Drake put Toronto on ice Thursday night ... using his entire hometown as the backdrop for the giant frozen rollout for not one, but THREE new albums. Surprise!!!

The 6 God lit up the city's skyline by freezing the CN Tower with a massive projection-mapping stunt tied to his new album, "Iceman." The special effect reportedly used 75 projectors and played out during Drake's "Iceman Episode 4" live stream Thursday night.

A sea of fans swarmed the base of the tower after rumors spread all day that Drizzy was cooking up another hometown spectacle ... and he delivered.

Drake dropped three albums earlier Friday morning ... and it seems not everything he's rapping about is current -- because his dad says he doesn't have cancer anymore.

Dennis Graham chatted with photogs outside Bar Jubilee -- a popular cocktail bar in West Hollywood ... and he was asked about Drake revealing he's battling a serious illness.

If you haven't heard "Make Them Cry" from "Iceman" yet ... Drake fires off, "My dad got cancer right now, we battlin' stages / Trust me when I say there's plenty things that I'd rather be facin'."

Kodak Black is back behind bars in Florida ... TMZ has learned the rapper surrendered on charges of fleeing/eluding law enforcement and resisting an officer without violence.

According to Broward County jail records, seen by TMZ, Kodak was booked Thursday. Both charges are currently listed as pending trial, with bond set at $0.

Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells TMZ ... "This is a self surrender from yet another 'investigation' that just happened to also take 5 months to 'investigate' for allegedly fleeing and eluding."

The rapper has officially partnered with Guy Beser and Blue Stone Productions to play a show at Dinamo Arena in Tbilisi, Georgia -- and 70,000 tickets for Ye's show sold out within a day.

The show was first reported by Rolling Stone ... and the outlet said the concert was being produced by Beser's Live Nation Israel -- but, Live Nation tells us it's not promoting or producing the show, and it's all being done by Beser's independent production company, Blue Stone.

Live Nation tells us it's partnered with Beser and BSP in the past -- and the promotion giant reportedly bought a majority stake in BSP back in 2017. However, a Live Nation spokesperson tells TMZ ... it has no skin in the game for Ye's Georgia date.

Beser's LinkedIn page says he founded Live Nation Israel and serves as CEO.
