Dominick Cruz has a message for Cody "No Love" Garbrandt -- he's going to torture him so badly at UFC 207, Cody's going to "beg me" to end the fight.

Cruz -- the reigning UFC bantamweight champ -- joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Thursday night on FS1) and let the insults fly on his next opponent.

FYI, Cody's 10-0 with 9 knockouts -- and vows to break Cruz's jaw.

Cruz says he's not afraid -- insulted Cody's intelligence -- and then told us why "No Love" will be begging for the champ to put him out of his misery.

Pretty violent stuff.

"Kaep, I applaud you, but I am a solutions-based person. If you don't have solutions from a protest then it remains a protest."

So, what's Ray's solution to social injustice? Jobs. He heads up an organization aimed at job creation in inner city areas ... which he says is the key to ending the cycle of disenfranchisement in the hood.

"We have to give these people something to do, so that they don't choose the wrong thing."

Question is ... is it REALLY over? Hopkins has been known to beat the hell out of guys half his age ... take some time off ... then beat the hell out of guys half his age again.

De La Hoya says this it it ... telling the crew "I'm having him sign some kind of proclamation saying it's his last fight, at 52 years old, this should be the last fight for him."

UFC superstar Luke Rockhold is BLASTING Greg Hardy and anyone considering training the ex-NFL star ... saying, "it's crazy to think that someone would actually train this guy."

Rockhold joined the "TMZ Sports" TV show ... when he was asked about Hardy's plan to hang up his cleats and fight mixed martial arts.

Luke absolutely goes in on Hardy ... calling the domestic violence accusations against him "beyond anything of what a normal human is capable of."

FYI -- Hardy was convicted of domestic violence in '14 ... before the guilty verdict was dismissed after the accuser stopped cooperating with authorities.

UFC stud Mickey Gall says it was "an honor" to be spoofed by WWE after his fight with CM Punk -- but admits, it was probably meant to be a shot at the former wrestler.

Gall appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Tuesday night on FS1) -- when we asked about WWE recreating the UFC 203 match at the "Backlash" Pay-Per-View event the next day.

"That's cool, man," Gall said ... "It's an honor."

As for what inspired the spoof, Gall says ... "I think it's not so much me but their feelings against him ... so, I guess thats kinda crappy. But you know, hey, I loved it."

Jon Jones' wish to fight UFC heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic may come true ... 'cause Stipe says he's absolutely down ... as soon as his body heals up.

Miocic joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Monday night on FS1) -- and was asked how he felt about Jon essentially calling him out on social media.

FYI, Jon tweeted after Stipe beat Alistair Overeem at UFC 203 ... "I'm starting to realize the hype is real with that guy. He's legit, it would be the challenge of a lifetime."

Stipe heard the challenge -- but didn't respond with the vitriol of Daniel Cormier. Instead, he praised Jones ... and essentially welcomed Dana White to make it happen.

Rodney Harrison is FULL OF CRAP when he says he didn't know Colin Kaepernick was mixed race ... so say NFL Pro Bowlers Brendon Ayanbadejo & Robert Smith ... who ain't buying Harrison's excuse.

Robert and Brendon came on the "TMZ Sports" TV show and talked about Harrison's comments on Kaepernick, and the apology in which Rodney said he had no clue Kaepernick was mixed.

The two stars ... both mixed themselves ... totally called BS on Harrison's excuse with Robert saying "I'm not buying that" and Brendon going even further saying Harrison's explanation was an "escape plan."
