'Bachelor' vet AshLee Frazier couldn't get it on a reality show, but she finally got a marriage proposal ... on the Brooklyn Bridge.

We're told the proposal went down Saturday right in the middle of a bunch of tourists who were checking out the bridge. The lucky guy is Aaron Williams, a Houston real estate developer AshLee's known for years. She moved back to H-town earlier this year, and they hit it off romantically.

We're told Aaron sealed the deal with an oval cut 3 ct. diamond, and dinner at hot spot Scarpetta.

Sean Lowe, the 'Bachelor' from AshLee's season, is still married to Catherine Giudici.

Sooo ... win-win?

Just when Al Pacino thought he was out of marriage talks, paps in Argentina pulled him right back in ... with his girlfriend standing right next to him!

The Godfather, and his Argentinian gf, Lucila Sola, had no trouble answering questions in Buenos Aires -- until one photog went and asked if he was ever going to marry her?

You gotta see Al's reaction -- half Sonny Wortzik frantic stammering, half Michael Corleone defusing a GF ... who's clearly very interested in his answer.

The world's biggest 'American Horror Story' fans tied the knot Saturday night with a themed wedding fit for a Supreme.

Michael Scola and Jordan Rodarte's 1920's-style bash was inspired by season 5 -- 'AHS: Hotel' -- and the couple nailed every detail from the cardboard cutouts of the cast ... plus an actual cast member.

The ceremony went down at L.A.'s Oviatt Penthouse, used for the show's fictional Hotel Cortez. For extra spookiness ... the reception was held at Millennium Biltmore Hotel which, according to legend, is riddled with ghosts including the Black Dahlia who had her last drink there.

The coolest part ... guests went nuts when Pepper -- played by Naomi Grossman -- strolled down the aisle in full costume and presented the couple their rings.

So, this is cool ... when Iman Shumpert and Teyana Taylor tied the knot, there was no tux and gown -- it was all about the leather biker jackets!

Teyana joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show on FS1 -- and revealed just how casual it was when they got hitched.

In case you were wondering how Teyana got her wedding physique -- she says it's all about Fade 2 Fit -- her dance fitness program.

Michael Phelps is now FULLY EMBRACING the married life -- finally going public with the news of his nuptials -- and explaining, "I had to keep it secret."

Michael Phelps tied the knot with Nicole Johnson months ago, but they kept it under wraps ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've learned the couple has been married since June 13th. The ceremony went down in Paradise Valley, AZ, where they just moved. It was officiated by Peter Carlisle, Michael's agent and longtime friend.

Michael and Nicole got the marriage license June 9th and filed the Record of Marriage June 15th.

It's fascinating. During the Olympics, when everyone was reporting they were engaged, they had already been married for 2 months.

We did find a clue ... on June 13th -- their wedding day -- Nicole posted a pic of the 2 of them casually dressed with the baby in tow with the caption, "Such a memorable night with my lil fambam."

And get this ... Michael did a Facebook Live last week and when some fans suggested he was already married he flatly denied it.

Shia LaBeouf tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Mia Goth, in a Las Vegas ceremony that was NOT traditional ... TMZ has learned.

The couple got hitched at Viva Las Vegas, a chapel known for themed weddings. Some of the options include Elvis and Alice Cooper packages, or the more generic gangster and gladiator themes.

We've learned they went with the Elvis and Hawaiian themes. Mia even hitched a ride with Elvis in a pink Cadillac to the ceremony, and from the sound of it, planning the wedding was a lot easier than the honeymoon...

They also offer traditional weddings, but no one would expect that from a guy who watches marathon sets of his own films ... for the sake of art.

Shia and Mia started dating in 2012, after meeting on the set of "Nymphomaniac: Volume II." They made headlines for a public fight in Germany in July of 2015. Goth was seen wearing an engagement ring back in March.

Ryan Lochte knows how to make a girl feel special ... dropping $700 for a private helicopter ride to pop the question on the top of a mountain.

Lochte proposed to his Playboy model girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid on Sunday, and judging by the video ... he went all out. Kayla said it was her first time in a chopper, and clearly Ryan made it memorable -- even if she knew what was coming.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Lochte booked his romantic flight through Orbic Air in Burbank. He got the Mountain Top Landing package ... which included a ride to a Malibu peak and a 30 minute stop for some celebratory champagne, strawberries and cheesecake.

We're told he also had a photog on board to capture the memories.

Ryan Lochte is gettin' hitched to his Playboy model girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid ... poppin' the question to the smokin' hot blonde tonight in Malibu.

Lochte -- who's currently on "Dancing with the Stars" -- proposed to Reid with a HUGE ROCK in the Malibu Canyon at sunset.

Ryan hit up Instagram to announce the good news ... saying "Memories forever!!! #thelochtes #LA."

FYI -- Reid and Lochte have been dating since March ... and started to get serious in April when R.L. introduced the model to his parents.

First Daughters Malia and Sasha Obama will have starring roles in a wedding where their parents played matchmaker.

Michelle Obama's former assistant, Kristen Jarvis, is getting hitched to President Obama's former secret service agent, Shaun West -- and our White House sources tell us Malia and Sasha will be standing by Kristen's side as bridesmaids.

We're told the couple dropped $300k on a D'Concierge wedding planner ... which means the whole thing is first class and elegant. Entertainment will feature R&B stars Ledisi, Eric Benet and Kenny Lattimore ... as well as DJ B-Hen.

Michelle will be there along with her daughters, but we're told POTUS is not expected to attend.

18-year-old Malia is now 6'1" ... so our money's on her to grab the bouquet.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes did not get hitched in a top secret wedding months ago ... according to a source close to the couple.

Reports surfaced Wednesday that Ryan and Eva reportedly got married earlier this year in a low-key wedding with only a few friends and family members in tow. Not true.

The couple is notorious for keeping their private life ... private. TMZ broke the story ... Eva gave birth to the couple's second daughter Amada Lee in April, but no one even knew she was pregnant. Eva also kept her pregnancy with their first daughter, 2-year-old Esmeralda Amada, out of the public eye.

JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers deny there's any trouble in paradise, and they certainly LOOK like everything's fine ... only problem is they've got very few clues about their big day.
