Sophia Hutchins' estate and Caitlyn Jenner are requesting access to the late manager's Apple account nearly a year after her shocking death.

The estate filed documents Friday requesting a judge grant an order authorizing their access to her Apple ID ... explaining the estate has fallen behind on its financial obligations and more because its inability to access the account has held up the process.

The estate -- led by Sophia's mom, Amy -- says it went to Apple after Sophia died, requesting access ... but Apple responded by asking for a court order.

It's interesting to see Ye back at Chateau Marmont ... because just a couple weeks ago, a man filed a lawsuit against the rapper for allegedly sucker-punching him at the Chateau in 2024.

We broke the story back then ... Kanye allegedly punched a guy who he thought bumped Bianca in the lobby. However, we were told he actually punched the dude's twin brother -- a painful case of mistaken identity. Ye said he hit the dude for allegedly grabbing his wife.

Jade Kops died early Friday morning while surrounded by her loved ones, her family announced on her Instagram, which has nearly 450,000 followers. Her death comes about 5 years after she was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, a cancer that usually affects kids younger than 10 and starts in soft tissues -- usually muscle -- according to Mayo Clinic.

Jade spent her teenage years documenting her journey with rhabdomyosarcoma to help spread awareness and even wrote a bestselling book, "Voor Altijd Jong (Forever Young)."

"Michael" biopic honchos were reportedly paid $25 million more than their original deal after the estate had to reshoot the third act, which featured sexual abuse allegations against the pop star, TMZ has learned.

Director Antoine Fuqua and producer Graham King were originally set to make $10 million and $6 million, respectively ... but according to Bloomberg, Fuqua was paid an extra $15 million and King an extra $10 million from Michael Jackson's estate after the allegations needed to be cut out and several scenes reshot.

As you know, Michael was first publicly accused of child sexual abuse in 1993, and he reached a settlement with the family of his accuser, Jordan Chandler, the following year.

Spotify and Apple Music are under growing pressure to yank D4vd's music off their platforms completely after he was recently charged with sexually abusing and murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas just over a year ago.

The advocacy group Industry Blackout launched a Change.org petition calling on Spotify, Apple and other streaming services to axe all his music from their catalogs, writing ... "When an artist has been charged with the sexual abuse and murder of a minor, a child who was drawn into his orbit through his music and public persona, continuing to stream, promote, and profit from his catalog is a choice. It is not a neutral one."

The petition has under 1,000 signatures so far, but it comes as artists have distanced themselves from the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke. Maryann Kohberger was interviewed by 3 FBI agents following the 2022 raid on her Pennsylvania family home, during which Bryan was taken away in handcuffs, the Daily Mail reports.

Bryan was charged with murdering University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin. He later pleaded guilty to butchering the students with a Ka-bar knife as they slept in beds inside an Idaho home. Under a plea deal, Bryan was spared the death penalty and sentenced to life in prison.
