For a guy who hates to get dirty, it's pretty hard to believe Howie Mandel just moved his production company into an L.A. office building famous for housing the biggest PORN company on Earth!

But it's true!!! TMZ has learned Howie just took over some office space in the Vivid Entertainment building in L.A. ... right around the corner from Universal Studios.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells us he's very excited to hang with his new office neighbor -- and personally gave Howie a tour of the building last month.

Hirsch tells us his team is more than happy to do "whatever it takes" to make Howie feel comfortable at the XXX compound ... adding, "We even painted the walls and replaced the carpet."

Waltz -- David Arquette's former fling -- signed the deal back in 2010 ... in which she agreed to deliver a sex tape for a cool $60k plus 25% of the profits.

And get this -- as part of the deal, Waltz agreed to only do XXX work for Vivid for the next three years ... and if she breached the contract, she'd face $150,000 in penalties.

Steve Hirsch, president of Vivid Entertainment, tells TMZ he let Jasmine out of the deal amicably after she had second thoughts.

We're guessing he was as "shocked" as Jasmine claims she was when her XXX sex tape popped up on a website last week.

Hirsch -- who reached out to Anthony's lawyer yesterday in the hopes of landing a deal -- has now reversed course ... telling TMZ, "It has become obvious to us that Vivid fans, and people in general, want nothing to do with her and that includes a XXX movie."

Hirsch explains, "We were ready to make an offer to Casey to star in one of our feature films. It's clear to me now, however, that there has been an overwhelmingly negative response to our offer and so we've decided to withdraw it."

Hours after she was found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Tuesday, Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch called up Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, to discuss the possibility of a business relationship.

Hirsch tells TMZ ... "Whether you agree with the verdict or not, Casey will want to move forward with her life and has a right to make a living. It’s not going to be easy for her and we believe we can help her make the transition into a new life."

No word on how much Hirsch is willing to pony up ... but he thinks there's a realistic chance ... noting, "We’ve all seen the pictures of her partying and having a good time with friends where she definitely looks hot."

TMZ has obtained photos of former political hopeful turned porn star Sammie Spades auditioning Hillary-alikes for her upcoming porno movie.

It's a big deal for Chyna -- because she had recently been in talks with the wrestling organization about working out a long term deal ... and before the XXX tape came into the picture, things were looking optimistic.

But now, with the hardcore tape set to be released later this month, Chyna tells us she got a call from TNA honchos warning her that if she lets the tape hit shelves ... the deal is off for good.

Chyna tells us, "The whole thing has been constant drama ... it's all good in the end ... [TNA Wrestling] is missing the boat."

She adds, "FREEDOOOM!"

So far, no word from TNA.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch sent Pippa the letter, saying he thought she was the star of the Royal Wedding and that her "beauty and attitude" would make her a huge adult star. The fact she had some semi-racy photos surface this week probably didn't hurt either.

But get this -- Hirsch is also offering $1 million to another member of her family for doing a scene ... her brother James!

TMZ has obtained a copy of a letter Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch sent to Usher -- and shockingly ... Hirsch offers to help Usher STOP distribution of the tape.

Mind you ... Hirsch is the guy who put out Kim K, Kendra Wilkinson and Montana Fishburne's sex tapes -- but in the letter to Ush he says, "As a result of this being an intimate and very personal tape we can certainly understand why you would want to stop its distribution."

Hirsch goes on to say he's shut down "many celebrity sex tapes" ... and claims he's willing to do the same for Usher.

Vivid Entertainment head honcho, Steven Hirsch, fired off a letter to Sheen ... asking him to take the helms of an upcoming skin flick titled, "Two and a Half Women."

We're told Charlie's lady friend Melanie Rios is tentatively set to star in the movie ... along with Cassandra Cruz and Elizabeth Ann ... two porn stars who have each claimed to have had intimate warlock relations with Charlie in the past.

In his letter to Sheen, Hirsch insists Charlie would have full creative control of the flick -- "scenarios, positions, etc." -- and notes, "The fact that you are the ultimate connoisseur of adult films would definitely work to your advantage."

Lawyers for Vivid Entertainment fired off a letter to the folks behind Pornhub.com (who are apparently located in the Republic of Cyprus), demanding it remove a five-minute clip of the Tila tape that hit the web last week. Vivid had plans to release the tape this week and wants to keep it fresh.

And get this ... we're told Vivid thinks it was an inside job -- one of its own leaked the video.

UPDATE: Tila's rep gave us this statement: "Tila Nguyen is in total shock and livid right now that someone had the audacity to leak out an intimate tape made with her and her 2 girlfriends without her consent.

After Octo refused multiple job offers and FREE MONEY from Steven Hirsch -- the Vivid Entertainment president has finally ended negotiations to buy the note on the OctoPad.

Hirsch tells TMZ, "We tried really hard to develop some sort of a relationship with Nadya. We totally understood that she didn’t want to make a movie with us and we respect her decision."

Hirsch adds, "She has refused our check for her February mortgage payment and has made it very clear that she doesn’t need or want our help in any way."

He concludes, "At this point we will no longer pursue buying her $450,000 balloon payment, but remain open to speaking to her about other opportunities."

Hirsch -- the president of Vivid Entertainment -- says he will hand over a check to the man who holds the note on Octo's home while he, "continues to study ways to help her avoid foreclosure."

As we previously reported, Hirsch recently met with note-holder Amer Haddadin to discuss the possibility of buying out the $450k mortgage note on Nadya's house.

Hirsch explains that covering Octo's next monthly payment will, "relieve pressure on her and also give us a chance to conduct our due diligence."

As we first reported, Hirsch is looking to take the note off the hands of Amer Haddadin as a way of "beginning a relationship with Octomom" -- since she's turned down all his previous job offers.

As we first reported, Hirsch -- the president of the Vivid Entertainment XXX empire -- is looking into buying the $450,000 note on the Octocrib in an effort to save her from being kicked to the curb ... and at the same time helping him to "begin a relationship with Octomom."

Hirsch says he's meeting with current note-holder Amer Haddadin to get "specifics of this situation."
