollars.

Mr. Happy is being sued by the producer of his uber-successful YouTube show, "ARTST TLK" .... featuring interviews with big celebs like Spike Lee, Usher and Tony Hawk. The 12 episodes of Season 1 were huge ... scoring a total of more than 1.7 million views.

But the producer says he got big footed when "The Voice" came along and asked Pharrell to join the judge's panel for Season 7. According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Pharrell told him to pound sand, saying "The Voice" made an exclusive deal so he couldn't do the YouTube show.

Pharrell was kind of insulting, writing the YouTube producer, "Holding me to a contract that prohibits 'The Voice' exclusivity requirement? It's 'The Voice!'" Translation, I can't do your stupid little show.

The YouTube producer says he invested a million bucks in the project and wants Pharrell to pay.

Pharrell's rep tells TMZ ... "This is complete nonsense. It's unfortunate when you try to help a friend and they wind up trying to take advantage of you."

CeeLo Green No Regrets Over Passing on 'Happy'

It could have been CeeLo Green's voice stuck in your head singing the song "Happy," but he tells TMZ he has no regrets on passing on the most popular song around.

Our photog spotted Green at LAX on Tuesday, where we asked him about the hit song. Turns out, CeeLo recorded the catchy track first, but ultimately his label decided not to release it. You know how that turned out ...

CeeLo gives the diplomatic answer, but the way he pauses every now and again makes us think he realizes he passed on a goldmine.

Also be sure to check out CeeLo's joke about his back. Pretty funny ...

Gwen Stefani Joins 'The Voice'

Gwen Stefani's gonna make good money off Christina Aguilera getting knocked up -- TMZ has learned Gwen has signed on to be a judge on "The Voice."

Multiple sources connected to the show tell us ... No Doubt's lead singer will be on Season 7 ... which starts taping in June.

Producers started looking for new blood in February after Christina announced she was pregnant. Makes sense ... she'd be 8 or 9 months along by the time Season 8's battle rounds began.

We're told NBC wanted Christina to stay during her pregnancy but she's having a difficult time already and ultimately bowed out.

Gwen's deal is for one season right now, and we're told Christina has already signed on to rotate back into her spinning chair for Season 8.

NBC had no comment.

CeeLo Green Feeling Good About Ecstasy Case 'The Darkest Part Is Over'

CeeLo Green sounds optimistic about the felony drug case he's currently facing ... telling TMZ, "The darkest part is over."

"The Voice" judge -- who stands accused of giving a woman ecstasy last year -- was rolling out of LAX when he gave us the lowdown on his court case.

Green's got a preliminary hearing scheduled for next month, but he says it's pretty much all formalities from here out ... and he's hoping things will work out in the end.

CeeLo Green Girls Aren't Nervous Talkin' to Me

CeeLo Green says the failed police investigation into allegations he committed sexual assault hasn't hurt his game with women.

CeeLo was coming out of Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood Friday night when our photog asked if women were nervous interacting with him. CeeLo made it clear ... chicks in the club were lining up.

TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County D.A. REJECTED the accuser's claim of sexual assault, in no small part because she had been dating CeeLo for months and the claim just didn't make sense.

CeeLo's charged with a felony drug charge -- furnishing ecstasy. He allegedly confessed on tape to partying with the accuser and doing ecstasy together, but it was consensual. He pled not guilty.

CeeLo Green In & Out of Custody Officially Booked for Ecstasy

CeeLo Green spent just over half an hour with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department Monday afternoon ... getting booked for allegedly giving a woman ecstasy last year.

CeeLo's booking sheet lists his birth name -- Thomas DeCarlo Callaway -- as well as his height and weight ... 5'7", 260 lbs ... if you were curious.

Earlier Monday ... CeeLo pled not guilty to furnishing ecstasy to the woman who had accused him of sexual assault. The D.A. declined to prosecute on the sexual assault charge due to insufficient evidence.

The whole booking process took 33 minutes, and interestingly ... the 38-year-old singer's hair color is listed as black.

Guess "bald" isn't really a color -- or maybe, CeeLo busted out that hideous Prince wig he sported last year on "The Voice."

CeeLo Green CLEARED Of Sexual Assault Charged with Ecstasy Possession

The L.A. County D.A. will CLEAR CeeLo Green of charges he sexually assaulted a woman by allegedly slipping a drug in her drink ... TMZ has learned. CeeLo will, however, be charged with the felony of furnishing ecstasy ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say the D.A. will officially REJECT the sexual assault case this morning. A woman had claimed she and CeeLo went to a sushi joint in downtown L.A. more than a year ago. She told cops the star of "The Voice" had slipped ecstasy in her drink and the next thing she knew she was naked in his bed.

Law enforcement sources tell us, authorities had problems with the woman's story ... one of which was that she and CeeLo had been dating for months and had already been intimate.

We're told CeeLo not only denied the allegations ... he encouraged the D.A. and the LAPD to fully investigate. In the end, we've learned the D.A. will reject the sexual assault case because of insufficient evidence.

As for the drug charge ... law enforcement sources tell us CeeLo will be charged with 1 count of furnishing ecstasy ... a felony, and he may be arraigned as early as this afternoon.

As we previously reported, the woman claimed to have a tape recording of CeeLo talking about the incident. Although our sources say CeeLo never said anything about slipping ecstasy in her drink, he did reference the drug. It appears the D.A. views the tape as a confession to drug use ... thus the charge.

We're told the criminal complaint will NOT allege the singer had any criminal intent to harm the woman when he allegedly shared ecstasy with her.

As for punishment ... we're told most people with such a first offense get probation.

CeeLo Green 'Voice' Chair Not in Jeopardy After Felony Drug Charge

CeeLo Green's gig on "The Voice" is rock solid -- his looming felony charge for furnishing ecstasy will not cost him his judge's chair on the hit show ... TMZ has learned.

'Voice' executive producer Mark Burnett tells us they have no plans to make any changes this season -- adding, "CeeLo will not be fired."

As for next season ... Burnett says they're already shooting, and the judges are Shakira and Usher (along with Blake Shelton & Adam Levine) -- which was scheduled long ago.

We're told NBC was completely unaware the charge against CeeLo was coming down -- in fact, they learned about it on TMZ.

You're welcome, Peacock.

'Voice' Finalist Jamar Rogers THUMBS UP From Hospital Bed

Former "The Voice" finalist Jamar Rogers is staying positive following his stint in an intensive care unit at an L.A. hospital -- sending TMZ a pic in which he's smiling and giving a big thumbs up.

It's a great sign considering Rogers -- who is HIV positive -- was in a bad place earlier this month after suffering a nasty lung infection.

At one point during his hospital stay, doctors determined Rogers was in critical condition -- but he's doing better now ... and was recently moved out of the ICU.

Jamar tells us, “They still have me on oxygen but they have lowered it. My body is still super weak but my mind is really strong.”

We're told Jamar has lost a bunch of weight over the past few days -- mainly because he's living on a Jello diet -- but everyone's optimistic that he'll be healthy and singing again in no time.

Get well soon.

'Voice' Finalist Jamar Rogers Intensive Care After Lung Infection

Jamar Rogers -- a finalist on Season 2 of "The Voice" who was diagnosed with HIV in 2006 -- is in intensive care in an L.A. hospital after suffering a lung infection.

TMZ spoke with Jamar's rep who tells us ... the 31-year-old was admitted to the hospital on September 3rd at the urging of his manager.

But the rep says Jamar's health took a turn for the worse ... and on Monday he was listed in critical condition.

Jamar's rep tells us several friends and family members have reached out to the singer -- including his former "Voice" coach Cee Lo Green.

We're told doctors expect Jamar to remain hospitalized for at least another week or so.

'Voice' Star Jessica Childress Oy Vey! I'm on Jewish Television

Whoever wins this season of "The Voice" will no doubt land an appearance on Leno or Fallon ... but when you finish in the middle of the pack, you end up on Jewish Life Television. Shalom!

Jessica Childress was eliminated a few weeks back, and earlier this month taped an appearance on "The John Kerwin Show," a monthly talk show that airs on JLTV.

Childress performed a song called "Be My Baby." It's unclear when the episode will air, but the show airs Saturday nights on DirecTV.

FUN FACT -- In 2006, David Carradine appeared on "The John Kerwin Show." It turned out to be his last talk show appearance before his death.

Christina Aguilera Unemployment Does A Body Good

Christina Aguilera looks like she's shed weight since leaving "The Voice" -- and we think we know why ... those super-luxurious spinning chairs might be too comfy! You've been warned, Usher.

Former 'Voice' Contestant Cee Lo's No Sex Criminal

Cee Lo is nothing but a professional, respectful gentleman ... at least on the set of "The Voice" -- so says a former contestant on the judge's team, who also happens to be female.

42-year-old Terisa Griffin -- who was eliminated from Cee Lo's team last week -- tells TMZ, "He was a lot of fun and even complimented me on my engagement ring. Cee Lo was extremely professional, not a drop of disrespect."

Teresa adds, "I was shocked to hear about the investigation."

As we first reported, Cee Lo is currently the target in a sexual battery investigation, after a woman claims the singer drugged her and then sexually assaulted her.

Cee Lo denies any wrongdoing.

Cee Lo No Top, No Problem

Cee Lo Green is stickin' with sexy black hot rods -- a classic convertible and looking cool as a cucumber.

"The Voice" judge -- who's tooling around L.A. today in the whip -- is under investigation by the LAPD for sexual battery, after a woman claimed he slipped her ecstasy at a restaurant and then sexually assaulted her back in July. She says she passed out in the restaurant and the next thing she knew she was naked in a bed with Cee Lo in the room.

The singer has adamantly denied any wrongdoing.

Cee Lo Accused of Sexual Battery Singer Calls BS

Cee Lo Green is the target of an LAPD sexual battery investigation, TMZ has learned ... but the singer is adamant he did NOTHING wrong.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a woman recently filed a police report with the LAPD, accusing "The Voice" judge -- real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway -- of a sexual assault.

Our sources say detectives have already visited a restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles in connection with the case and questioned several employees, including the manager. We do not know if the alleged incident occurred at the restaurant.

The LAPD is mum on the identity of the alleged victim, when and where the incident allegedly occurred, and what Cee Lo allegedly did.

Cee Lo tells TMZ he categorically denies ANY wrongdoing. In fact, the singer says he hasn't been to the restaurant in question in 3 months ... and insists, "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else."

We also spoke with a source who is constantly with Cee Lo ... who tells us, "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody."

The investigation is in its infancy ... no charges have been filed and the case has not been referred to prosecutors.

Cee Lo Endures Street 'Voice' Audition from TMZ Photog

Cee Lo Green busted out "The Voice" spinning chair routine on the streets of NYC -- and he did it strictly for one unforgettable performance ... from our camera dude.

Our guy -- whose only previous singing experience (we're being generous) was at his Bar Mitzvah -- attempted to sing the classic 90s song "Cupid" by 112.

It only took a few seconds for Cee Lo to turn around -- just like they do on the show -- and declare ... our photog is 'Voice' ready!! Just not necessarily on Cee Lo's team.

Tough, but true.
