Diddy Judge Rejects Argument To Acquit Him Of Mann Act Charges
Diddy's headed for sentencing in his federal criminal case ... because the judge rejected his request for a new trial and to acquit him of his Mann Act conviction.
Judge Arun Subramanian wrote in his 16-page order there's plenty of evidence proving Diddy violated the Mann Act by transporting male escorts across state lines for the purposes of prostitution during his infamous freak-offs. Diddy's freak-offs were marathon sex sessions between his girlfriends and male escorts, with Diddy watching and often recording them.
In the order, the judge said Diddy was right when he argued in his motions for acquittal and a new trial that "the Mann Act’s text and application have changed over the last century."

12:12 PM PT -- Nicole cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. She wants to remain the "primary residential parent of the minor children." Both Nicole and Keith waived any spousal support and child support. There is, however, a clause which states Keith has prepaid "child support obligations." And they each will retain their own assets, which suggests there is a prenup.
11:58 AM PT -- We have seen a divorce document which says, "Marital Dissolution Agreement," signed by both Nicole and Keith. The agreement includes a parenting plan and a child support worksheet. It also includes a Parenting Seminar Order.
Translation: Nicole and Keith have already worked out a custody agreement, child support, and it appears they have agreed to take co-parenting classes. That's interesting, because it seems they have spent time hammering out all the divorce details. Nevertheless, our sources say Nicole made an abrupt decision to file today.
The document was signed by 2 notaries ... one for Keith dated August 29, 2025, and the other for Nicole dated September 6, 2025.
Nicole Kidman has pulled the trigger to end her marriage ... TMZ has learned she just filed for divorce.

Charlie Javice Gets 7 Years In Prison For Fraud
Looks like Charlie Javice is gonna have to get used to jumpsuits ... because she's gonna be wearing one for seven years.
The former entrepreneur was sentenced to 85 months in prison Monday after being convicted of three counts of fraud, as well as a count of conspiracy to commit fraud, in March, according to The New York Times.
Things could have been a lot worse, though, as prosecutors were looking to get her sent to prison for 12 years, as well as pay $300 million in restitution, reports Business Insider. She's also going to be on supervised release for three years after she leaves prison.
ICYMI ... Javice founded Frank, a company which promised to help students complete financial aid forms. It was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2021 -- and the financial institution coughed up a cool $175 million as part of the sale. Charlie also ended up on Forbes' "30 Under 30" list during Frank's heyday.
The thing is, Frank's customer base wasn't as stellar as Charlie claimed, and she purchased real names and email addresses from commercial data brokers to bump up her company's number of users from less than 300,000 to over 4 million, according to the Associated Press.
Charlie was reportedly apologetic at her sentencing, during which U.S. District Judge Allen Hellerstein argued the prosecution's request for 12 years was too much -- and that the defense's counter of 18 months was "too low," reports the New York Post.
Hellerstein ordered her to report to prison after she finishes with her appeals to higher courts, and she's pledged to serve out her sentence.

What To Know About Tyler Robinson's Lawyer Kathryn Nester
Shock waves were sent through the country when Charlie Kirk was assassinated while speaking at a university event in Orem, Utah, in September 2025.
Legal proceedings against his suspected killer, Tyler Robinson, have since commenced, and longtime attorney Kathryn Nester has signed on to represent the accused individual in his case.
We're going to take a look into the attorney's background and see what she'd accomplished prior to taking on Robinson's case.
Kathryn's Practiced Law in Several States
Nester's been practicing law for more than 30 years, and she's worked on cases in numerous states, according to her law firm's official website.
She formerly served as a federal public defender in both Salt Lake City and San Diego, and she served on the National Steering Committee for the Clemency Project.
Nester's worked on a variety of cases over the course of her legal career, and she's handled both criminal and civil cases.
She's received several awards for her work, including the Federal Bar Distinguished Service Award from the District of Utah.
She's Reportedly Handled Several High-Profile Cases
Several of Nester's cases have made it into the news, and she received attention for representing Dr. Kirk Moore, who faced charges of running a COVID-19 vaccination card scheme during the pandemic.
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi eventually ordered the Department of Justice to dismiss the charges against Moore, according to KSTU-TV.
Nester was also appointed as an attorney for Kouri Richins -- accused of fatally poisoning her husband -- in 2024 after her former defense attorney was unable to resolve a conflict, KUTV-TV reports.
Salt Lake City-based criminal defense attorney Randy Spencer spoke about Nester's legal activity with Fox News and claimed Richins' case would be "pretty demanding of" the lawyer's time.
Kathryn Will Have Her Hands Full in Robinson's Case
Tyler Robinson has been been hit with numerous charges, including aggravated murder and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, among others.
Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said the offense of aggravated murder means the accused shooter's eligible for the death penalty, The New York Times reports.
The Utah County Commission has since passed $1 million in staffing additions, which are set to go to both the prosecution and Tyler's defense team.
Nester apparently declined to make any comments about either her client's case or her contract, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.

Diddy's hearing on his motion to get the Mann Act charges thrown out started just a short time ago ... and, his lawyers are taking their argument from legal motions to real life -- firing off in a New York City courtroom.
The rapper's legal team -- led by Marc Agnifilo -- kicked off their argument by repeating to the judge what they previously stated in legal papers ... prostitution means one person paying to have sex with another person. They insist it doesn't refer to someone who pays to watch two people have sex, like Diddy did.
However, prosecutors responded by pointing out Diddy wasn't just going somewhere and sitting in a booth to watch two people get it on ... they say he reimbursed his ex-girlfriends for arranging the sexual encounters and derived sexual gratification himself from watching.
