Sources tell TMZ ... Jenelle’s attorney showed up in court today, and while the signed order’s still pending, the judge granted the divorce -- something the "Teen Mom" star tells us herself marks the end of a tiresome slog.

Jenelle tells TMZ ... "After a really long and draining process, my divorce from David is official. This chapter has been heavy, but I’m walking away from it with clarity, strength and so much love for my kids. My focus is on them and our future and I’m just thankful to finally have peace and a fresh start."

Richard Simmons' longtime housekeeper -- who's rarely been seen and never spoken publicly -- is addressing rumors about her kidnapping him, and also reveals ... they were kind of a couple.

Teresa Reveles just did her first-ever TV interview, telling TODAY she never held Richard against his will, as had been alleged when he vanished from public life. She laughed off that theory, and instead joke, "No, I think he kidnapped me."

Richard hired Teresa way back in 1988 and she moved in to his L.A. home ... and she says he fell in love with her right away and told her, "No, you're never going to leave me."

A casting director is calling out the producers of "Love Island USA" for not doing their due diligence when casting not one, but two contestants who've been exposed for their past racist comments ... the casting pro says it's shocking the show hasn't learned from reality TV history.

It's no secret "Love Island USA" dropped the ball on background checks this season -- Cierra Ortega and Yulissa Escobar each got the boot for their previous racist commentary -- and fans are furious these two women were platformed without the show doing proper research.

But, the talent recruiters themselves may not be the department that deserves the blame in this case ... 'cause our source defends the casting community -- saying this sort of background check should've been vetted by production -- and doesn't understand how something like this gets missed.

Randy Moss was forced off the TV airwaves when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer ... but the legendary wideout's getting ready to make a triumphant return, and he's opening up about the "roller coaster" battle with the deadly disease.

"Man, I look forward to it. I missed my crew. Greenie, Alex, Teddy," Moss told Michael Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs nightly on FS1) ... before jokingly taking a shot at one of his famous Sunday NFL Countdown co-hosts!

"I really didn't miss Rex Ryan much because he got on my nerves. So, Rex, if you're hearing this, I am coming back, so scoot over," the Hall of Famer said, adding ... Connor Tomlinson had an out-of-this-world experience with Captain James T. Kirk ... or at least an A.I. William Shatner -- who had a ton of nice stuff to say about the star.

Eric Rosenbrook -- a reality star formerly on "90 Day Fiancé" -- was arrested after he allegedly got drunk and slapped his wife on the Fourth of July.

The 47-year-old was arrested in Adams, Wisconsin ... and, according to the criminal complaint, the victim claims everything went down when Rosenbrook -- already a few drinks in -- decided to go pick up some food from the local Kwik Mart.

According to the alleged victim -- who police say identified herself as his wife -- she became worried when Eric didn't return promptly ... and spotted him passed out in his car outside the apartment.

The trailer for "Animals on Drugs" -- a new Discovery Channel series premiering later this month -- follows Forrest Galante and his team as they look into a few animals that have become addicted to some destructive substances.

"Love Island" alum Sharon Gaffka is not buying what Cierra Ortega is selling in her apology video for using an Asian slur ... Sharon says Cierra knew full well what the hateful word implied.

Sharon -- who was on "Love Island" back in 2021 -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday and we asked for her reaction to Cierra's apology video for some past use of a racial slur online.
