Donald Trump can keep his cherished properties instead of having them seized by New York's Attorney General -- at least for now – after he posted a whopping $175 million bond!

As you know ... the former prez was saddled with a $454 million bond in his civil fraud case brought by AG Letitia James, but he appealed and got the amount slashed to $175 mil.

On Tuesday, DT took to his Truth Social platform to gloat right after paying the lesser, but still staggering bond amount. He also blasted James and the case judge, calling them corrupt and the whole situation election interference. No shocker there.

Caitlyn Jenner is blasting President Biden over what she seems to think is a coordinated effort to conflate a Christian holiday with a day that also celebrates transgender people.

The reality star sounded off on Saturday -- a day before International Transgender Day of Visibility, which just so happens to fall on Easter this year -- and took aim at Joe specifically ... as it appears she believes he might've made one land on the other on purpose.

The 2024 Presidential Election is getting really ugly and nowhere is that more evident than in Donald Trump's new Truth Social post, showing Joe Biden hogtied and restrained in the back of a pickup truck.

The horrific, albeit fake image of the current prez and Democratic presidential nominee was part of a 20-second clip posted Friday to Trump's account on Truth Social -- the platform founded by Trump himself.

The truck labeled "Trump 2024" was rolling down a highway with American flags attached to it and a license plate that read, "Trump4US." Pictured on the back is a photoshopped image of Biden hogtied, made to look like he was in the bed of the truck.

Joe Lieberman, who was Al Gore's running mate in the disputed 2000 election, is dead after suffering a fall at home.

The former U.S. Senator's family says he fell while at home Tuesday night, and he passed away on Wednesday.

Ron DeSantis and Disney have buried the hatchet in court over their nearly year-long war regarding his 'Don't Say Gay' bill ... and it seems the Gov. and co. gave in.

Candace Owens was fired from her hosting job at the Daily Wire because her bosses were fed up with what they viewed as her repeated promotion of antisemitism ... TMZ has learned.

The conservative media company announced Friday morning that it was parting ways with Candace, and while no official reason was mentioned ... sources with direct knowledge tell us it was squarely over what the Daily Wire honchos saw as antisemitism, and the firing went down early this week.

Candace and fellow Daily Wire host Ben Shapiro have had a very public feud recently on social media over their opposing views on the Israel-Gaza conflict -- and we're told the last straw for the DW was her March 8 appearance on the "Fresh and Fit" podcast.

The hosts were talking to Candace about the rift with Ben, and every time Ben or his wife -- who is Israeli -- was mentioned the show dropped a cha-ching sound effect, an obvious nod to the antisemitic trope about Jews and money.

While Candace didn't say anything to besmirch Ben, we're told the feeling was she didn't say anything to defend him or call out the antisemitism. To be fair, it's unclear whether she heard that sound effect while recording the podcast.

We're told Daily Wire execs had previous conversations with Candace in an attempt to understand her position -- as they didn't want to censor her -- but they felt the podcast incident crossed the line.

As one source in the know put it, Candace often bragged about being one of the best communicators in media, so the DW execs felt "she knew what she was doing."

We're also told Shapiro was not involved in the decision to fire Candace, and he doesn't have any power to do so.

Candace addressed her feud with Ben when she was on "The Breakfast Club" Thursday, saying she was not anti-Israel or antisemitic ... she's simply against all forms of genocide. A source connected to Candace insists the same, telling us "She's obviously not an antisemite."

Donald Trump seems unable to come up with the cash he needs to keep fighting his fraud case judgment -- and now, the AG is getting ready to seize one of his massive properties.

The ex-Prez's 230-acre estate in Bedford, NY -- known as Seven Springs -- appears to be in the crosshairs of Letitia James, who recently filed legal docs indicating her office is prepared to pounce on this property ... possibly the first of many in an effort to collect on the nearly half-billion judgment Trump is on the hook for after losing his bank fraud trial last month.

Online records show James' office filed to enforce the judgment in Westchester County -- which is where Seven Springs is -- signaling that law enforcement is gearing up to seize this property first if DT can't come up with the bond they need to pony up by month's end.

The fact James filed the judgment in Westchester County effectively acts as a lien on Trump's property -- and many expect her to continue snatching up his assets until the $355 million he owes is paid. In order to appeal this judgment, Trump needs to come up with even more money ... a whopping $464 million, which he's struggling to secure with a bond.

Seven Springs is so big that it actually spans three different towns there in the county -- and it oozes luxury ... with carriage houses all throughout, in addition to the main mansion.

The Seven Springs estate is one of Trump's many properties -- and there are a lot of people who believe James is prepared to seize even more if need be ... including, possibly, Trump Tower.

Here's the twist, and it just surfaced ... there's gonna be an IPO for Truth Social, and Trump could score north of $3 BILLION, but he won't be able to sell his stock for 6 months.

Ya shoot one President, and suddenly ya can't buy a break ... that's John Hinckley Jr.'s gripe, essentially, after his latest folk singing gig got canned.

The man who opened fire on President Ronald Reagan -- and also injured Press Secretary James Brady, a Secret Service agent and cop -- has become a guitar-strumming folk singer, who actually gets booked for concerts, but they tend to get canceled before he gets onstage.

Hinckley's bitching about his latest yanked gig at Hotel Huxley in Naugatuck, CT, where he was supposed to perform on March 30 ... until the venue announced last week it was pulling the plug. He told the NY Post, "I think it's fair to say I'm a victim of cancel culture."

Referring to all of his canceled shows, he added, "It keeps happening over and over again."

Last week Hotel Huxley posted on its IG page, "You Guessed It: Postponed Until Further Notice (They're killin us here)." That last line seems to be a reference to the massive backlash the venue was getting for booking Hinckley -- but also feels distasteful, considering the concert date would've marked 43 years, to the day, since the attempted assassination of Reagan.

Hinckley was found not guilty by reason of insanity, and spent nearly 30 years in a mental health hospital before he was released in 2016.

Since then, he's picked up the guitar and actually released songs on his YouTube channel.

His first concert was booked for Brooklyn in 2022, but again, was canceled due to backlash -- and that's subsequently happened for his other planned shows in Georgia, Illinois and Virginia ... where he now lives in Williamsburg.

Karma. It's a thing.

Sen. Bernie Sanders recently introduced the "Thirty-Two Hour Workweek Act" ... and he explained to us exactly why he thinks it should become the new norm in America.

The federal lawmaker made his case on "TMZ Live" Wednesday ... telling us that working 5 days straight -- the way we all currently do -- leaves people drained, less productive and completely stressed and tired. To him, it's no wonder they show up to work feeling burnt out.

In contrast, Bernie says if we give people 3 days off, Corporate America will reap the benefits long-term -- as he argues worker bees' productivity and focus will soar when they come back to the job after a nice little break ... adding that a bunch of scientific studies back his claims.

Bernie makes the point that because the rich keep getting richer -- with the middle class staying stagnant -- a lot of regular folks would love this change ... which is why he's proposing it becomes a law. Whether it actually has a chance to pass ... different story.

It certainly sounds good on paper, though. Bernie tells us that his proposal won't cut salaries or pay for workers if implemented -- meaning employees will still get paid as if they'd worked a 5-day workweek ... even though in actuality, it'll just be 32 hours instead of 40.

The bill still needs to get through the Republican-controlled house and a 60-vote approval in the Senate ... so like we said, it'll be an uphill battle for sure.

In any case, Bernie's hoping the whole thing ignites a larger convo about the American grind, and what's important in life. No surprise Bernie's taking this position fighting for the people -- it's his M.O., and you can expect more of the same from a new podcast he's launching this week. It's "Bernie: The Podcast" and in the first episode, he'll be discussing his book.

The title of that ... "It's OK to Be Angry About Capitalism" -- lots of good insights, of course.

Kate Middleton has been getting dragged through the coals over an edited picture of herself and her kids -- but Donald Trump is coming to her defense ... saying she deserves a break.

The ex-Prez spoke up on behalf of the Princess of Wales this week in an interview with GB News -- where DT was asked about the failed Photoshop job that Kate and/or Kensington Palace attempted to pass off as an authentic picture for Mother's Day.

The broadcaster Trump was speaking with, Nigel Farage, suggested he didn't think it was that a big deal and that Kate would bounce back from the scandal -- and The Donald agreed.

He says he doesn't understand what all the fuss is about, especially since doctoring photos and images is somewhat commonplace in Hollywood -- at least that's what Trump thinks anyway. He makes the point that movie stars never quite look like how they're presented.

Granted ... Kate herself isn't so much a Hollywood figure, per se, but his point is well-taken.

In his eyes, a little editing here and there is something just about everyone does -- and he seems to think the public should cut her some slack here. Trump also acknowledges Kate is going through a hard time right now ... but doesn't appear to elaborate beyond that.

We broke the story ... Kate surfaced in public again this past weekend near her home in Windsor, where she was on her own two feet, walking side by side next to Prince William.

Donald Trump once again hinted that he may deport Prince Harry from the U.S. if re-elected as President ... this after the Duke of Sussex admitted to using drugs in his tell-all.

During a sit down with GBN broadcaster Nigel Farage, the ex-Prez made it clear that King Charles' son would not get special privileges regarding his residency in the States if he potentially lied on his visa application.

Remember, Harry was very candid about his past drug use -- including cocaine, weed and psychedelic mushrooms -- in his memoir "Spare."

While PH's hard-partying ways seem far behind him ... an applicant's past drug use may technically make them ineligible for a visa -- which is why many are curious about what Harry dished on his paperwork.

In response to the chatter, Donald has promised to take action if the Duke's visa had any inaccuracies -- but stayed coy on the specifics of his plan ... just like he had before.

Remember, this ain't the first time DT has suggested Harry may get the boot under a new potential term of his -- but he isn't outright saying the guy's got something to worry about.

Prince Harry currently resides in the U.S. on a visa, as he's yet to become an American citizen -- something he says he is still considering. His wife, Meghan Markle, is a natural-born U.S. citizen with their children, Archie and Lilibet, being dual citizens.
